The Panopticon is defined as a prison so constructed that the inspector can see each of the prisoners at all times, without being seen. This is an accurate description of the accelerating movement by western governments to erect giant, powerful, all-pervading mass surveillance, tracking and control grids that will keep all populations firmly under the baleful and watchful gaze of Big Brother.

We are still debating the NSA listening to foreign calls from the US when the NSA admitted twenty years ago that they were listening to domestic US calls under the Echelon program. This is de-classified and public but the media acts like they don't know about it.

Why is there even a debate about if they are tracking and tracing us when RFID transponders are going in cars nationwide to follow our every movement?

This system has already been partly implemented in Britain with barely a whimper of dissent.

You can call your cell phone company, ask them where you are and they will tell you down to a few feet. That is a federal operation that's hooked into the NSA right at this moment and about to be hooked into every major police department and squad car.

Your name, everything about you, what you're doing, where you're going and the cop can punch in a few keys and use your phone as an audio sensor.

Major cities such as Austin, Texas installed gunshot detection microphones. The government assured us that they respect our privacy but the very companies installing them bragged about how they can listen to a kid on the street talking to his friend two hundred yards away.

And now, from Rochester New York to Austin Texas to Chicago, the government has announced that they are being used as microphones and they will be used to listen to us.

Consider today's BBC report concerning CCTV surveillance systems in an area of London which is planned to be expanded to include, just on its first implementation, tens of thousands of other citizens in other areas.

The government funded program, called ASBO TV, invites residents to pay 3.50 and have access to a TV channel that enables them to monitor 400 different CCTV surveillance cameras and report on suspicious or anti-social behavior, comparing suspects to an on-screen rogues gallery.

This combined with the government's encouragement for Londoners to report their neighbors for suspicious activity, of which potential signs of terrorism include owning a vehicle, living in a house or getting a refund on a credit card, fuse the infrastructure of a classic total surveillance state, with civilian tattle-tale squads forming the modern say Stasi. Meanwhile, posters at bus terminals inform Londoners that they are 'secure beneath the watchful eyes' of Big Brother.

The exact same program was announced for the US years ago in the New York Times. The difference is that in the US they plan to force people to watch the system either over their computer or cable system. It will be classified as 'public service' to pay for speeding tickets and eventually as a mandatory function of your civil defense Homeland Security draft duties.

Starting at two hours a week and, if you wish to be paid, upwards of twenty hours a week, you will monitor the cameras for signs of terrorism and also, as admitted in the New York Times piece, for crime.

The latest artificial intelligence systems, for example DARPA's gait analysis program, which made headlines in 2003 for claiming to be able to identify terrorists by the way they walk, are not yet perfected and the involvement of the general population gives Big Brother the added advantage of pounding into people the feeling that their behavior is being monitored at all times and that if they step out of line in any way they will face the consequences. This in turn makes people self-regulate their actions to the point where exercising even basic freedoms becomes a potential precursor to being disappeared. In addition, using a method called the Delphi Technique, the general public are more likely to support the idea because they are hoodwinked into believing that they are involved in it and are part of the power structure. Therefore they feel their time is invested in the common security of everyone.

In effect, by an incessant demand that people report any suspicious behavior, theyre creating terrorist cadres that dont exist to justify police state legislation under the guise of protecting the public.

And theyre shifting the surveillance grid into areas where its not mechanized, to become self-regulating.

Because if you pound it into people that everything theyre doing is constantly being monitored, which is part of the motivation behind the NSA spying furor, it has the effect of making the people regulate their own behavior and have absolutely no confidence to exercise their innate freedoms.

By announcing all this theyre shaping individual behavior, which means that they dont have to worry as much about what slips past their surveillance grid, because people are cowering in fear of speaking out or being active in any way.

And for the elite that self-regulatory little brother syndrome is going to be ultimately more successful for them, because a dictatorship by fiat rather than force is something thats far easier to package and sell to the wider population.

