33 Senators voted against English as America 's official language on June 6, 2007. Of the 33, only one is a Republican and two are Independents; the rest are Democrats!

rejects patriotism, borders on traitorous action and, in my opinion, makes

current or former  presidential candidates:  Senator Biden, Senator Clinton, Senator Dodd and Senator Obama.  You are and were four Senators vying to lead America , but you won't or don't have the courage to cast a vote in favor of English as America 's official language when 91% of American citizens want English officially designated as our language.
 
This is the second time in the last several months this list of Senators
have disgraced themselves as "political hacks" unworthy of being Senators and certainly unqualified to serve as the President of the United States .
 
If America is as angry as I am, you will realize a backlash so stunning it
will literally "rock you out of your pants" and, preferably, totally out of
the United States Senate.  The entire immigration bill is a farce.  Your
action only confirms this really isn't about America , it's about self-serving politics and it's despicable at best. It has been said, "Never argue with an idiot.  They'll drag you down to their level!"

Just who is this Dude Victor the SnakeMannn?
I know you want to know, or you wouldn't be here.
Hi, I am Victor the SnakeMannn, I am 43, I am Single and I currently am back in Hollyweird California where I belong. I occasionally travel the States. I am a Semi-Conservative Republican. The only reason I say Semi, is that I like to look the way I look. I believe it is a freedom that I have under the Constitution of the United States. I believe in Free Speech. Other than that, I am Pretty Conservative.
People have asked me to go into more detail on my beliefs on why I say I am Conservative. I am not going to apologize for who I am or for what I believe in. I don't care if people like me or dislike me because of what I believe in. I have pissed off enough people and lost a lot of friends because of who I am and what I believe in. So screw it. If you like me you like me, if you don't you don't. If you don't, I don't need to hear about it. (even though a lot of the demoncrats will tell me how wrong they think I am).

If I were to run for President, people would want to know my Platform on a few issues. These are some of my thoughts and ides.

Pro Life
Well for starters, I am Pro Life. Now liberal abortionists say that it's the woman's body and the woman's choice. Well if I were to intentionally hit a woman, (Which I would never do) and she were to have a Miscarriage, (In any stage of her pregnancy) or I were to get into a car accident, and the same thing, I could be accused and found guilty of Manslaughter for the death of her baby! No questions asked, just GUILTY!! But if a woman chooses to kill her baby and allows someone else to go inside her and kill her baby, it is ok and no one get's charged because it's legal. Something is very wrong here. Now if a broad doesn't want to have a kid, she should either keep her legs shut or use protection, and if she get's pregnant, she should put it up for adoption, someone else would want the kid. Safe Sex should be practiced for STD's anyways. Now to think of all the aborted babies killed so far, who's to say what some of those would have accomplished? Some might have come up with cures to diseases, cures for world hunger, inventions to make things easier, as well as many other things. Some might have become Billionaires and created millions of jobs and paid a lot more taxes. It really amazes me how many women can kill their babies and just say it's their body!!! We should all then just be allowed to kill of inconvenient people that bother us! What's the difference? I mean if someone pisses me off, that messes with my brain and that's my body so I should just be able to kill them to not have a stressful life!

Pro Death Penalty
Next, on the other side of the coin, I am for the Death Penalty. If you maliciously kill with intent and according to the laws, I believe you should be put to death! I do feel sorry for those wrongly convicted and every attempt to correctly convict the right person for the crime should be attempted. I think that hideous murderers should be publicly executed. I think our Government and the States should offer these up for Pay Per View and help pay the costs of housing and courts of the one convicted and anything extra should be split between the states and the victims. This would cut the costs to the taxpayers, and also the ones who got robbed of their loved ones would or could be compensated.
Now when these people are put to death, I think that the people who have paid to watch the execution should get to vote on how to execute them. The only people who could override these votes would be the family of the Victims. Now as for the ways, the Liberals would have you believe that suffering is intolerable. I am sorry, these people are being put to death for some of the most hideous crimes imaginable. They should be made to suffer! I am sure, if this were an option, a lot of people would be less apt to want to commit some of these crimes knowing the results. Oh who am I kidding? Murderers will always be murderers.

The Right to Bear Arms
I am also for the right to Arm Bears! Oops, I mean Bear Arms. I hunt. I believe in the hunting of animals for food and the byproducts which come from animals. It culls the herds and prevents the overpopulation's. I am also for the right to carry weapons for self preservation and protection. If you come into my house or Property and intend to rob me or cause me or my family harm, I will kill you and just deal with it. Why just hurt you and then get sued by you because I used force when your intent was to hurt me? Hey Criminals, Rob me again and you will leave in a body bag next time!!!

Taxes

Now as I am talking about Taxes, I have several ideas here. I think all taxes should be abolished and a national 15% sales tax should be added to everything but food and medical expenses. This means for every dollar spent in America on anything other than food or medicine, should pay .15 cents. Doesn't matter who you are or how much you earn. If you spend a dollar, you pay .15 cents. So tourists, illegal aliens, people on Welfare etc... EVERYONE who buys ANYTHING pays. This would be applied to houses, cars, property, and any consumer goods. So what would we do with all of the people who work for the IRS? Well some would be there to collect from the States the US Governments percentage, others could be transferred to more critical needed positions within the Government i.e. I.C.E., Border Patrol, Homeland Security, and various other jobs where we need more people but don't have the money to pay for. So the US makes more money all around from everyone who spends anything, and we delete and reorganize jobs to areas where they are most needed in America. Now the Gas Tax and Cigarette Taxes should be abolished and the same .15 cents on the Dollar should be applied as well. This would lower Gas prices around the country, but more people would buy and pay for more gas and the US would end up making more money. My other idea, If the Liberals want to Pay Taxes, and fund everything, let them!

