Trouble in Wicked Land

Okay so here's the deal. Sat we all got together at our producers house and did some drinking. Well there was a situation and something was said and it caused this huge... thing between me and Cassy. So we talked about it yesterday on the phone and got everything clear and stuff. So our producer said that he'd cancel on Toya tonight (cause she was supposed to go sing tonight) and Cassy and I could come over and talk about things. But where I'm concerned there's nothing to talk about! I'm cool with it, it's over and I've moved on. Why must people always dwell on things? Just let it go. I really don't want to go over there tonight so when we do I'm just gonna sit there and say nothing cause there's nothing to say. (shrugs) Whatever. And I guess that after Cassy talked to me on the phone last night she called our producer and told him what was going on. I'm not jelous or anything, let's just get that straight right now but I do feel that things are being said behind my back. Like I talk to her and then she goes right away and calls him. It's like there's no priviacy or secrets allowed and that's not right. Secrets should definatly be allowed between us girls only, somethings aren't for our producer to know. He doesn't need to know every little thing that's going on. Well I think I'm done venting now and guess what? Even as I post this, everything I've just typed... I got over. So please don't bring it up because it no longer bothers me and there's nothing more to say about it.

Okay then. So we all got together yesterday and filled out an ASCAP application (they make sure we get paid if our songs are used. And we get a cool membership card lol). Wowie that was an adventure. We also got together all of our pic's for our cd booklet and stuff and that was fun. We got a lot of cool things. As we speak I'm supposed to be sizing all the pics to the right size but it's harder then I thought. I'm having some trouble. (bites lip) I'll figure it out... I hope. Well as for our stage names. Cassy decided on Kazia (CA-SHA) and Toya on Tacori and me on Yuki. :) It's the name of a character in a story I'm writing. Well that's about all that's new with Wicky Wick. I'm off to give myself a headache.

Hey. So I took a math and english test for the school today and I think I did awesome on the english part but surprise, surprise, I did crappy on the math. Well seriously who can blame me?! I've been out of school since 2003 and they expect me to remember that shit. I don't think so! And math was never my best subject anyway (and that's putting things nicely). So I told Toya that Cassy and I were thinking about having stage names, so we'll be more comfortable on stage and I think she's gonna pick a normal name. Cassy has Kasha (I don't think I spelt it right) and I picked Riku (For reasons I will not tell you) and I think Toya's gonna pick Nikki or Nicole. Which is her middle name. Thrilling I know. The whole point of stage names it to bring out your inner diva. (sighs) Oh well. Well I'm kinda nervous about going back to school, so I have something to keep my brain occupied. It's called...... KINGDOM HEARTS 2 and I'M SO TOTALLY EXCITED FOR IT TO COME OUT YOU CAN'T EVEN BELIELVE IT! I think I peed myself a little.... (j/k) (Sighs) Well I'm gonna go look for more sneak peeks for the game and I'll talk to you soon.

Hey all!  I see that it's been a while since a blog has been written so I Cassy will update all of you.  I see that Toya still hasn't written I'm starting to think that's a lost cause and the last time Shannon wrote was before our big adventure.  Let me tell you the adventure.  So this past Monday on August the (hold on let me look at a calander) 29th, Shannon, her dad, Toya, and myself too the Metra to Chicago Illinois so Shannon could go to orientation for AIC (Art Institute in Chicago....correct me if I'm wrong Shannon) and what a joy it was.  We ended up entertaining a boy about 9 or 10 years old with our creative stories on the way to the school.  Oh and let me add I so did not have luck with moving doors.  The train doors closed on me on the way to chicago and on the way home.  Then the elevator doors at the residency tower AND the motion sensored glass doors to get into the residency area of the floor.  And then when I was walking thorough the circle glass doors to get into the school, a man coming out decided to get in my spot so I had to go around again.  The look of horror I gave.  It's like hello did u not see me there and I couldn't move!  my heels were against the back of the glass and my toes were right at his heels.  Some people, but at least everyone got a laugh out of it.  So we got a tour of  the tower she'd be staying in, and when I say tower I mean tower I swear that tower had at least 50 floors, Shannon would be on the 40th I believe.  I just hope she doesnt' get stuck in that noisey ass elevator.   We got free pizza and a fun ride on a greyhound type bus.  I was very bubbly that day,  I think I was everyone's entertainment.  I could tell Shannon was kind of nervous so I had to make her forget that.  Chicago is beautiful I love the city.  It's my pace.  Then at the end of the day Shannon and I got shoes!  Yay for us!  We rule.  Well Im gonna end this before I run out of space.  Much love.

