Understanding Hegalian Dialect

An octopus of Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Tax-Exempt Foundations, Think Tanks, Multinational Corporations and the Media Establishment practice the subtle science of persuasion. In the last two hundred years there isn't a single area of society that hasn't been influenced by facilitators of transformation education. For complete control of the masses a dictatorship is not necessary, although it does expedite the process. The collective moulding begins early in life, sustained and refined throughout one's formal education; a universal curriculum of manipulation can transform and achieve a complete paradigm shift for a whole generation.

Dialogue to Consensus

The most successful method to manipulate and control society is the Hegelian Dialectic, named after its originator Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel (1770-1831). It has been used by Karl Marx and Frederick Engels to support their theory of communism. The dialectic process as described by Hegel can be reduced to three parts: a recursive pattern of thesis, antithesis, and synthesis. The thesis (each idea) is opposed by its antithesis and reconciled with the thesis in a synthesis (consensus), which in turn becomes a new thesis opposed by antithesis. Hegel said that history was nothing but the expression of this flux of conflicting and resolving ideas. Since every synthesis is the thesis of a new dialectic, social change is guaranteed. The process continues until society reaches the Absolute Idea: the ultimate synthesis, giving rise to no antithesis. In the context of this document, the "Absolute Idea" is world government.

The dialectic process is at the core of all political and social manipulation. 1 Fascism against communism; capitalism against communism; democrats against republicans; conservatives against liberals; Christians against Muslims; environmentalists versus property owners; greens against libertarians; pro-choice pitted against pro-life; antiwar activists versus the neocons. The control of the conflict and resolution leads everyone into a new cycle of conflicts. 2 The right-left political dichotomy of western politics is carefully orchestrated: a classic divide and conquer Hegelian trap. Whichever side of any particular ideology we happen to adhere, our beliefs and convictions fulfills a necessary role in the grand scheme. A perpetual recursion of constant change, becoming, ceasing, contradictory aspects of tension/conflict and eventual transformation. The beneficiaries of the "resolution of conflict" are properly identified as the Illuminati.

In order to have complete control over the conflict of opposites it is necessary to control the creation of textbook enemies as well. That Hitler's Third Reich (the communist revolution, the creation of Israel, Saddam Hussein, Noriega, Bin Laden and much too many to list) were financed, supported and nurtured by Wall Street bankers, and/or the CIA and/or members of western secret societies is not coincidence 3. With the Soviet Union having run its course (capitalism vs. communism) through successful "synthesis" with the west, a new "antithesis" was already mature enough to take its place: Islamic Fundamentalism.

Hegemony

The control of the dialogue and ideas leads inevitably to hegemony; defined, succinctly, as the power of ideas exercised by a dominant or privileged social group over subordinate social groups. Hegemony is the aftermath of the Hegelian Dialectic, the outcome of the "ends justify the means" maxim. The people have not submitted to this power, "they consent to it - though it is clearly not in their own best interest. Hegemony is a form of control in which those who have power maintain their position, not through force, but through the elaboration of a particular ideology or world view. This form of social control is long lasting, it is an effective, and patient, tactic." 4

Hegemony is, of course, the ultimate goal of the current Bush administration in America. Imposing American Hegemony in the Middle East is of particular urgent concern. His advisors refer to him as the "transformational president." 5 George Bush, himself, uses the term "change agent(s)" often, likely at the direction and behest of his inner circle; although, I doubt he grasps the true meaning and significance of the concept. 6 To be fair, however, the "Left" have traditionally been used as pawns and educators - using the weapons of transformational "doublespeak" to great affect. Clinton, before him, was the most prolific social manipulator of all previous presidents.

Humanism and the "Arena of Conflict"

Humanism is the guiding principle behind today's "open conspiracy" as it is seductively appealing to the ego of man. Weishaupt himself advocated the replacing of all religions and nations with a form of humanism by establishing "a peculiar morality and religion fitted for the great society of mankind." Socialism and Communism are based upon humanist principles - and indeed are the fruits of the philosophy; we saw how badly it failed in the former Soviet Union and how it continues to subjugate over a billion people in China.

Humanism in all its manifestations (secular, religious, ethical, cultural, philosophical, etc.) seeks to idolize man and the natural world in place of God. Modern manifestations of it range from the United Nations to Satanism 7. It is the very backbone of the New Age Movement, Freemasonry and indeed the Illuminati itself. The dangerous maxim "do what thou wilt shall be whole of the law" then applies to every aspect of morality and society. 8 The Humanist has no moral absolutes. In the words of the official Humanist Manifesto II, "moral values derive their source from human experience. Ethics is autonomous and situational needing no theological or ideological sanction." Humanism is another powerful tool by which the Hegelian process works on society.