Marijuana

The only thing I would tax more would be to Legalize Marijuana and tax it at 50%. Now I am not for the smoking of Marijuana, but people are going to do it and it should be regulated the same as Alcohol and made to be 21 years of age and older, and it should have the same laws applied to it as to alcohol. And if it were legal and taxed,

1, It would create new business, i.e. locations to sell it, places to grow it, places to consume it, and the manufacturing of products associated with it etc...
2, It would create hundreds of thousands if not millions of new jobs, so more people would make money to spend to buy things to pay the.15 cents on the Dollar etc...
3, Farmers who are having hard times making money not being able to grow things on their farms, outside investors would rent their farms to grow Marijuana and we could abolish subsidies that we pay Farmers when they cannot grow anything. Thus cut costs the taxpayers currently pay for.
4, Police would have more time and resources to go and fight other crimes, have time to look for and solve murders, gang reduction etc... This would save money as people would not be arrested for possession or incarcerated for many Marijuana related crimes. Now I believe it should still be a crime to sell it or grow illegally as it could not be taxed and this should still be prosecuted. But the taxation and jobs created would bring new wealth to our country and our debts would be erased. Now as for cities, counties and states who do not want to legalize this, well they would have that right, and people who want to smoke or make new businesses would move to where it would be legal, and this would make crime and tax benefits go down in those communities and they would not benefit from the revenues that come along with it.
5. The byproducts which would come from marijuana would again create more jobs to manufacture, and sell a lot more thus creating businesses, jobs, and taxes when sold.
People are going to continue to smoke it and grow it because they choose to. It's the BIGGEST Cash Crop in the US and more money is wasted trying to stop it and that means less attention to murders and burglaries and other crimes they don't have money to fight.

It's just pure egotistical stupidity for us to spend the money we spend in the US fighting Marijuana when the amount of money and jobs so far out weigh anything to the contrary.

ACLU, Liberals and the dumbing down of America

As for the ACLU, it's supposed to be something that serves Americans. But lately I see stories where they have helped imprison Agents of Law Enforcement that have killed Illegal Immigrants while attempting to enter America Illegally. The stand up for Murderers and Rapists and other Criminals and not the Victims. I am sorry, if someone is falsely accused of something and is actually innocent, then they should do everything in their power to get them off. But they demonize people who are the Actual Victims of crime and glorify the Criminals. This is just WRONG!!!! I did my crimes and I went to prison and served my time. I only deserved the bare minimum of rights while in prison and that's all that was allotted to me. But these liberals want to make it so the Criminals have more rights than the Victims. That's just wrong. It amazes me when I am watching the News and I see some pretty 20 something lawyer fresh out of Law School on TV defending a KNOWN and CONVICTED Rapist or Murderer. I bet it it were her that the crimes happened against or someone she knows or in her own family, she would not be defending these people.

Gay Marriage

Did you know that it was against the law for Blacks to marry Whites in America?
Ok, well I know I am going to shock a few people here with this, so if you are not sitting, I'll wait.........

Ok, well I am for Gay Marriage. OMG!!! WHAT???? Yep, the way I look at it, there will be more women for me, and why shouldn't they be allowed to be as miserable as the rest of us? Ok, yes, that's the joke part. Seriously. If the United States of America banned Blacks from Marrying, or Jews, or Blacks and Whites or any other race together, the country would be in an uproar. But there is a law against Gay people in Same Sex relationships. Ok, yes, according to God and the Bible, any sex out of wedlock is a sin. So with that said, anyone who has premarital sex is just as guilty. Yes I believe in the Bible, but I as anyone am a sinner and I have sinned in my own life. I know what you are saying, Me? Yep! So with that, let's examine why I say it should not be illegal.

1, There are people in the USA that do NOT believe in the Bible. Should they not be allowed to be married?
2, Should Satanists NOT be allowed to be married? Witches? Warlocks? Muslims? Buddhists?
3, What if someone is Bisexual? Shouldn't the law be in infinite perplexity?
4, Gays not being allowed to be married, if they are in the wrong for being together, shouldn't there be a law against that? Again, what about Bisexuals, or people who have premarital sex? Tell me what is the difference? Sin is sin no matter how you look at the Bible.
5, By not allowing Gays to marry is costing people Jobs, there are people who cannot make a living. What? Yes, by not allowing Gays to be Married, there are no Lavish huge weddings, so no one buys flowers, or hires caterers, or rents buildings or planners etc... A lot of people are not getting the money which they would have to pay taxes on and feed their families and buy gas and keep America going etc... Ok, so let's check some numbers, these are only guesstimations, but you can follow and add it up. Let's say there are 100,000 possible Gay weddings per year, and on average for them all it's $20,000 each, that's $200,000,000 or $200 MILLION Dollars that is not spent or earned or taxed in the US per year.
6. Let's say they want to get divorced? How much revenue is again not made as there are lawyers out of work, (Yeah I am crying about that. LOL, Not really!) But yeah, a lot of people make a lot of money that they are again Taxed on and spend in the economy. This does not happen for the same reasons.

So yeah, I am for Gay marriages for these reasons. It costs America money to not have them and it's just wrong to tell someone they cannot marry someone else. (With the exception of family members marrying each other)

Prostitution

Sex is legal in the US, whether it is in Marriage or out. Selling stuff in America is Legal. But selling sex is not. How stupid is this? So it's better to have all these laws and clog up the courts and keep Police officers busy setting up stupid money costing stings to catch people who are allowed to have sex with each other at a bar, but if the mention of money is present it's arrestable? HELLO??? People are going to do it regardless. So why not keep cops busy on stupid crimes and let the drug lord gang members continue to kill people and each other?

So my idea is this, Whore houses work. They check the prostitutes regularly for diseases, they make a lot of money which could be taxed, and no one gets hurt. It's regulated and would help against the spread of STDs. The prostitutes would pay taxes and earn an "Honest Living". The Brothels would regulate it and make sure there are no drugs or STDs. And Street walking Prostitution would be so much more illegal as would be picking up street walkers as this would be considered "Unregulated", "Unsafe", "Untaxed", and major announcements on TV would show how much worse this is. The laws for continuing in the illegal practices would be a lot higher and way worse for both parties if they did this. So with that said, most people would go to legal brothels, you would know what you get for what price, both parties are protected and no one gets hurt. Cities and counties that do not want it or the revenue from a legal Brothel, could make it like a dry county same as alcohol.
Cops would have more time to fight real crimes and not spend so much in tax payer dollars on extensive stake outs and major stings. And again, the country spends less money against it and makes more money for it and thus lowers other taxes.

