WOOH...finally moving in my OWN place :)

 My own place is now READY!! I've hired a contractor in putting in new doors and base moldings which cost $1XXX and it was well worth it since my place looks better now! I've been moving misc stuff in and just need to get a bed, setup cable/dsl, and I'll have my housewarming party!! I can't wait to have a gathering with bunch of friends soon!!

Why bother with 15/30 yr loan terms?!

I've been working quite a bit these days in helping out my family co while we're having overtime almost daily so business is pretty good! Our 2nd house was paid off within about 2 yrs and my condo should be paid off in a yr or so so while I'm on a 5 yr loan term then floating after doesn't matter much to me as I plan to move on afterwards :) I'm just buying furniture and thinking of stuff to decorate my place these days!!

Had another GREAT night at GC!

Won $220 for around 4 hrs and 15 mins is NOT BAD!! Best Hand of the night: 4 of a Kind 2's-had pocket 2 and 2 more came out on turn and river!! Almost enough for my Las Vegas round trip ticket! :P

Current mood: happy

Played 3 hours @ $2/$4 table last night and won $271!! Ha..."earned" $90/hr and TAX FREE :)

Hold Em=GREAT SIDE INCOME!!

I've been having great runs this month @ Garden City!! There's few days that I was "making" $80/+ per hour while some days are just for fun winning like $10 per hour! If only I can make $40/+ per hour constantly then it'll be better than my job since these winnings are TAX FREE!!

I would like to thank those beginners that (obviously watch too much tv) and call/raise/reraise even though they barely have a hand...if I'm constantly sitting at these tables then an Omega Seamaster or Tag Heuer Microtimer will be on my wrist soon :) HAHA.... :P

What happened to some of my fds lately?!

I'm just wondering why there has been quite a bit of changes since I've spend thousands of $ and hours in facials/microdermabrasion/etc over the last yr or so. Yeah, I know I'm aging so gotta keep maintainence right?!

Some of the guy fds that used to hangout/go clubbing/car racing/etc. with aren't even calling to say what's up while some girls that would hangout quite often won't even return a call or even an email. I know everyone has their agendas yet it doesn't take too long to return a call or email! So, to anyone that's reading this, if I pissed you off or you've been busy lately, please let me know as I've been so free/bored that I'll like to findout how you guys/gals are lately and would love to go watch a movie, eat, clubbing, and whatever that we used to do ok? Oh well, back to work for now!

I've finally got my own place!!

After months of browsing, I've decided to purchase a condo close to my home/work. It was affordable and I'll still have $$ left for fun after the monthly payments HOA! It's refurnished with new carpet, cabinets, kitchen tops, appliances, etc. so all I'll have to do is buy some furniture, a nice LCD/HD TV, hold em table :P, and it's good to go!! I can't wait to move in when it'll be ready around Jan!

Hmm...Portfolio Condo at Santana Row is pretty nice!!

I've been starting to browse around for $600K/below condo/apt/townhouses within half hr drive of my house/work and just saw a 1100 sq ft. Loft A2 1 Bedroom and Den, 1.5 Bath which faces Strait's Cafe starting at mid $500K last sat which is pretty nice!!

It's quite convenient to 880 which I can take to work and there won't be any traffic as I don't get to work til at least 10:30 while it's also convenient for shopping/eating/etc. as friends/I have been hanging out at Blowfish/other places lately! I guess I'll have to cut down on my misc expenses soon esp. if I don't see anything as interesting while they're starting to have units available in July or so!!

Thinking of getting other cars or just saving up...
Current mood: okay

Most of my friends have been buying/selling/upgrading their cars to 2 seaters for the summer such as Miata, S2000, Lotus Elise, etc. I had fun with my MR-2 Turbo last year and deciding if I should sell my 2 M3 for a S4/E46 M3 (yet Gas is so expensive these days-cost me like $37 to fill up the 95 M3!) or just sell the E30 M3 for a 93/+ RX-7 (too many misc problems and tend to be in shop more than on the road!) or Integra Type-R (few friends that I know have these had at least their emblems stolen and not to mention some have even been stripped quite a bit! :P)! ARR....well it's just a thought esp. I'm going to NYC/maybe other close by cities for around a week in June and also in a drawing for World Cup 2006 tickets in Germany that'll cost me $1500/3 games/Best seats! I estimate the Germany trip will cost $6,000/+ along with lodging for around 2 weeks, airplane tickets, food, fun, etc yet I still have over a year to save up :P

WOOH...another vacation in June!

Since a friend's going to East Coast and close to NYC for her sister's graduation, few friends and I are going to NYC and some cities closeby for a week or two. Yeah, most friends think it's odd that I've been to HK/overseas like 10 times or so whereas I've been to NYC like once/just crossing the border a few years back! Gotta save up now...