Experimental Laboratories

The late Antony C. Sutton established that the American education system has been influenced and controlled by Skull and Bones members since the 19th century. After being initiated into the Order - between 1849 and 1853 - Timothy Dwight, Daniel Coit Gilman, Andrew Dickson White set off for Europe to study philosophy at the University of Berlin when Germany was dominated by the Hegelian philosophical ferment. It was during these formative years that the Bonesmen were exposed to the revolutionary philosophies of Right Hegelians (Prussian militarism; Naziism) and Left Hegelians (promoters of scientific socialism; Marxism). All three went on to use these philosophies adeptly and rose to high influence within the education establishment. More Bonesmen were to follow and its become a tradition for the Order to have control over influential scholastic institutions. 9

If the Hegelian Dialectic is the modus operandi of elite control and the drive toward a New World Order, then Humanism is the magnum opus, or masterstroke. The moral degeneration of the youth is a direct result of a socialistic/humanistic experiment. The facilitators of the plan understood from the beginning that to change society an educational revolution will need to take place. H. J. Blackham, father of modern British Humanism, said that humanists "are more revolutionary than any conspiracy to overthrow the government." (September â€" October 1981 issue of The Humanist)

After reading the above quotes it becomes crystal clear that, not just a conspiracy, but an all out battle has been waged on the mind of the child for nearly a century - and all at the expense of the taxpayer. An indoctrination of a "new faith" begins from the moment we enter the first grade, and continues unimpeded throughout our formal education. The public school system - or the "arena of conflict" - succeeds in an escalating resocialization of society itself; the goal being a world government with its citizens having been brainwashed out of their patriotism, family traditions, religious values and teachings. Humanists do not mince words and are brutally honest: "some opponents of Humanism have accused us of wishing to overthrow the traditional Christian family. They are right. That is exactly what we intend to do." 10

State Facilitators

In 1986, a group of Pennsylvania researchers found a how-to manual entitled Training for Change Agents: a seven volume "change agent study" commissioned by the U.S. Office of Education to the Rand Corporation in 1973-74. They also uncovered a series of papers submitted by behavioral scientists who had obtained grants from the U.S. Office of Education. The studies explored ways to "freeze" and "unfreeze" values, to "implement change" and turn potential opposition into compliant, rubber-stamp bodies through methods such as the Delphi Technique. The official documents solicited by the U.S. government revealed the objective to pursue sophisticated behavioral and psychological manipulation. 11

The Pennsylvania researchers followed up and uncovered more documents relating to "behavioral strategies." Schools were referred to as "experimental laboratories." Linked with the word education they found terms and concepts such as "laboratory," "behavior," "operant conditioning," "social reinforcement," "internal-external control," "training change agents," "the science of planned change," and how to train "change agents" for the "role of the state facilitator."

Even before the Training for Change Agents how-to manual of 1973/74, in 1967 the U.S. Office of Education were already awarding "grants to colleges and universities for the training of change agents." A 1000 page document called Behavioral Teacher Educational Project set forth the agenda in clear language: "the impersonal manipulation through schooling of a future America in which few will be able to maintain control over their own opinions." An America in which "each individual receives at birth, a multipurpose identification number", and "to expose them to the directors subliminal influence of the state education department and the federal department acting through those whenever necessary." 12

When the humanists refer to the schools as the "arena of conflict", they mean it literally. A child today may enter public education with a set of values instilled in them by their parents, but as they progress through the state-sponsored "laboratories", those values and attitudes are methodically dissected and superseded with a carefully engineered replacement.

Paradigm Shift

“A transpersonal orientation to learning was detected in the writings of 89 well-known representatives of humanistic education....According to the Transpersonal Orientation, schools and other settings for learning are environments for the development of spiritual potential. Intuitive and receptive modes of consciousness are considered equal in importance to cognitive, rational, logical, and active modes...Since various practices in the public schools ranging from the so-called religions of secular humanism on the one hand and to meditation, the use of fantasy and imagery, and references to magic, the occult, or witchcraft, on the other have become so controversial of late that an objective, reliable, and valid measure of the degree of endorsement of such topics was considered both practically and theoretically timely”

Visit any school in America or the West in general and you will find teaching concepts like outcome-based education; holistic education; transpersonal education; conflict resolution; integrated curriculum; constructivist learning; general systems theory; personal mastery; mental models; child centered classroom; total quality management; school to work; consensus circles; peer mediation; focus groups; values clarification; situational ethics; sensitivity training. Since Humanism is intertwined so completely at the core of Communism, it is no surprise that this humanistic "groupthink education" serves the purpose of paralyzing individual thinking. The Group, the State and eventually a One World Government must be superior to the individual at all costs - group-subservience and group-consensus is vital.

After the Humanists became entrenched in the field of education, the 80s and 90s saw a cultural shift take place. With God successfully rooted out of the secular school system, many times the void was filled with the teaching of yoga, self-hypnosis, meditation, and the altered states of consciousness induction techniques of deep breathing and progressive relaxation. Detailing how the New Age had begun to affect public education, The New York Times Magazine published an article in its May 1st 1988 edition titled Colorado’s Thriving Cults. Under a large picture of children taking a nap, the cover story photograph had the caption: "Third graders listen quietly while a teacher leads a ‘visualization.’ Vocal parents groups have protested the encroachment of New Age practices in school curricula." The story goes on to say that "meditational techniques have become common fare in the state’s public and private schools", utilizing "practices adapted from Eastern meditation under the rubrics of 'centering, stress reduction, or guided visualization' ..." 13

The New World Order and the Parliament of Man

For I dipt into the future, far as human eye could see, Saw the Vision of the world, and all the wonder that would be;

For those just starting to research the "new world order", they may be shocked to learn that it's really about world government. Even the consummate researcher, Joan Veon lamented as much in her book The United Nations' Global Straightjacket: "I had no idea that it was world government ... no one ever made the connection for me." She certainly made up for the oversight, however. Veon goes on to thoroughly document the players involved, the methods, the organizations and especially the behemoth infrastructure that exists already. Presently, we live in an "unofficial world government." The world will have to go through some catastrophic event, much larger in scale than 9/11, to catapult us into an "official world government." Whether it is orchestrated like 9/11, or not, is largely irrelevant to these "masters of Hegemony." It will come one way or another and the infrastructure is well in place for the Illuminati to take advantage of it.