Immigration and Illegal Aliens

Has anyone ever noticed the word Illegal? There are Immigration Laws currently on the books that ARE NOT being Enforced!!! They estimate there are only 12,000,000 illegal immigrants here in the US. Here are some stats from the Center for Immigration Studies.
The Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) estimates that in January of 2000 there were 7 million illegal aliens living in the United States, a number that is growing by half a million a year. Thus, the illegal-alien population in 2003 stands at at least 8 million. Included in this estimate are approximately 78,000 illegal aliens from countries who are of special concern in the war on terror. It is important to note that the 500,000 annual increase is the net growth in the illegal-alien population (new illegal immigration minus deaths, legalization's, and out-migration). In 1999 for example, the INS estimates that 968,000 new illegal aliens settled in the U.S. This number was offset by 210,000 illegal aliens who either died or returned home on their own, 63,000 who were removed by the INS, and 183,000 illegal aliens who were given green cards as part of the normal "legal" immigration process. One of the most important findings of the INS report is the intimate link between legal and illegal immigration. The INS estimates that it gave out 1.5 million green cards to illegal aliens in the 1990s. This was not due to amnesty legislation, but rather reflects how the legal immigration process embraces illegal immigration and encourages it through legal exemptions.  According to the INS, only 412,000 illegal aliens were removed during the decade.
So with that, I say as a Law Abiding American, we Enforce the Laws we have on the books, Or we do not. If we choose not to enforce the laws, then why shouldn't we as a nation not obey ANY laws? What's the point??? Why should any law be enforced if we cannot enforce THE LAW??? I think if we as a nation take back our streets and neighborhoods and swamp I.C.E, INS, The State Department, the FBI, and all Local Law Enforcements Agencies with phone calls and Letters EVERY TIME we see Illegal Immigrants standing on the corners loitering, (Another law NOT enforced), or Living or camping any place they should not be etc... they will get the message.  Until the laws are changed they MUST BE ENFORCED!!!

You know what? There are people living on Welfare and Unemployment! If they do not want these jobs, then I say we take them off the doles. They will be happy to work if they need the money to live. I just wish the people we elect were not so pacifistic in their ways and bow down to special interests when they were elected to "Enforce the Laws" or "Change" them!!! Apart from regions of Africa for Political reasons, You do not hear of Illegal Immigration Problems ANYWHERE in ANY OTHER Country on the PLANET!!! I'm so sorry Mexico and other countries in South America suck so bad! That's NOT MY PROBLEM!!! So it's up to us America!!! Call, Write and demonstrate or our Country and everything we love about it will soon be gone!!!
George Carlin's Solution to Save Gasoline
Bush wants us to cut the amount of gas we use. The best way to stop using so much gas is to deport 11 million illegal immigrants! That would be 11 million less people using our gas.The price of gas would come down. Bring our troops home from Iraq to guard the border.
When they catch an illegal immigrant crossing the border, hand him a canteen, rifle and some ammo and ship him to Iraq. Tell him if he wants to come to America then he must serve a tour in the military. Give him a soldier's pay while he's there and tax him on it. After his tour, he will be allowed to become a citizen since he defended this country. He will also be registered to be taxed and be a legal patriot. This option will probably deter illegal immigration and provide a solution for the troops in Iraq and the aliens trying to make a better life for themselves. If they refuse to serve, ship them to Iraq anyway, without the canteen, rifle or ammo. Problem solved If you think this is a good solution to both the problems

My America

So what would America be like if I were in charge? Well, I would create a lot of jobs. There are a lot of jobs out there that don't exist but need to be done. There are a lot of people who need to work. I have a lot of ideas on this. I think there is money to be made and money that is spent that should not be that could make America more efficient. I am not a politician so I don't have a lot of lip service. I don't have any special interests writing me any checks whatsoever. (I wish!!!) I have so many ideas!!! Someone nominate me for Vice President!!! So with all that said, (Yes there will be more to come as I think of it) This is what makes this such a great country to live in. I am Proud to be an American and live in this country. I design Custom Jewelry and sell to Rock Stars and other Celebrities.

Now I'd like to vent a little. I am a Pretty easy going guy who likes a good joke, and has a warped sense of humor. Some people complain to me that they don't like me for one reason or another. I'm not a bad guy. I haven't had too many breaks in my life, what I've got I had to make for myself. The friends I have are my friends because they overlook my shortcomings, or just because they want something from me. I have what I call Mortal Enemies that just can't stand me for one reason or another. I guess I don't know when to keep my mouth shut sometimes, or I don't fit into their "Clique". Whatever the reason, they just can't bring themselves to like me, nor acknowledge me for what I am. Yes I can come off cocky sometimes, but that's just me. Some people just can't take a joke!!! I don't try to make people mad at me, it's just a personality conflict I guess. I don't try to be friends with everybody, but I am usually nice to most I meet. I am not any better than anyone else, I just try harder to be noticed and liked. I was deemed an "Attention Getter" Or "Approval Seeker" from a very young age. I do tasks and deeds that most don't want to. I volunteer my time to Benefits and Charities that involve musicians and music.

Yes, I admit, sometimes I am full of myself, but not to the belittlement of others around me. Some people just have a problem with forgiveness. No matter how Nice I try to be to them, or how many times I apologize for something stupid I've said or done in the past, they just can't get over it and get on with their lives. Some people are just pissed because they are pissed. I cannot do anything to change their minds.

If you've browsed around my site, you might not like some of things you see, but you will have to admit, you won't find any SMUT, or anything bad about me, unless you disagree with me on my Politics. It seems being political one way or another makes some people love you or hate you. I do admit being a Republican has made me some Mortal Enemies in the Liberal Communistic Community.My Photography and my Jewelry is my art, and my art is protected under the first amendment, so don't call any of my photography or Jewelry smut. But Politics or art should not be a reason to hate anybody. So there, I've vented and at least I feel better.

I do not want to Pay for people to not work, women to have Illegitimate Children, people to do Drugs, Wars and Welfare in other Countries, let alone people to come across the border every 1st of the month to pick up a check here. I hate paying my Hard Earned Money for these Liberal Band-aides that don't do nothing but make lazy dependent orphans of the State. I dislike Affirmative Action because the Constitution says that "All Men are Created Equally"! For you Feminazi's, Women are included in this. I feel that everyone should have the same chances as everyone else. It's not fair that a black, or Hispanic person who "Might" or "Might not" be as qualified as another can get a job due to his or her Race or Gender. That's Racial Bias!!! I am part Indian, but I cannot get "Special" treatment when applying for a job! I have Long Hair and wear Earrings, but cannot get special treatment when a woman applies for the same job. (But she can)! I was born in the USA and I love my country.