Hey, hey my beautiful people! So we've pretty much given up on Toya writing in this thing. Oh well, some people right... j/k. Well here's an update on the life and times of Shannon Cheney. I just got of the phone (a 1 1/2 hour converstation) with someone from The Institute of Art-Chicago and it looks like everythings a go! I'll start classes Oct 3! I'll be living in Chi-town and all that good stuff. It's exciting right! I'm going to be going into Media Arts & Animation, and if I'm lucky after I get my degree I can work at Disney!! How cool is that?! I'll be sad to leave Cassy and Toya and hopefully the cd will be done by the time I leave but if not I can always take the "L" back here on the weekends or they can take it to see me. We'll be okay, what would have been cool is if one of the girls were to go to school with me, then we could room together and it would be hella fun but Cassy's going to Gateway and Toya would never do it for some mundane reason. We'll I'm gonna get going now, I have money to borrow and a bee to get out of my car.

Hello again.  I know it's been a while since my last post and I have been smacked for it.  But I went through a rough time last week.  I was on vacation and my bf came to see me the whole time I was off.  Only he ended up beein my friend the last 5 days he was here and I haven't heard from him since Monday now.  Know what I gotta say about that?  FUCK IT!   I really thought that I would be totally lost for a long time after him and I broke up, but I was wrong.  I was only lost for a couple days after we broke up and then a couple more after he went home.  Now I'm fine and I'm ready and rarin to go.  My friends have been so supportive with me too and I love them dearly for it.  You know you have good friends when they're there for you to listen even when you go on and on about the same thing.  Our music has taken an uplift and I'm so excited.  I just love singing.  Singing has helped heal me too.  Music heals your soul.  Well I have to go potty now so I will post again tomorrow or within the next few days buh bye.

I'm gonna go to the Institute of Are in Chicago (Only an hour away from where we live) and I'm stressing out cause I have to file a financial aid thing AGAIN and I don't know the hell I'm doing. Half of the retarded things they're asking me I don't remember. Friggin A!!!! I hate paperwork! Well I'm gonna go now. Stay wicked!

What's up my home skillets in the heezey?! (Yeah, I'm white) Well okay, so I'm excited because our producer called me yesterday and this week we're finally getting back in the studio!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to find out what we're working on. We have 3 more songs to lay down before the album is finished. What sucks is that Cassy and Toya get to go in the beginning of the week and I got to wait till the end. :( Oh well right? My mom has off all week so lucky me I get to deal with her. (sighs) Lately we've been getting along okay but who knows how quickly that can change. I've also been having these weird dreams lately and if you've ever had a dream that feels real then you know what I mean when I say it's freaking the hell out of me (and I have a lot of hell in me.) The past 3 songs that I wrote are weird as well. They're like nothing I've ever writen before... (yells) WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME?!?!? I'M GOING CRAZY!!! AHHHHHH! Well, I'ma get goin' now.

It Burns!!!!

So yesterday Cassy, her boyfriend from PA Lee, Toya and I went to 6 Flags Great America and we had too much fun. I got burnt REALLY bad and am as red as a lobster. I think I may be dying and I'm not sure but I think I'm running a temp too. Oh well though it was worth it. lol I think the day of fun got stuff off of Toya's mind. I think Cassy's getting annoyed with Lee but other then that everything is all good. Also I didn't want to tell anyone this but no one reads this anyway so... I'm going to be submiting some of my stories to publishing places! I'm nervous about it. I don't think anyone will like me and if they do then no one will by my books. lol But I guess you never know until you try right?