Reinvented Government

The story of how we reached this point along the path to global totalitarianism is a long one, many books have been written on the subject and I won't go into the details here. A short overview of the present will suffice.

With the creation of the United Nations, free-trade zones, public-private partnerships, communitarianism, some 30,000+ NGOs and 37,000+ Multinational Corporations and Foundations we now see a devolution of the government. Globalization has effectively achieved a global corporate fascism. To better illustrate the scope of it all, I've reproduced a compilation of Chart 2-1 and Chart 2-5 from The United Nations' Global Straightjacket:

International leaders are financed through the Multinational/Foundation behemoth, with the specific purpose to give the U.N. its teeth by creating global special-interest groups known as NGOs. Congress may not sign certain treaties and international agreements, but it makes no difference because the NGOs have the power to implement any agenda covertly at the local level. " Think globally, act locally" is their battle cry, and thus far, it has worked like a charm. Agenda 21 and the Earth Charter - invented and espoused by the likes of Maurice Strong, Stephen Rockefeller and Mikhail Gorbachev - has never been agreed upon, endorsed or signed by Congress; yet you can see endorsements and full implementations across a wide slice of society: from schools, churches, the workplace and local municipalities. 14

The following is a short list, by no means exhaustive, of the major players helping in the goal toward a one-world government: think-tanks, foundations, change agent NGOs, new age organizations and official UN bodies. You may be surprised by some of the organizations with NGO attached to their names. NGO's have been around since the UN's inception, some have been granted special Consultative Status (ECOSOC) which allows them to sit in on weekly sessions and be a part of the decision making along with full member states.

A Universalist Promulgation

I received an email from a reader a while back asking me why I had put the Bahá'í Faith on the list of religious groups run by the Illuminati. The list itself was compiled by Texe Marrs in his book Dark Majesty and I hadn't investigated the Bahais enough to give an answer. After a mere 2 to 3 hours of "Googling", however, it became very clear why Texe had included them in his list.

The Illuminati's "Absolute Idea" of the Hegelian Dialectic is for the ultimate synthesis to encompass a One-World Government, a One-World economic system, and a One-World Religion. The economic and political infrastructure is far enough ahead with the only missing piece being the creation of this "New World Religion." Many attempts have surfaced in the 20th century, but besides interfaith agreements and cooperation, no definitive framework is complex and thorough enough to claim that potential prize. I have come to believe that the Bahá'í Faith fits the requirements perfectly.

The World Order of Bahá'u'lláh

In 1844, a young Iranian merchant proclaimed the advent of a new religious revelation. Having declared that his purpose was for the advent of a new messenger of God, he became known as "the Báb," - meaning "the Gate" in Arabic. He quickly recruited many followers, who were called Bábis, but they were persecuted by the Iranian clergy who claimed they were heretical. In 1850, Báb was imprisoned and subsequently executed on July 9. Afterwards, more than 20,000 Bábis were massacred having refused to recant their faith. 15

Escaping the persecution was one of Báb's followers, a young man named Mírzá Husayn-`Alí. Mírzá became known as Bahá'u'lláh, which means "The Glory of God." in 1863, Bahá'u'lláh openly declared His mission as a messenger of God - the Promised One foretold by the Báb. The followers of Bahá'u'lláh became known as Bahá'ís.

Bahá'u'lláh taught that all past messengers of God - such as Abraham, Krishna, Moses, Zoroaster, Buddha, Christ, Muhammad and the Báb - had foretold the day when peace and justice would be established worldwide. The Bahá'ís believe that Bahá'u'lláh's appearance fulfills the promise of all the world's scriptures.

By 1867, Bahá'u'lláh began writing a series of letters to the kings, rulers and religious leaders announcing his mission. He told of "the dawning of a new age and warned of coming revolutions and changes in the world's political and social order." 16

In 1868, Bahá'u'lláh was exiled in the prison city of `Akká. During this time he wrote more than 100 volumes which comprise the basic scriptures of the Bahá'í Faith. Bahá'u'llá's last will and testament appointed his eldest son,`Abdu'l-Bahá, as the head of the Bahá'í Faith. Abdu'l-Bahá's writings are also viewed as authoritative and sacred.

The Administrative Order

The Bahá'í Faith's reach and influence is worldwide. Their leaders have contributed to the birth of the UN and take part in every conference related to global governance and initiatives such as the drafting of Agenda 21 and the Earth Charter. It is well recognized that the Bahá'í Faith is, for all intents and purposes, the religion of the UN. With one of their offices located in the UN headquarters, Bahá'ís have influenced and converted many international politicians to the teachings of Bahá'u'lláh.