The Demoncrats talk about us Republicans "Taking the food out of the Mouths of Babes". Ha I say. They give so much to "The Arts"! They take so much from Me in Taxes! How can I feed my own Kids? (If I had any.) Oh! I just ask them? If they did not take so much in Taxes, maybe people would work and have more to spend on their kids! I don't want to be dependent, but Independent! I do not want to pay for stuff that I don't want to pay for. If they want to pay for it, then I say "LET THEM!!!"

Support our troops.

I am sorry for the stuff that has happened in the past. We cannot change things by making a bigger gulf between the sexes and races. We cannot change things by making rules that separate and divide, that make others seem less fortunate, but more preferential. I am not trying to be, nor am I bitter, I just want everyone to have the same chance to make it in this world, without exception. I haven't had a Silver Spoon in my mouth. I don't have much more than the roof over my head now. I have bills. I have problems. I can relate. I have been homeless. I have been a drug addict. I have been a lot of things. That is not an excuse! I have brought myself up from that, and will continue to CLIMB! I want to be everything that Bill Gates is. I want to Have. That is my Dream. THAT IS THE AMERICAN DREAM!!!!! Anyone can do it, you just have to want it bad enough! I want it BAD!!!!! You should too. Nothing that Osama,  or his followers can do can break our spirit!!! We are AMERICANS. No one can take that from us. Stand Tall, Be PROUD!!! And LET'S KICK SOME ASS!!!!!!!

So anyways, that's me in a nutshell. I will add to this when I think of more things I believe in or what could make our country a better place to live in.

Do YOU Want to quit smoking?


Well I have gotten A LOT of flack over this, lost A LOT of friends, both Real friends in Real life, as well as people on my friends list here for posting this. I have been called almost every name in the book and told how insensitive I am and how harsh I am for writing this. I have been told how much I do not care about you smokers. Well it's just the opposite. I care alot that YOU quit smoking!!! That is why I wrote, rewrote and reposted this again and again!!!

I am NOT making a dime from this. No one is ordering any Jewelry when they quit and I help them save all this money. I am ONLY doing this because people need to quit smoking and I think I have a better way of helping people who want to quit.

To date, over 300 people have reported to me that they have quit smoking because of this bulletin. If you are one of them, please leave a comment on my page. And now that you have extra money, why haven't you got any of my Jewelry???

Look, if you do not want to quit smoking, close this now and go on about your life and keep smoking. It's your loss. If you do not smoke, but know smokers, pass this on to them after you read it. If you want to quit, are thinking about quitting or trying to quit, please read on.
Some people emailed me and asked if I would go into more detail and elaborate a bit more to try to help people quit smoking. And amazingly enough, alot of people have quit and this has been inspiration to help them quit making excuses to keep smoking and to QUIT once and for all!!!
I got alot of great responses to my first couple postings of this. I added a few tidbits and corrected some spelling. Instead of replying though, could you reply in a comment on my page please?? Thanks.

Also, these are just suggestions, stories on how I quit, and my insights and my opinions on how I think, no, I'm sorry, how I KNOW you CAN quit smoking. When you get finished reading this, if you really want to quit, come back up here to the top, and re read it all over again. I am not going to say good luck or anything stupid like that, IF YOU WANT TO QUIT, THEN YOU WILL QUIT!!! Now read the rest and quit smoking!!!

"I just got through reading your post regarding smoking which you made some very very good points dont get me wrong however i am a heavy smoker just to get that out in the open now that being said i have two kids and they were born completly healthy infact the doctors said they were one of the most healthy babies born he had saw. Also my mom and my dad smoked two to three packs a day as i grew up my mom even smoked during pregnancy and after we were born she would smoke while she fed us smoke in the car ect out of three of her kids i am the only one who smokes. I disagree that it affects mens sperm count my husband is 33 and has smoked since he was 11 years old he has three kids with another women and two with me both our kids were planned and it only took one time and i was pregnant does that sound like someone with low sperm count to you ? Also the surgeon general says it causes low birth weight another crock of shit like i said my mom smoked while preg with me and my sister and brother she smoked heavily and we were all over 8 pounds almost nine in fact . I smoked during my pregnancy and my kids were very big babies and are perfectly fine . I agree with most of what you say dont get me wrong but snake man with a post like that if you are willing to post something like that you should be open to any opinion from smokers even if they dont agree. Need to quit smoking? Ok, here's some advice. (It's only advice and my thoughts and insights)

I noticed a pack of cigarettes that someone was holding and in huge letters there was a sign on it I had never seen before, it said SMOKING KILLS!!! in big black letters. I was like "DUH!!!" Smoking is POISON!!! There are so many chemicals in it to keep it lit and for "Flavor" as well as the paper! I got an email that the filter puts microscopic particles of Fiber Glass into your lungs and that you should only smoke non filtered cigarettes as these are better for you!!! I'm like "HELLO????" Get more poison but less fiberglass??? Um yeah, ok, WHATEVER!!!!!

YOU have to WANT to quit.  What? YOU HAVE TO WANT TO QUIT!!!!