The government has been caught using chemical and biological weapons on the American people ad on the British people. They cannot be trusted to do anything and they have no moral authority. We have former and current Bush administration advisors advocating torturing children. Statistically, governments have been found to engage in more criminal activity than the general member of the public. It is not because we have something to hide that we don't want this. It is because we don't trust the government on the basis that history and common sense shows that they do this to enslave and abuse populations. Corrupt people want more power and control.

A government engaging in escalating criminal actions and becoming more and more secretive should not be watching and tracking us as if we're all criminals. The same goes for CCTV surveillance. That's not freedom. Would you let a convicted murderer and pedophile watch your child 24/7?

The often peddled mantra of 'why should you care if you have nothing to hide?' is manifestly ridiculous in light of the fact that we have a government that has everything to hide and yet we're the ones under suspicion.

We are told by the government to make our lives completely transparent or go to jail while the government itself becomes more secretive than ever before.

Why should they know everything about us when they won't tell us anything about them?

Would you walk up to a gang of criminals and give them your credit card and PIN number?

The British government told us that the ID card would make our information more secure. Blair said this would protect, not infringe our liberties. And how did they propose paying for it? By selling the information of 44 million British citizens to private companies. How secure is that?

High level dictators will put in thousands of viceroys and minions who will all set up their own petty little empires in your neighborhood and make your life a living hell.

This control grid is being implemented not just so it is there in place but so they can abuse us further. The more we put up with and become acclimatized to it, even more control will be layered on top. This control grid is being constructed so they can enforce mandatory psychological testing and drugging, now a proposed federal law, to be done nationwide under the New Freedom initiative. It is so they can enforce conscription and the national draft, it is so they can enforce their feudal land grabs under zoning laws.

They did not ask us if we wanted any of this. They install the surveillance grid and then claim that we agreed to it. They were erecting license plate readers in Indiana six years ago and now they are going in nationwide. London is already fully covered with an automatic tracking and taxation camera control grid.

Small towns in Florida were already running scans on cars three years ago and that program has vastly expanded across the country. They put the system in place and then announce it. Notice how they put the cameras in first and stated that they were just for traffic. Then they announce that squad cars were going to be hooked into the cameras and now it's happening.

They did not ask us, but retroactively, when we do hear about it in polls, almost everybody is against it but they just don't care. In Texas we beat the law that would have put RFID tags in inspection stickers, after polls showed a 95 per cent plus opposition to the plan. And what happens? The Texas Department of Transportation announce that they are going to put two million in this year without even asking. The law was defeated but they are just going to go ahead and do it anyway because they are criminals.

There are no ifs, ands and buts about it. We have criminals announcing that they are watching us and that they want to institute yet more expansive and wide ranging systems of surveillance.

GPS surveillance systems in cars are about to become mandatory and are in all new cars as standard. The British government has announced a taxation by mile program that will track every car on every British road. The exact same systems are going in the UK, the US, Germany and western Europe, betraying the organized global design of this movement.

They have told us that our digital cable boxes and TIVO systems are recording what we watch to create psychological algorithms which are stored on government databases. These systems track what we watch, for exactly how long we watch it, and what our psychological score is based on those factors.

Imagine having millions of your choices over the years stored on centralized government databases. It's already happening.

Similarly, supermarket loyalty cards hold the same data and Walmart in league with the Defense Department has ordered all major supermarket chains to switch from barcode to RFID tracking so that every purchase you make emits a radio frequency from the store shelf, to your home, to the landfill.

The introduction of the national ID card and blanket surveillance and recognition systems in the UK and US is one step further towards the mandatory implantation of ID chips in all citizens. Does this sound outlandish? Implantable chip technology has been in existence for a decade and discussions on ID chipping humans is in the news regularly. Tommy Thompson, the former Health and Human Services Secretary in the Bush administration, promised to have a chip implanted and is now touring the country lauding the virtues of ID chips. During the the confirmation hearings for John Roberts Jr., George W. Bush's nominee for Supreme Court chief justice, Roberts was questioned by Senator Joseph R. Biden on whether he would rule against a mandatory implantable microchip to track American citizens.

No matter how diabolical and unbelievable it appears to the rational thinking person, the government's of the west are doing it.