The Bahá'í Faith is as much a political force in the New World Order as it is a spiritual one. The term "new world order", as you will soon see, was coined by Bahá'u'lláh himself in the late 1860s. I will end this article with a collection of quotes that outline the beliefs and agenda of the Bahá'í Faith. The organization, and its holy scriptures, advocates the following:

• A World Legislator
• A World Parliament
• A World Police Force
• A Supreme Tribunal
• Election of leaders through merit alone without nominations or the democratic process (the Administrative Order)
• A single Universal Language
• A permanent single currency
• An international uniform tax
• The implementation of Agenda 21 and the Earth Charter
• The unity of all worlds religions under the umbrella of the Baha'i Faith

In 1955, during the first decade review of the UN charter, the Bahá'í International Community offered a statement to the United Nations, based on ideas articulated nearly a century before by Bahá'u'lláh. "The Bahá'í concept of world order is defined in these terms: A world Super-State in whose favor all the nations of the world will have ceded every claim to make war, certain rights to impose taxation and all rights to maintain armaments, except for the purposes of maintaining internal order within their respective dominions. This State will have to include an International Executive adequate to enforce supreme and unchallengeable authority on every recalcitrant member of the Commonwealth; a World Parliament whose members are elected by the peoples in their respective countries and whose election is confirmed by their respective governments; a Supreme Tribunal whose judgment has a binding effect even in cases where the parties concerned have not voluntarily agreed to submit their case to its consideration."

Writing in the 1930s, Shoghi Effendi, who then led the worldwide Bahá'í community, sketched out some of the functions and responsibilities for a future world legislature. Among other things, he wrote: "a world legislature, whose members will, as trustees of the whole of mankind... enact such laws as shall be required to regulate the life, satisfy the needs and adjust the relationships of all races and peoples."

Throughout His writings, Bahá'u'lláh consistently uses the terms "order", "world order" and "new world order" to describe the ongoing and momentous series of changes in the political, social and religious life of the world. In the late 1860s, He wrote: "The world's equilibrium hath been upset through the vibrating influence of this most great, this new World Order. Mankind's ordered life hath been revolutionized through the agency of this unique, this wondrous System - the like of which mortal eyes have never witnessed."

THE ILLUMINATI

"He excelled not only in theology but in other branches of knowledge, such as the humanities, the philosophy of the Illuminati, the teachings of the mystics and of the Shaykhí School. He was a universal man, in himself alone a convincing proof."

642. About one thousand years ago, a Society was formed in Persia called the Society of the Friends, who gathered together for silent communion with the Almighty.

They divided Divine Philosophy into two parts: one part, the knowledge of which can be acquired through lectures and study in schools, and the second part that sought by the Illuminati, or followers of the Inner Light. The schools of this Philosophy were held in silence. Meditating, and turning their faces to the Source of Light, the mysteries of the Kingdom were reflected from that central Light into their hearts. All the divine problems were solved by this power of illumination.

To develop a genuine world order there needs to be:

1. A World Government: to enact the laws required to satisfy the needs of all peoples. It will have at its disposal the combined forces of the world in order to maintain peace.
2. A World Parliament: The members of this should be elected by the people in each country, and their election should be confirmed by their respective governments.
3. A World Code Of Law: based on justice for individuals and for nations.
4. A World Tribunal: Its decision will be binding on all parties.
5. World Police Force: An international police force must be created, dedicated to upholding justice with complete impartiality.
6. Universal Equality: Everyone must have the right to education and to be equal before the law. There must be a universal bill of human rights.
7. A World Language: A world language will be either chosen or invented. This will be taught in all the schools of each country, in addition to the mother tongue of the region.

The economic resources of the world will have to be used more responsibly, and organised more fairly.

A world currency is necessary to stabilise the world economy. A universal system of weights and measures is required to improve trade and communications. A world economic community needs to be created where all economic barriers will be removed, and a world free trade area established.

The Bahá'í administrative structure already exists at a local, national and international level and can be taken as a model for future society. Mandatory HPV vaccine uses our daughters as guinnea pigs

STERLING, Va. (W.) Feb. 7, 2007 -- States are currently considering mandatory vaccination policies for pre-teen girls with the newly developed human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine.

HPV is a sexually transmitted disease that isn't prevented by condom use. It is the primary cause of cervical cancer (99 percent), which is diagnosed in 13,000 American women a year. The vaccination is given in three shots with a cost of $140 to $275 per sho

Dr. David Stevens, CEO of the 16,000-member Christian Medical Association, said there are benefits to the vaccine and outlined principles that should guide states' policies.

"It's important that children learn that abstinence and fidelity are always the best defense against sexually transmitted disease," he said. "The fact is that with HPV, young women through no choice of their own can still be exposed through an infected partner to disease and cancer. The HPV vaccine will provide an important measure of protection."

Stevens said parents should still have the rights to decide whether or not their children get the vaccine.

"This means that any HPV vaccine mandate should allow parents an easy means to opt out of the vaccine for their child," he said.

CMA Executive Vice President Dr. Gene Rudd noted, "States vaccination mandates tied to school attendance can enable government policies and programs that help ensure that the largest number of individuals will have access to the vaccine. If a mandatory vaccine policy can provide such access along with the option for parents to decline vaccination, then that is a real choice."

Concerned Women for America is opposing on the mandatory vaccination.

"In light of warnings of adverse drug reactions by the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC), Concerned Women for America of Virginia is urging the Virginia General Assembly to hold off on mandatory HPV vaccinations for schoolgirls aged eleven and older," the group said.

Pro-family groups have been cautioning against mandates for any drug, especially one that guards against a disease that is caused by a sexually transmitted virus because such mandates undermine parental rights.

NVIC, a Vienna-based nonprofit advocacy group, warned of apparent side effects such as loss of consciousness, seizures, joint pain, severe headaches, muscle weakness, and Guillain-Barre Syndrome. NVIC based its warnings on an analysis of reports made to the federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System since last July when the Center for Disease Control issued a universal use recommendation for Gardasil for all young girls. NVIC also warned that potential interactions with other vaccines have not been studied.