Did YOU notice how I am emphasizing YOU??? No one but YOU can do anything!!! I can not do ANYTHING for YOU!!! YOU have to want to quit! YOU have to Quit being a Whiner!!! (It's too hard, I'm so addicted, it calms me down, I'll get fat etc....  and a million other lame whiner excuses you can think of...) Blah blah blah!!! Oh freakin WHAAAA!!! Quit making excuses and just quit. One thing you have to do is STOP TRYING!!!! Trying never got anyone anywhere except in the same lame spot you started. Trying is a weak word and the end result is you are still doing it. STOP TRYING AND JUST DO IT!!! Until you QUIT, you will be a tryer and you have to Keep TRYING to be a Tryer! But yet you will still be a smoker!
Look, if you leave them there on the table and stare at them for hours, THEY WILL NOT LIGHT UP AND JUMP IN YOUR MOUTH!!!! I do not care how much you try, YOU have to continue to put them in your mouth and light up!!! If YOU keep putting them in YOUR mouth, then YOU will not quit smoking!!! There is NO EXCUSE!!! There is NO REASON to smoke! If YOU continue to smoke, it's NO ONE's fault BUT YOURS!!!! No one is forcing them on YOU! YOU are doing it to YOURSELF!!!! So that means YOU HAVE TO QUIT YOURSELF!!! YOU are the one losing YOUR money! YOU are the one losing YOUR health! YOU are the one Stealing YOUR life from your Friends and Family. YOU are the one who is polluting the air around YOU!!! YOU are the one not setting a good example for YOUR Children!!! So YOU are the ONLY one who can QUIT!!! Like I said, STOP TRYING AND JUST DO IT!!! TRYING to quit is LAME!!! Smoking is LAME!!! Let's examine some of my thoughts on how and why below.

How much does it cost you?


Ok, add up what you smoke per day, 1 pack, 2 packs etc... How much is that? Now times that dollar amount by 7, then times that dollar amount by 52. How much money are you spending each week? Each Year? What could you do with all that money? Vacation? Bills? Buy my Jewelry? If you smoke 2 packs per day and quit, you can afford 1 piece of my Jewelry EVERY WEEK of the YEAR!!!! Where could you go for a Vacation with all that money? How much Groceries could you Buy your kids? Just sit and write a list of all the things you could do if you had just 1 year of smoking money to spend. If that's not enough incentive, then continue reading!!! Plus add up how much it will cost you in drugs for you to breathe, hospitals, and various other ailments you have to pay for for you or your kids or family members if you continue to smoke.
Next add up how much time you spend smoking. Let's say it takes 5 min each time you smoke. That's 100 Minutes per pack! Let's  say you smoke while working, you have to leave work for the 5 min to smoke, plus you have to walk to where you can smoke and walk back to where you work, add this up, that's hours a year of you NOT working just so you can smoke!!! But Victor, I go outside to smoke because of my family!!! Ok, well the same rules apply, how much time are you spending away from your family? How much time per year could you get back being more productive and doing things you "Don't have time to do?" I mean 100+ min a day? That's almost 2 hours of your day, 12 hours a week, or 624 hours a year you spend SMOKING!!! KILLING YOURSELF AND OTHERS!!!

How do you smell?



If YOU smoke YOU cannot smell yourself or smell how others around YOU smell YOU. Your breath stinks, your hair stinks, your clothes stink, your car stinks, your home stinks, your fingers stink, the air around you stinks while you are smoking. My thought is how can YOU claim to be a Proud Parent on Myspace and tell your kids not to smoke and YOU stand there and do it in their faces? (But Victor, I go outside) Yeah, they see YOU! They SMELL YOU!!! YOU kiss them and YOU stink and they smell it!!! (But Victor I brush my teeth and spray on perfume) YOU don't brush your breath in your lungs, it comes out when YOU breathe and it only masks the smell, it doesn't make it go away!!! YOU give them a hug and they still smell YOU!!! Smoking STINKS and YOU STINK if YOU Smoke!!! I really don't care what you say, I get to hug alot of really hot women, and it really grosses me out when I smell them. I now realize what I put non smokers in my life through, especially my ex wife for almost 5 years. but I was ONLY THINKING OF MYSELF while I smoked! I did not care. I thought it was my right to do to my body and to my air what I wanted to do. I did not realize the impact I had on others or why others had walked away from me when I smoked. I was DISGUSTING!!! Now this is how I feel when I smell smokers! I'm sorry, I am going to say it again, YOU STINK!!! "That's a bit harsh Victor." No it's not, YOU STINK!!!! You are being HARSH to ME and others around you!!!

How do I quit?


Well like I said, YOU have to want to, YOU need to regardless, so put it in your mind that YOU WANT to because YOU NEED to and then when YOU WANT to, YOU WILL find the way to do it. Like I said, QUIT WHINING and making EXCUSES!!!! I don't care why YOU have to quit, just make up your mind that YOU WILL quit and do it. There are many ways, but YOU have to WANT to quit first. Get the patch, get the Gum, Get Hypnosis. Get something, just put them down and quit smoking. The key is, to put away anything that has to do with smoking, not hang around smokers, not do smoking activities, and to NOT put one in your mouth!!! Throw away all your lighters, matches, packs and do not buy anymore!!! Just stop and not do it and then YOU will have QUIT!!! But don't use the Patch or Gum or any crutches to continue your Nicotine habit, use it to curb your cravings and back off that as well. YOU DO NOT NEED Cigarettes or Nicotine!!! They are POISON!!!! Hello??? McFly??? Read the side of the pack!!!

Yeah, I smoked for 21 years. I smoked EVERYWHERE and ANYWHERE! I despised people telling me where I could or could not smoke. I had no regard for anyone else's feelings or right to breathe. I couldn't wait to smoke!
I got to the point where it was costing me around $50 to $70+ a week to smoke, and I thought what I could do with that money without burning it and giving it to a company that wants me to DIE!!! Yes that's right, Cigarettes are the ONLY product for sale which if used CORRECTLY will KILL YOU!!! Like I said above, they MAKE YOU STINK!!!! They deteriorate your health!!! They effect others around you!!! They burn your money!!!! Take a $5 dollar Bill  right now and light it up, watch it burn! Don't want to do that? That's what you do every time you smoke a pack of cigarettes!!!  They effect others around you either directly by contact from breathing the smoke, or indirectly by the end result, i.e. having to take care of you when you can't breathe or get Cancer, Not being able to do things because you smoke the money away, or by going to your funeral when you DIE from SMOKING!!!

How did you quit SnakeMannn?