This is systematic. They built the electrically wired cage around us and then they turned it on. The state is doing all this for the moment when they take your pension funds, private property, and guns because you won't be able to resist. Big Brother will be two steps ahead at all times and there will be nowhere to hide.

A once free people are being totally enslaved and they have no idea as it brazenly unfolds in front of their very eyes.

Astounding new revelations from inside source who spied on the occult elite

Since the Summer of 2000, Alex Jones' Dark Secrets Inside Bohemian Grove documentary has been the only record of a successful infiltration into the 133-year-old elite encampment.

Until now.

New footage obtained from a Bohemian Grove employee offers us further insight into the infrastructure of the compound and the mind set of its attendees.

Our source, known anonymously as 'Kyle' - was able to access sensitive areas of the Grove and record footage using a concealed pen camera.

What he documented only adds further weight and credibility to previous claims that Bohemian Grove is perhaps the ultimate 'back room', in which world and domestic policy is agreed upon in the bizarre environment of drunken frivolity, homosexual prostitution, and satanic deity worship.

'Kyle' worked at Bohemian Grove in the summer of 2004 and 2005. He was able to physically confirm what the Bohemian Grove's own annuals had told us for decades, that the elite of the elite attend the camp. Our source personally saw several high profile members of the US aristocracy, including New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, the famous newsman Walter Cronkite and countless other luminaries.

The most elite encampment within the Grove is Mandolay. Our source told us that other members of the Grove were not even allowed to approach within a hundred yards of this compound. Swarming with secret service, private valets and cooks, in the compartmentalized system of the New World Order, Mandolay is an elite within an elite, the very top of the pyramid's capstone.

Over the past few years the Bohemian Grove establishment has relaxed the rules a little pertaining to women. Beforehand, they weren't allowed on the compound at all, now they are permitted to be kitchen hands or valets in rare cases.

Kyle recalled that it was a constant irritant to be approached by old men and propositioned for sexual favors and asked if he "slept around" and wanted to have some fun.

In 2004 we highlighted a New York Post article which discussed the attendance of gay porn star Chad Savage at Bohemian Grove. According to the Post, he was there to 'attend to every need' of the so-called Christian conservative majority that makes up the attendee list.

In October 1999, hundreds of hours of Oval Office taped conversations from the Nixon era were de-classified. In one discussion Nixon tells his advisors, "But it's not just the ratty part of town. The upper class in San Francisco is that way. The Bohemian Grove, which I attend from time to time . . . It is the most faggy goddamned thing you could ever imagine with that San Francisco crowd. I can't shake hands with anybody from San Francisco."

According to Kyle, during one of the festival's revelries, known as Gypsy Jazz, the audience paused to thank the author of the music, calling him a wonderful jazz artist, but then booed in disapproval at the mention of the fact that he liked to spend a lot of time with women.

Amidst this incongruous atmosphere of indulgence, the very cogs of the New World Order turn and policy with global implications is set in stone. Bohemian Grove annuls brag of how the Manhattan Project was conceived at the Grove inside a building known as the Chalet. Our source was able to procure footage of this odd little building.

The Strategic Defense Initiative, Star Wars, was also the brainchild of Grove members and was born inside the Chalet. At the height of the cold war, top Soviet dignitaries traveled to the Bohemian Grove for secret meetings with heads of the US government and corporate leaders.

The membership list obtained by Kyle for the 2005 ritual reads like a who's who of the US elite. Former presidents Jimmy Carter and George H.W. Bush, current president George W. Bush, Henry Kissinger and George Schultz were amongst the attendees.

A sign denoting the entrance to the Hillbilly encampment, where the Bushes stay, shows a happy dancing devil with a forked tail, not the kind of insignia you would expect a so-called born again Christian to want to associate himself with.

The day after the cremation of care ritual, in which a mock human sacrifice is made to Moloch the owl deity, Kyle was able to sneak his hidden camera inside the belly of the beast, inside the owl, to give us a glimpse of how the ceremony is performed.