A bill to make vaccinations for HPV mandatory for Virginia's sixth graders (SB1230) by September 2008 passed the Virginia State Senate on last week and could be adopted by the General Assembly as early as this week. According to the Senate bill's provisions, girls could not enter the sixth grade in Virginia public schools without the vaccination.

A similar bill was passed in the House. HB 2035 includes a provision for parents to opt-out after reviewing material describing the link between HPV and cervical cancer. There is no requirement for information about the potential side-effects of the HPV vaccine.

"This bill has been a rush to judgment by lawmakers before all the facts about the vaccine are known," said CWA of VA interim director Michelle Newman.

"Do we really want to make parents choose between risking side effects or having their children be excluded from school?" asked Newman. "Let's not make our little girls 'guinea pigs' with a drug that has only been on the market for seven months, can have such serious side effects, and has no data on long-term effects."

United Nations Sex Slave Scandal Continues

UN Child Sex Slave Scandals Continue
Wave after wave of child abuse reports pour forward from all over the globe

The UN is to investigate itself again after it was revealed by the London Telegraph today that more than twenty different cases of child sex slavery involving UN staff have been reported in southern Sudan.

The Telegraph reports that it has learned of dozens of victims' accounts claiming that some peacekeeping and civilian staff based in the town are regularly picking up young children in their UN vehicles and forcing them to have sex. The Telegraph states that it is thought that hundreds of children may have been abused.

The UN has up to 10,000 military personnel in the region, of all nationalities and the allegations involve peacekeepers, military police and civilian staff.

The Telegraph also states that the Sudanese government, which is deeply opposed to the deployment of UN troops to Darfur, has evidence of child sex slavery, including video footage of Bangladeshi UN workers allegedly having sex with three young girls.

Stating that such events are ultimately the work of "a few bad apples", a UN spokesperson promised that they will be thoroughly investigated.

Over the past few years, however, there seems to have been a hell of a lot of rotting fruit in the UN barrel.

Last November a BBC Investigation found that children as young as 11 have been subjected to rape and prostitution by United Nations peacekeepers in Haiti and Liberia. A previous BBC investigation in Liberia discovered systematic abuse, involving food being given out to teenage refugees in return for sex. In both instances the UN promised to investigate.

In 2003 the AP reported that UN officials were identified as using a ship charted for 'peacekeepers' to traffick young girls from Thailand to East Timor as prostitutes.

In the same year it was also revealed that UN staff were guilty of raping women on a systematic scale in Sierra Leone.

Previous to this, in early 2002 a massive pedophilia scandal within the UN was uncovered involving sexual abuse against West African refugee children in Sierra Leone, Liberia and Guinea. UPI reported that Senior U.N. officials knew of the widespread pedophilia and not only did they not take action against the perpetrators, they covered up the atrocities.

It was later reported that after The UN's' investigating arm had cleared several U.N. workers of charges of sexual abuse against West African refugee children, it substantiated 10 new cases against aid workers.

Damning cases involving workers making home porn movies and so called weapons inspectors having bizarre sadomasochistic, pansexual and leather fetishes also emerged at this time.

In 2004 The New York Post reported that the UN was trying to block the publication of a book by three United Nations fieldworkers that detailed sex, drugs and corruption inside multiple U.N. missions. "Emergency Sex and Other Desperate Measures: A True Story from Hell on Earth" chronicles the experiences of a doctor, a human-rights official and a secretary in U.N. operations in Cambodia, Somalia, Haiti, Rwanda, Liberia and Bosnia. It also alleged that the UN knowingly hired freed criminals to serve as peacemakers.

We have also previously reported on the intimate involvement of Dyncorp, the contractors of the international police force, in such sex scandals. One Dyncorp employee, Kathryn Bolkovac, was sacked for detailing UN workers' involvement in the sex trade in Bosnia. Bolkovac was sacked after disclosing that UN peacekeepers went to nightclubs where girls as young as 15 were forced to dance naked and have sex with customers, and that UN personnel and international aid workers were linked to prostitution rings in the Balkans.

Dyncorp was ordered to pay Kathryn Bolkovac £110,000 by an employment tribunal, yet both the British and the US governments as well as the UN continue to contract Dyncorp.

It was later revealed by the Chicago Tribune that Halliburton subsidiary KBR and Dyncorp lobbyists are working in tandem with the Pentagon to stall legislation that would specifically ban trafficking in humans for forced labor and prostitution by U.S. contractors.

On March 11th 2005, Representative Cynthia McKinney grilled Secretary Rumsfeld and General Myers on the Dyncorp scandal.

"Mr. Secretary, I watched President Bush deliver a moving speech at the United Nations in September 2003, in which he mentioned the crisis of the sex trade. The President called for the punishment of those involved in this horrible business. But at the very moment of that speech, Dyncorp was exposed for having been involved in the buying and selling of young women and children. While all of this was going on, Dyncorp kept the Pentagon contract to administer the smallpox and anthrax vaccines, and is now working on a plague vaccine through the Joint Vaccine Acquisition Program. Mr. Secretary, is it [the] policy of the U.S. Government to reward companies that traffic in women and little girls?"

The response and McKinney's comeback was as follows.

Rumsfeld: "Thank you, Representative. First, the answer to your first question is, is, no, absolutely not, the policy of the United States Government is clear, unambiguous, and opposed to the activities that you described. The second question."