So what did I do? I got the patch. I decided one day 9 years ago that if I could quit drinking and doing drugs, (I didn't have a choice when I stopped drugs and alcohol, I had to die physically and go to prison for 2 1/2 years, but I made the choice as I grew) that I WANTED and NEEDED to QUIT smoking!!! So I went to bed with a Patch on, had a few weird dreams, but woke up not NEEDING a Cigarette! I did the patch for 10 days and then decided I was no longer a smoker and stopped the patch too.
Do I miss it? No, I never did. Once I put my mind to it and decided to quit, I DID! I didn't walk around whining that I couldn't have or that I needed a cigarette. I walked around believing that I was a NON SMOKER!!! I just DID NOT WANT TO SMOKE ANY LONGER!!!! I stopped making excuses and stopped whining and became a non smoker and that's where I am over 8 years later.
I see and smell people smoking and it disgusts me that I did that and smelled that way! It hurts me to see hot babes who smoke and then to know that I really do not want to kiss them because I do not want to smell them or taste cigarettes on their breath. Believe it or not, it really is like Licking an ASHTRAY!!! It really DISGUSTS me to see a MOM with a Cigarette in her mouth while holding her baby, or while playing with her kids, or a Dad (as my dad did) smoking while we look up to them as a role model. (I guess that's why I started smoking, my dad made it ok for me) Where is my dad now? Well he's had several Heart attacks, a couple stokes and has to carry oxygen around with him for his Emphysema because he cannot breathe from 50+ years of smoking. He coughs daily still even though he had to quit over 5 years ago. His Mother died from Lung Cancer from Smoking as well as his father died from smoking related heart attacks. All that and I still smoked for 21 years. I was so stupid!!! Now if I can admit how stupid I was and could quit, so can YOU!!!

Is it ok for your kids to smoke?


I see so many profiles on here that the user says they smoke but yet the claim to be a Proud Parent! How can you call yourself a PROUD PARENT with a cigarette in your mouth killing yourself and spending all your money right in front of them? What nerve do you have even telling them not to do something if you are going to do it in front of them? Your kids look up to you. They want to do what they see you do! You can't tell them it's bad if they see you doing it. No one else can tell them it's bad because you make it ok for them to want to do it. How proud can you be if your kids do the same bad things that you do? And then how can you even tell them it's bad and continue to set a bad example? If you are truly a proud parent, then quit, set a good example and spend that money going to Disneyland or doing something fun or buying a treat that you could not afford before!!! I am not talking about how proud you are of them, sure, be proud of your kids when they do good etc..., but how can you be proud of your self, how can you have pride in yourself with the money you are spending, and knowing that your kids are going to do the same things you do? What is there in all that to be proud of? If you have so much pride, why don't you set a good example for them and quit? If you are too weak and can't do it, what do you have to be proud of?

March 22, 2006 -- Erectile dysfunction may be more common among men whosmoke cigarettes than among nonsmokers.

An Australian survey of more than 8,300 men aged 16-59 shows that erectiledysfunction was 40% more likely to occur among men who smoked more than 20daily cigarettes, compared with nonsmokers. Also, erectile dysfunction was 24%more likely to occur among men who smoked up to 20 cigarettes per day, comparedwith nonsmokers.

The results, published in Tobacco Control, come from researchersincluding Christopher Millett of the primary care and social medicinedepartment of London's Imperial College.

Smokers' Statistics

The survey, done by telephone, covered various health topics. More than aquarter of the men were current smokers (27%). Most smoked 20 or fewer dailycigarettes (about 21%).

Sexually active men were asked, "During the past year has there been aperiod of one month or more when you had trouble keeping an erection when youwanted to?" About 9% of the men said yes.

Smokers were more likely to report erectile dysfunction, which was mostcommon among men who reported smoking 20 or more daily cigarettes.

The one-time survey didn't track any long-term patterns in smoking orerectile dysfunction.

'Strong Evidence'

Adjusting for other factors related to erectile dysfunction didn't changethe results. However, erectile dysfunction was less commonly reported among menwho were moderate drinkers and more common among those taking heartmedications. Erectile dysfunction and heart disease share similarrisk factors, the researchers note.

Millett and colleagues point out that they haven't proven that smokingcauses erectile dysfunction. They call for more work on the topic.

Meanwhile, the researchers say their study shows "strong evidence"of a link between smoking and erectile dysfunction, which may motivate youngmen to quit smoking.

Don't have kids yet?


Males: it decreases your sperm count and makes your balls less effective, and those sperm that are made are not good swimmers and die before even getting to where they need to be. If they do make it, they infect the egg rather than properly fertalizing it. Do you want to play Russian Roulette with your future babies health?



Females: Smoking Moms = Cleft Lip.  Smoking during pregnancy increases the risk of having a baby with cleft lip or palette, say US researchers at Reuters Health.

Do you want your babies to have birth defects and have to spend your time and money raising kids who have health problems because of your smoking? THEY HAVE IT RIGHT ON THE PACK, (SMOKING CAUSES BIRTH DEFECTS!!!!) It really sickens me to see Pregnant women smoking, or women right after having the baby start up again. That's just STUPID!!! and I have come to realize, ONLY STUPID PEOPLE SMOKE!!!

Parents are surprised when their kids grow up with allergies and asthma! Most of these are a DIRECT result of mothers smoking before pregnancy, during or after and breast feeding as well as the kids having to breathe in the smoke second hand! Your smoking directly affects your children's health!!!

You know what?


I am not preaching and don't delete me as a friend because of this, I am only trying to show you some things you might not have known, thought of or realized before, and if you do know, then to point them out again so you can WANT to possibly quit. I don't care how you quit as long as you do. Someone is making a product that steals all your money and you just burn it away and kill yourself at the same time. So think on these things and maybe you will quit soon. YOU just have to WANT to quit! I'll say it again, YOU JUST HAVE TO WANT TO QUIT!!! So just do it and it will be gone. Read this a few more times and write all the reasons down why you should keep smoking. Now on a different piece of paper write all the reasons why you should quit and how it will benefit you. Which paper has more on it?

You know what?


Do this! Spend 1 week of the money you spend on smoking! Make a choice to quit for 1 week. It's not much, you can afford it. Buy something off my site instead of burning it up. Buy something for your kids, take them to a movie, buy dinner for your significant other, give it to a homeless person or your favorite charity.