There are four different effigies that are used in the ceremony. The footage from inside the owl shows one of the effigies propped up against the wall. The effigy has been burned and its metal skeleton remains. It is clearly an effigy of a human body. Also inside the owl, we see what appear to be electrical generators, wires, stereo systems, public address systems, and amplifiers stacked on top of each other. We can confirm that the owl itself has a metal structure with a stone facing.

Our source informs us that the final effigy that is burned is made of a highly flammable material and that the local Monte Rio fire department oversees this portion of the ritual.

This would explain why, during a 2003 visit to the surrounding area of the Grove, Alex Jones and his film crew experienced some decidedly unfriendly locals who worked for the Monte Rio fire department. When asked politely about the Bohemian Grove, the individuals became aggressive and asked that the video camera be shut off. They had obviously been told by the Grove establishment not to talk about Bohemian Grove.

Our social lives, going to the football game or the PTA, are somewhat different to the leisure pursuits of the world's elite.

If you were aware of the fact that your neighbor made mock human sacrifices to Moloch, a canaanite deity, would you let them walk your dog? Sit your house? Would you let them baby sit your children?

Yet the global elite that attend the Grove have their fingers on the nuclear launch codes. Is it not therefore in the interest of the American people and the wider world that the veil of secrecy which shadows the activities inside Bohemian Grove be brought to light and exposed for what it is? The edifice for a satanic conspiracy that seeks to dominate and enslave mankind.

Most Gagged Whistleblower in US history Sibel Edmonds joins Alex Jones on air, says there are strong criminal elements within all three branches of Government.

Last Tuesday nationally syndicated radio host Alex Jones was joined on air by FBI whistleblower Sibel Edmonds for an in depth interview

Edmonds was hired shortly after Sept. 11 to translate intelligence gathered over the previous year related to the 9/11 attacks. She says the FBI had information that an attack using airplanes was being planned before Sept. 11 and calls Condoleezza Rice's claim the White House had no specific information on a domestic threat or one involving planes "an outrageous lie."

Although Edmonds is officially barred from revealing the specifics of what she found out, she has revealed that she was hired to find and cover up the prior knowledge intercepts. She refused to go along with the cover up. Of course only small criminal elements of the government were involved on 9/11, the majority of those working for the FBI, the CIA and the NSA are good people who would have picked up on the pre-intelligence.

Edmonds has also previously gone on record with revelations of government run drug shipping and other organized crime operations.

Firstly Edmonds was keen to stress that information relating to pre 9/11 terrorist activity was intentionally blocked by elements of the intelligence agencies.

"I started reporting these cases together with documents and other witnesses in the department, within two months after I started working for the bureau, around November/December 2001. I went to my superiors, to their superiors and even all the way to the top of the chin, to Director Mueller himself within the FBI headquarters. Initially they were asking me not to push through this and in return they offered to give me a raise... When I did not continue reporting these issues, in about February 2002, they accused me of reporting these issues to the Congress via email."

At this time Sibel was not attempting to do this, she was attempting to raise the issues internally. The FBI then sent several agents to her house and confiscated her home computer and took it apart to check exactly who Edmonds had ben contacting.

They then forced her to take a polygraph test to determine whether she had been speaking to anybody outside the agency. This was the last straw for edmonds who decide it was time to blow the case wide open and go to Congress with her vital information.

"So I went to these people within the Senate Judiciary Committee, I briefed their staff who had clearance, I went inside the secured facility and gave them documents, and about two weeks after that I was terminated without any reason being cited, in fact the letter I received from the Department of Justice said that 'your contract is being terminated as of this date purely for the convenience of the Government."

Ms Edmonds went on to talk about the specifics of what elements of the Government are now doing and covering up.

Starting with the revelation that forces inside the Congress and the FBI confirmed that House Speaker Dennis Hastert was illegally receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash bribes from foreign lobbying organizations in exchange for political favors.

Other Senators and Congressmen have also been exposed in the activity of taking illegal cash.