McKinney: "Well how do you explain the fact that Dyncorp and its successor companies have received and continue to receive government contracts?"

Rumsfeld: "I would have to go and find the facts, but there are laws and rules and regulations with respect to government contracts, and there are times that corporations do things they should not do, in which case they tend to be suspended for some period; there are times then that the - under the laws and the rules and regulations for the - passed by the Congress and implemented by the Executive branch - that corporations can get off of - out of the penalty box if you will, and be permitted to engage in contracts with the government. They're generally not barred in perpetuity."

McKinney: "This contract - this company - was never in the penalty box."

Rumsfeld: "I'm advised by DR. Chu that it was not the corporation that was engaged in the activities you characterized but I'm told it was an employee of the corporation, and it was some years ago in the Balkans that that took place."

Rumsfeld's effort to shift the blame away from the hierarchy at Dyncorp and onto the Dyncorp employees was a blatant attempt to hide the fact that human trafficking and sex slavery is a practice condoned by companies like Dyncorp and Halliburton subsidiaries like KBR.

Why should the UN be continually allowed to investigate itself and, those that it contracts, on these issues? The UN has an abysmal track record on this issue and a long history of covering up such cases. It is time for a thorough independent inquiry of the UN and its agencies and affiliates to be carried out.

How the West armed Saddam, fed him intelligence on his 'enemies', equipped him for atrocities - and then made sure he wouldn't squeal

We've shut him up. The moment Saddam's hooded executioner pulled the lever of the trapdoor in Baghdad yesterday morning, Washington's secrets were safe. The shameless, outrageous, covert military support which the United States - and Britain - gave to Saddam for more than a decade remains the one terrible story which our presidents and prime ministers do not want the world to remember. And now Saddam, who knew the full extent of that Western support - given to him while he was perpetrating some of the worst atrocities since the Second World War - is dead.

Gone is the man who personally received the CIA's help in destroying the Iraqi communist party. After Saddam seized power, US intelligence gave his minions the home addresses of communists in Baghdad and other cities in an effort to destroy the Soviet Union's influence in Iraq. Saddam's mukhabarat visited every home, arrested the occupants and their families, and butchered the lot. Public hanging was for plotters; the communists, their wives and children, were given special treatment - extreme torture before execution at Abu Ghraib.

There is growing evidence across the Arab world that Saddam held a series of meetings with senior American officials prior to his invasion of Iran in 1980 - both he and the US administration believed that the Islamic Republic would collapse if Saddam sent his legions across the border - and the Pentagon was instructed to assist Iraq's military machine by providing intelligence on the Iranian order of battle. One frosty day in 1987, not far from Cologne, I met the German arms dealer who initiated those first direct contacts between Washington and Baghdad - at America's request.

"Mr Fisk... at the very beginning of the war, in September of 1980, I was invited to go to the Pentagon," he said. "There I was handed the very latest US satellite photographs of the Iranian front lines. You could see everything on the pictures. There were the Iranian gun emplacements in Abadan and behind Khorramshahr, the lines of trenches on the eastern side of the Karun river, the tank revetments - thousands of them - all the way up the Iranian side of the border towards Kurdistan. No army could want more than this. And I travelled with these maps from Washington by air to Frankfurt and from Frankfurt on Iraqi Airways straight to Baghdad. The Iraqis were very, very grateful!"

I was with Saddam's forward commandos at the time, under Iranian shellfire, noting how the Iraqi forces aligned their artillery positions far back from the battle front with detailed maps of the Iranian lines. Their shelling against Iran outside Basra allowed the first Iraqi tanks to cross the Karun within a week. The commander of that tank unit cheerfully refused to tell me how he had managed to choose the one river crossing undefended by Iranian armour. Two years ago, we met again, in Amman and his junior officers called him "General" - the rank awarded him by Saddam after that tank attack east of Basra, courtesy of Washington's intelligence information.

Iran's official history of the eight-year war with Iraq states that Saddam first used chemical weapons against it on 13 January 1981. AP's correspondent in Baghdad, Mohamed Salaam, was taken to see the scene of an Iraqi military victory east of Basra. "We started counting - we walked miles and miles in this fucking desert, just counting," he said. "We got to 700 and got muddled and had to start counting again ... The Iraqis had used, for the first time, a combination - the nerve gas would paralyse their bodies ... the mustard gas would drown them in their own lungs. That's why they spat blood."

At the time, the Iranians claimed that this terrible cocktail had been given to Saddam by the US. Washington denied this. But the Iranians were right. The lengthy negotiations which led to America's complicity in this atrocity remain secret - Donald Rumsfeld was one of President Ronald Reagan's point-men at this period - although Saddam undoubtedly knew every detail. But a largely unreported document, "United States Chemical and Biological Warfare-related Dual-use exports to Iraq and their possible impact on the Health Consequences of the Persian Gulf War", stated that prior to 1985 and afterwards, US companies had sent government-approved shipments of biological agents to Iraq. These included Bacillus anthracis, which produces anthrax, andEscherichia coli (E. coli). That Senate report concluded that: "The United States provided the Government of Iraq with 'dual use' licensed materials which assisted in the development of Iraqi chemical, biological and missile-systems programs, including ... chemical warfare agent production facility plant and technical drawings, chemical warfare filling equipment."