Either way, spend  1 week of your habit and see how that feels to just give up a week of smoking. Even if you keep smoking, spend that 1 week of money, and see how much you are spending. You are going to burn it up anyways, why not burn it on your kids, your family or even me? If you quit smoking because of this bulletin, send me a thank you. I just hope you stop. Ok, I have received alot of emails from people saying they are TRYING and it's just too hard!!! You know what your problem is? You keep TRYING!!!! Trying is half assed and doesn't cut it. You have to make up your mind if you want to smoke or you want to NOT smoke. Once you want to NOT smoke, you quit, there is no trying, you stop and do not do it anymore. It won't be hard when you do that. You do not need anything. You can do it without the patch or hypnosis or anything. You just quit and remove smoking and smoking stuff from your life and become a non smoker. You think you are a non smoker and know you are a non smoker and then there is no more trying. Can you look and see how stupid TRYING is? Every time you TRIED you failed! If you just quit you will succeed! Read my bulletin a couple more times. Quit being a baby!!! Babies Try to walk and try and try etc... Once they start walking they are walking and they become a WALKER, they don't sit back down and cry that they tried and can't do it. QUIT BEING A BABY!!! Sorry if this seems harsh, you need a kick in the ass!!! Basically if reading this bulletin a couple of times hasn't helped and you haven't decided you will quit, you are just a baby, sit there and be a baby and whine. "This WAR is for REAL! To get out of a difficulty, one usually must go through it. Our country is now facing the most serious threat to its existence, as we know it, that we have faced in your lifetime and mine (which includes WWII). The deadly seriousness is greatly compounded by the fact that there are very few of us who think we can possibly lose this war and even fewer who realize what losing really means.

First, let’s examine a few basics:
1. When did the threat to us start? Many will say September 11, 2001. The answer as far as the United States is concerned is 1979, 22 years prior to September 2001 with the following attacks on us:
* Iran Embassy Hostages, 1979;
* Beirut, Lebanon Embassy 1983;
* Beirut, Lebanon Marine Barracks 1983;
* Lockerbie, Scotland Pan-Am flight to New York 1988;
* First New York World Trade Center attack 1993;
* Dhahran, Saudi Arabia Khobar Towers Military complex 1996;
* Nairobi, Kenya US Embassy 1998;
* Dares Salaam, Tanzania US Embassy 1998;
* Aden, Yemen USS Cole 2000;
* New York World Trade Center 2001;
* Pentagon 2001.
(Note that during the period from 1981 to 2001 there were 7,581 terrorist attacks worldwide).
2. Why were we attacked? Envy of our position, our success, and our freedoms.

The attacks happened during the administrations of Presidents Carter, Reagan, Bush 1, Clinton and Bush 2. We cannot fault either the Republicans or Democrats as there were no provocations by any of the presidents or their immediate predecessors, Presidents Ford or Carter.

3. Who were the attackers? In each case, the attacks on the US were carried out by Muslims.
4. What is the Muslim population of the World? 25%.
5. Isn’t the Muslim Religion peaceful? Hopefully, but that is really not material. There is no doubt that the predominately Christian population of Germany was peaceful, but under the dictatorial leadership of Hitler (who was also Christian), that made no difference. You either went along with the administration or you were eliminated. There were 5 to 6 million Christians killed by the Nazis for political reasons (including 7,000 Polish priests). (see http://www.nazis.testimony.co.uk/7-a.htm Thus, almost the same number of Christians were killed by the Nazis, as the six million holocaust Jews who were killed by them, and we seldom heard of anything other than the Jewish atrocities. Although Hitler kept the world focused on the Jews, he had no hesitancy about killing anyone who got in his way of exterminating the Jews or of taking over the world - German, Christian or any others. Same with the Muslim terrorists. They focus the world on the US, but kill all in the way -- their own people or the Spanish, French or anyone else.

The point here is that just like the peaceful Germans were of no protection to anyone from the Nazis, no matter how many peaceful Muslims there may be, they are no protection for us from the terrorist Muslim leaders and what they are fanatically bent on doing -- by their own pronouncements -- killing all of us "infidels." I don’t blame the peaceful Muslims. What would you do if the choice was shut up or die?
6. So who are we at war with? There is no way we can honestly respond that it is anyone other than the Muslim terrorists. Trying to be politically correct and avoid verbalizing this conclusion can well be fatal. There is no way to win if you don’t clearly recognize and articulate who you are fighting. So with that background, now to the two major questions:
1. Can we lose this war?

2. What does losing really mean?

If we are to win, we must clearly answer these two pivotal questions. We can definitely lose this war, and as anomalous as it may sound, the major reason we can lose is that so many of us simply do not fathom the answer to the second question - What does losing mean? It would appear that a great many of us think that losing the war means hanging our heads, bringing the troops home and going on about our business, like post Vietnam. This is as far from the truth as one can get. What losing really means is: We would no longer be the premier country in the world. The attacks will not subside, but rather will steadily increase. Remember, they want us dead, not just quiet. If they had just wanted us quiet, they would not have produced an increasing series of attacks against us, over the past 18 years. The plan was clearly, for terrorist to attack us, until we were neutered and submissive to them.

We would of course have no future support from other nations, for fear of reprisals and for the reason that they would see, we are impotent and cannot help them. They will pick off the other non-Muslim nations, one at a time. It will be increasingly easier for them. They already hold Spain hostage. It doesn’t matter whether it was right or wrong for Spain to withdraw its troops from Iraq. Spain did it because the Muslim terrorists bombed their train and told them to withdraw the troops. Anything else they want Spain to do will be done. Spain is finished.

The next will probably be France. Our one hope on France is that they might see the light and realize that if we don’t win, they are finished too, in that they can’t resist the Muslim terrorists without us. However, it may already be too late for France. France is already 20% Muslim and fading fast! If we lose the war, our production, income, exports and way of life will all vanish as we know it. After losing, who would trade or deal with us, if they were threatened by the Muslims. If we can’t stop the Muslims, how could anyone else? The Muslims fully know what is riding on this war, and therefore are completely committed to winning, at any cost. We better know it too and be likewise committed to winning at any cost.

Why do I go on at such lengths about the results of losing? Simple. Until we recognize the costs of losing, we cannot unite and really put 100% of our thoughts and efforts into winning. And it is going to take that 100% effort to win. So, how can we lose the war? Again, the answer is simple. We can lose the war by "imploding." That is, defeating ourselves by refusing to recognize the enemy and their purpose, and really digging in and lending full support to the war effort. If we are united, there is no way that we can lose. If we continue to be divided, there is no way that we can win! Let me give you a few examples of how we simply don’t comprehend the life and death seriousness of this situation.