She then went on to talk about former Attorney General John Ashcroft who in an unprecedented move officially gagged the Congress over her case in order to "protect certain diplomatic relations of the United States and to protect sensitive US-foreign business relations."

Ashcroft did not elaborate at all and many have come forward to suggest that the gagging order was wholly illegal.

Edmonds then made an analogy, as she often does when she cannot reveal specific facts. She suggested that there could be a so called "war on drugs" but it is an unwritten rule that you only go after the lower end drug dealers and leave alone the middle men and those at the top because the government can directly profit from their activity. This is how things were handled with terrorism in the lead up to 9/11.

"Intentionally, I and I want to underline this, intentionally they are not going after the middlemen and the people at the top. So to this day the American public have not heard who is the real culprit behind 9/11. There is money laundering, and certain narcotic and weapons procurements involved."

Ms Edmonds went on to reveal that the criminal elements are active within all three branches of Government. Plus there are those who are working outside government towards the same agenda. She suggests that we should look towards lobbying groups who are registering as agents of foreign governments, such as International Advisors Inc, the lobbying company set up by arch Neo-Con Richard Perle, which is registered with the State Department as "agents of Turkey."

These groups, with weighty influences upon the foreign policy of the US Government, some, including Perle, Pentagon architects of the Iraq war, are operating with elements of the Government in a nexus like fashion, moving around vast amounts of money and arms and profiteering from directing world events.

Edmonds suggested that this information would become more widespread should more people demand that the media cover these issues. There are simply too many people who are not concerned by such revelations or who simply take no notice.

"Our founders repeatedly stressed eternal vigilance because we can't say we have separation of powers, we have our Constitution and our Bill of Rights, they're going to take care of themselves and they are going to last, no, it does take eternal vigilance." Edmonds commented.

Chief Warrant Officer Lewis Welshofer, the highest ranking US Army official charged to date in the death of an Iraqi detainee, was convicted of negligent homicide on Saturday after it decided the death was not murder.

Welshofer, following broader army guidelines tortured an Iraqi General named Abed Hamed Mowhoush by covering his mouth and placing him head first into a sleeping bag then sitting on his chest during an interrogation.

The man died. How is that not murder?

The interrogation technique itself completely defies logic, how are you going to get information from someone who's mouth is covered and has been placed inside a sleeping bag?

We also know that any informatin extrapolated via the method of torture is highly suspect at best and most likely completely unreliable.

Yet the globalists still defend the method as effective.

The officer was fined $6,000 in salary and was largely restricted to his barracks and workplace for 60 days.

The leniancy of the sentance highlights the fact that US forces can literally get away with murder and that the use of torture is deemed to be permissable due to the fact that officers who carry it out are simply "following orders".

Where are the punishments for those responsible for these orders?

Reuters reports,

Israel's Mossad spy service and a foreign counterpart enlisted a confidante of Osama bin Laden to kill the al Qaeda leader in 1996 but the plan fell apart over a political dispute, a newspaper said on Thursday.

Mossad picked up bin Laden's trail while helping U.S. and Egyptian agents probe an attempt by Islamist militants on the life of Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak as he visited Ethiopia, Israeli daily Yedioth Aharonoth said citing security sources.

According to the report, Mossad recruited a woman close to bin Laden with the help of the intelligence service in her country. Neither the woman's name nor nationality were given.

Whatever the validity of this story, it has the impact of making the reader think that major intelligence agencies were vigorously pusuing bin Laden in the mid-1990's, when the opposite is true.

Former MI5 agent David Shayler and French intelligence experts confirmed that in 1996, British MI6 paid Osama bin Laden and Al-Qaeda more than $200,000 to assassinate Colonel Gadaffi.

In addition, attempts by Libya to arrest bin Laden after the botched assassination attempt were actively blocked by MI6.

From 1992 to 1999, the US government supported Osama bin Laden's Al-Qaeda cells in the Balkans during the Bosnian and Serbian wars.

The mainstream media is swift to recycle ten year old stories, but only if they back up the party line that Osama has always been an enemy of the USA, Britain and Israel.

Anything to the contrary is ignored and disappears down the memory hole.
