This is a repost from my "News" blog on my website. It's late. I'll reedit to do something more creative tomorrow. In the meantime, drinks are on the house. Belly up to what you want while we celebrate! Thanks peeps!

It's been several weeks in the making; attempts to make simple HTML work, using a minimum of Flash and some inadvertent strides into CSS land, but here you go:
Everything's in an [iframe]. I wanted to make everything as simple and maneuverable as possible. The design as it is should make it easy for me to add on a bit here and there, and I'll probably get into trouble for the tag line in the bottom ("Lyrical sharpshooter"? What am I? A rapper? Still, it was late, you know?)
Feel free to poke around, share your thoughts, etc.
I have two free downloads available from my latest CD, Monochrome In Technicolor, for you to access and (hopefully) enjoy. These are the two official "singles".
I've had both of these songs described as electronica-based folk tunes (though you can actually dance to Withdrawal Symptoms). If you like what you are hearing, you can investigate more by clicking on the image of the CD for view, preview and purchase.
Thanks for the love, and comments, as always, are appreciated.

A few years ago, I was at a blues festival in Aptos, CA (the KFAT FatFry), which had Delbert McClinton as one of the headliners (if you were born after 1980, ask your parents - actually, they might not know either. Moving on...). Great performance, but his constant reminder to his audience members that he "by the way" had a record coming out - "did you know that"? It got old after a while and by the end of his set, a lot of folks around me were more than a little annoyed. In fact, when Jimmy Vaughan came out to do his set, and did a small announcement about HIS CD coming out, folks were ready to kill!
I suppose it's par for the course if you're an artist, especially a touring one. Keep bugging people about the product you have out, eventually they'll get around to buying it.
Anyway, I'm going to put my Delbert McClinton hat on and say..."by the way...did you know that I have..."
Wait! I have a better idea!
My CD's available on CD Baby, Amazon, ITunes, etc. The spaces there are SCREAMING to be filled with opinions on the music contained therein. I need you all good readers, friends, passersby, etc. to go over and express them. In fact, the first ten people who do so will get an Itunes card, worth $15.00. That should buy you about 10 to 15 tracks, no?
If you wish purchase before reviewing, the CD is available at CDBaby, Itunes, PayPlay and at Amazon (both in CD and MP3 format). If you'd just care to preview (and, given these harsh economic times, I can't say that I blame you), you can preview the whole thing for free at Last.fm, RadioIndy and Soundclick.
Thanks all for your support, best of luck, and look forward to reading you getting 2 cents in!