Nor was the Pentagon unaware of the extent of Iraqi use of chemical weapons. In 1988, for example, Saddam gave his personal permission for Lt-Col Rick Francona, a US defence intelligence officer - one of 60 American officers who were secretly providing members of the Iraqi general staff with detailed information on Iranian deployments, tactical planning and bomb damage assessments - to visit the Fao peninsula after Iraqi forces had recaptured the town from the Iranians. He reported back to Washington that the Iraqis had used chemical weapons to achieve their victory. The senior defence intelligence officer at the time, Col Walter Lang, later said that the use of gas on the battlefield by the Iraqis "was not a matter of deep strategic concern".

I saw the results, however. On a long military hospital train back to Tehran from the battle front, I found hundreds of Iranian soldiers coughing blood and mucus from their lungs - the very carriages stank so much of gas that I had to open the windows - and their arms and faces were covered with boils. Later, new bubbles of skin appeared on top of their original boils. Many were fearfully burnt. These same gases were later used on the Kurds of Halabja. No wonder that Saddam was primarily tried in Baghdad for the slaughter of Shia villagers, not for his war crimes against Iran.

We still don't know - and with Saddam's execution we will probably never know - the extent of US credits to Iraq, which began in 1982. The initial tranche, the sum of which was spent on the purchase of American weapons from Jordan and Kuwait, came to $300m. By 1987, Saddam was being promised $1bn in credit. By 1990, just before Saddam's invasion of Kuwait, annual trade between Iraq and the US had grown to $3.5bn a year. Pressed by Saddam's foreign minister, Tariq Aziz, to continue US credits, James Baker then Secretary of State, but the same James Baker who has just produced a report intended to drag George Bush from the catastrophe of present- day Iraq - pushed for new guarantees worth $1bn from the US.

In 1989, Britain, which had been giving its own covert military assistance to Saddam guaranteed £250m to Iraq shortly after the arrest of Observer journalist Farzad Bazoft in Baghdad. Bazoft, who had been investigating an explosion at a factory at Hilla which was using the very chemical components sent by the US, was later hanged. Within a month of Bazoft's arrest William Waldegrave, then a Foreign Office minister, said: "I doubt if there is any future market of such a scale anywhere where the UK is potentially so well-placed if we play our diplomatic hand correctly... A few more Bazofts or another bout of internal oppression would make it more difficult."

Even more repulsive were the remarks of the then Deputy Prime Minister, Geoffrey Howe, on relaxing controls on British arms sales to Iraq. He kept this secret, he wrote, because "it would look very cynical if, so soon after expressing outrage about the treatment of the Kurds, we adopt a more flexible approach to arms sales".

Saddam knew, too, the secrets of the attack on the USS Stark when, on 17 May 1987, an Iraqi jet launched a missile attack on the American frigate, killing more than a sixth of the crew and almost sinking the vessel. The US accepted Saddam's excuse that the ship was mistaken for an Iranian vessel and allowed Saddam to refuse their request to interview the Iraqi pilot.

The whole truth died with Saddam Hussein in the Baghdad execution chamber yesterday. Many in Washington and London must have sighed with relief that the old man had been silenced for ever.

Dr Franics A. Boyle literally helped write the law with regards to terrorism, as he was responsible for drafting the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 that was passed unanimously by both Houses of Congress and signed into law by President Bush Snr. Professor Boyle teaches international law at the University of Illinois, Champaign. He holds a Doctor of Law Magna Cum Laude as well as a Ph.D. in Political Science, both from Harvard University. He has also served on the Board of Directors of Amnesty International (1988-1992), and represented Bosnia- Herzegovina at the World Court. The professor started off by explaining the motivation behind the October 2001 anthrax attacks: "After the September 11th 2001 Terrorist attacks, the Bush administration tried to ram the USA PATRIOT Act through Congress, that would have, if already had not, set up a police state. And we know for a fact that the PATRIOT Act had already been drafted and was sitting on Ashcroft's desk as of September 10th. Senators Daschle and Leahy were holding it up because they realised what this would lead to, indeed the first draft of the Patriot Act, they would have suspended the writ of habeas corpus. And all of a sudden out of nowhere come these anthrax attacks. And at the time I myself did not know precisely what was going on, either with respect to September 11th or the anthrax attacks, but then the New York Times revealed that the technology behind the letter to Senator Daschle. A trillion spores per gram, special electro-static treatment. This is super-weapons grade Anthrax that even the United States government, in its openly proclaimed programs, and we had one before Nixon, had never developed before. So it was obvious to me that this was from a US Government lab, there is no where else you could have gotten that." Dr Boyle proceeded to call a very high level official in the FBI who deals with terrorism and counter-terrorism, Spike Bowman, whom he had met at a terrorism conference at the University of Michigan Law School. He told Bowman that the only people that would have the capability to carry out the attacks were people working on US government programs on Anthrax and with access to high level a bio-safety lab. Dr Boyle went through all the names, the contractors and the labs for Anthrax work with the FBI's Bowman. Bowman then informed Dr Boyle that the FBI was working with Fort Detrick on the matter, to which he responded that Fort Detrick could really be the main problem. It was documented at the time that the anthrax strain used was military grade. This was widely reported in 2002 in publications such as the New Scientist. "Soon after I had informed Bowman of this information, the FBI authorised the destruction of the AMES cultural Anthrax database." The Professor continued. The destruction of the anthrax culture collection at Ames, IA., from which the Ft. Detrick lab got its pathogens, was blatant destruction of evidence as it meant that there was no way of finding out which strain was sent to who to develop the larger breed of anthrax used in the attacks. The trail of genetic evidence would have led directly back to a secret but officially-sponsored US government biowarfare program that was illegal and criminal. "Clearly for the FBI to have authorised this was obstruction of justice, a federal crime. That collection should have been preserved and protected as evidence. That's the DNA, the fingerprints right there. It later came out of course that this was AMES strain anthrax that was behind the Daschle and Leahy letter." At that point Boyle says it became very clear to him that there was a cover up in operation by the FBI. He points out that later on on reading one of David Ray Griffin's books on the 9/11 attacks, he discovered that Agent Bowman was the same FBI agent who sabotaged the FISA warrant for access to Zacarious Moussaoui's computer, which contained information that could have facilitated the prevention of the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. Later on Bowman was promoted and given a decoration, presumably because he did such a fine job on Moussaoui's computer and also on the anthrax. So it was to be that the patriot act was rammed through, because the opposition from Leahy and Daschle, whom they had tried to kill, disappeared. Congress and even the House itself officially shut down for the first time in the history of the Republic. The Senate refused to shut down. Dr Boyle commented that he believes this to be one of the biggest political crimes in the history of America. The professor agreed that actions such as this and legislation such as the Patriot act and the new Military Commissions act are the precursors to a military dictatorship. "And remember that the first draft of the Patriot act that sat on Ashcroft's desk before 9/11, and also remember that Ashcroft was flying around in a private jet because he was told that there was going to be a terrorist attack with airplanes, so all this had been planned. They were going to move to suspend the writ of habeas corpus, which is all that really separates us from a police state. And that is what they have done now with respect to enemy combatants." With regards to 9/11 itself the professor asserted that it is clear Bush, Rice, Tennet, Ashcroft and other Bush Administration officials all knew a terrorist attack was coming and that the attacks were at the very least allowed to go ahead. "They let it happen because they wanted a war and they wanted a police state, all the elements for a war against Afghanistan were there in place, even the military force in the gulf were there on the scene, there were massive military forces in the gulf, in the Atlantic, in the Mediterranean, in the Arabian Ocean before September 11th poised for an attack, whether it was going to be Afghanistan or Iraq would be decided by Bush and the rest of them." The professor pointed out that it is now being argued by lawmakers that the 14th amendment does not mean what it has been taken to mean and that under the Military Commissions Act any US citizen can be stripped of their citizenship and thus be labeled an enemy combatant. "So in other words they are taken the position that in some point in time if they want to, they can unilaterally round up United States native born citizens, as they did for Japanese Americans in World War Two, and stick us into concentration camps. That is correct. They haven't actually yet done it but my guess is that the papers have been drawn up... and we know that the FEMA camps are out there. So it's clear that the Bush people, I guess they are waiting for some other terrorist attack, another anthrax attack, who knows what, and then they will proceed to invoke these emergency orders." Dr Boyle believes that the domestic police state is a seen as a must by the neoconservatives who are pushing for dominance in the middle east in order to quell dissent from an American public who, the informed majority of, clearly will not stand for such aggression in their names. The professor then went on to talk about the sickness of the neoconservative sympathizers who are pushing for the practice of torture to be made legal. Legislators such as John Yu and Professor Goldsmith of Harvard Law School. Dr Boyle believes that there is a move afoot to infiltrate both the legal profession and legal education with opinion and legislature that subverts long established US law. His warning is stark: "The Nazis did the exact same thing too. They had their lawyers infiltrating law schools. Carl Schmidt was the worst and he was the mentor to Leo Strauss, the founder of the neoconservatives. So the same phenomena that started out in Nazi Germany is happening here and I exaggerate not... we could all be tortured, we could all be treated this way." Dr Boyle stressed that in order to seek justice over the anthrax attacks it is vital to keep the pressure on Senator Leahy who will apparently be becoming the chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Leahy will have subpoena power and investigative power, and if anyone would have motivation to try to get to the bottom of the attacks, it would be him. Dr Boyle ended by urging readers and listeners to become informed and spread this information. He also admitted that in the Summer of 2004 he was interrogated by an agent with the CIA/FBI joint terrorism task force. The agent tried to recruit Dr Boyle as an informant to provide the FBI with information on his Arab and Muslim clients. This is the final installment in this series, although, undoubtedly, I shall continue to touch upon the issues brought forth in this series in future writings. As I write this, yet another undeclared war (more like a slaughter according to initial reports) is underway and innocent people (translation: someone's mom, dad, son, daughter, grandmother, grandfather, etc.) are being blown to pieces, while I sit safely ensconced in front of my computer screen typing my missive. Quite naturally, this "war" permits, as previously discussed, those transnational corporations brought into existence by money created from nothing (run by International Banker cronies) to busily ring their cash registers with unsurpassed glee—I suspect. But, I shall type and, please, you read. Ah...nothing like war to make money—and lots of it, although it is literally blood money.

As stated last week, my purpose here today is to concisely summarize the information offered in Parts I, II, and III of this series. Additionally, I will theorize as to the most immediate implications for our stolen America and a stolen World. Finally, I will consider what the future may hold for us all, as a direct result. For some reason, I am spontaneously compelled to add "Be afraid...be very afraid." But, at the same time, this author says fear not. "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Let us try to keep that in mind and attempt to rekindle the American pioneering spirit of God-fearing, sound-thinking, action-oriented individuals, as we review and speculate concerning the future.