President Bush selects Norman Mineta as Secretary of Transportation. Although all of the terrorist attacks were committed by Muslim men between 17 and 40 years of age, Secretary Mineta refuses to allow profiling. Does that sound like we are taking this thing seriously? This is war! For the duration, we are going to have to give up some of the civil rights we have become accustomed to. We had better be prepared to lose some of our civil rights temporarily or we will most certainly lose all of them permanently. And don’t worry that it is a slippery slope. We gave up plenty of civil rights during WWII, and immediately restored them after the victory and in fact added many more since then.

Do I blame President Bush or President Clinton before him? No, I blame us for blithely assuming we can maintain all of our Political Correctness, and all of our civil rights during this conflict and have a clean, lawful, honorable war. None of those words apply to war. Get them out of your head. Some have gone so far in their criticism of the war and/or the Administration that it almost seems they would literally like to see us lose. I hasten to add that this isn’t because they are disloyal. It is because they just don’t recognize what losing means. Nevertheless, that conduct gives the impression to the enemy that we are divided and weakening. It concerns our friends, and it does great damage to our cause.

Of more recent vintage, the uproar fueled by the politicians and media regarding the treatment of some prisoners of war, perhaps exemplifies best what I am saying. We have recently had an issue, involving the treatment of a few Muslim prisoners of war, by a small group of our military police. These are the type prisoners who just a few months ago were throwing their own people off buildings, cutting off their hands, cutting out their tongues and otherwise murdering their own people just for disagreeing with Saddam Hussein.

And just a few years ago these same type prisoners chemically killed 400,000 of their own people for the same reason. They are also the same type enemy fighters, who recently were burning Americans, and dragging their charred corpses through the streets of Iraq. And still more recently, the same type enemy that was and is providing videos to all news sources internationally, of the beheading of American prisoners they held. Compare this with some of our press and politicians, who for several days have thought and talked about nothing else but the "humiliating" of some Muslim prisoners -- not burning them, not dragging their charred corpses through the streets, not beheading them, but "humiliating" them.

Can this be for real? The politicians and pundits have even talked of impeachment of the Secretary of Defense. If this doesn’t show the complete lack of comprehension and understanding of the seriousness of the enemy we are fighting, the life and death struggle we are in and the disastrous results of losing this war, nothing can.

To bring our country to a virtual political standstill over this prisoner issue makes us look like Nero playing his fiddle as Rome burned -- totally oblivious to what is going on in the real world. Neither we, nor any other country, can survive this internal strife. Again I say, this does not mean that some of our politicians or media people are disloyal. It simply means that they are absolutely oblivious to the magnitude, of the situation we are in and into which the Muslim terrorists have been pushing us, for many years. Remember, the Muslim terrorists stated goal is to kill all infidels! That translates into ALL non-Muslims -- not just in the United States, but throughout the world.

We are the last bastion of defense. We have been criticized for many years as being ’arrogant.’ That charge is valid in at least one respect. We are arrogant in that we believe that we are so good, powerful and smart, that we can win the hearts and minds of all those who attack us, and that with both hands tied behind our back, we can defeat anything bad in the world! We can’t! If we don’t recognize this, our nation as we know it will not survive, and no other free country in the world will survive if we are defeated. And finally, name any Muslim countries throughout the world that allow freedom of speech, freedom of thought, freedom of religion, freedom of the press, equal rights for anyone -- let alone everyone, equal status or any status for women, or that have been productive in one single way that contributes to the good of the world.

This has been a long way of saying that we must be united on this war or we will be equated in the history books to the self-inflicted fall of the Roman Empire. If, that is, the Muslim leaders will allow history books to be written or read. If we don’t win this war right now, keep a close eye on how the Muslims take over France in the next 5 years or less. They will continue to increase the Muslim population of France and continue to encroach little by little, on the established French traditions. The French will be fighting among themselves, over what should or should not be done, which will continue to weaken them and keep them from any united resolve. Doesn’t that sound eerily familiar? Democracies don’t have their freedoms taken away from them by some external military force. Instead, they give their freedoms away, politically correct piece by politically correct piece.

And they are giving those freedoms away to those who have shown, worldwide, that they abhor freedom and will not apply it to you or even to themselves, once they are in power. They have universally shown that when they have taken over, they then start brutally killing each other over who will be the few who control the masses. Will we ever stop hearing from the politically correct, about the "peaceful Muslims"?

I close on a hopeful note, by repeating what I said above. If we are united, there is no way that we can lose. I hope now after the election, the factions in our country will begin to focus on the critical situation we are in, and will unite to save our country. It is your future we are talking about! Do whatever you can to preserve it"

This week, the Senate is planning to quietly hold a vote that would pardon President Bush for breaking the law by illegally wiretapping innocent Americans.

The bill would let the administration off the hook for breaking the law and make it legal to wiretap Americans, in secret, without any oversight whenever they want to.

Democrats and some Republicans are holding strong against it.

Can you tell me who these "Innocent" Americans were? Is there one name in any paper anywhere where it affected anyone other than the bad guys???

Sen John Glenn Said: There were 39 combat related killings in Iraq in January.

In the fair city of Detroit there were 35 murders in the month of January. That’s just one American city, about as deadly as the entire war-torn country of Iraq.

When some claim that President Bush shouldn’t have started this war, state the following:
FDR led us into World War II. Germany never attacked us - Japan did. From 1941-1945, 450,000 lives were lost ... an average of 112,500 per year. Truman finished that war and started one in Korea.
North Korea never attacked us. From 1950-1953, 55,000 lives were lost ... an average of 18,334 per year.
John F. Kennedy started the Vietnam conflict in 1962. Vietnam never attacked us.
Johnson turned Vietnam into a quagmire. From 1965-1975, 58,000 lives were lost an average of 5,800 per year.
Clinton went to war in Bosnia without UN or French consent. Bosnia never attacked us. He was offered Osama bin Laden’s head on a platter three times by Sudan and did nothing. Osama has attacked us on multiple occasions.

In the years since terrorists attacked us, President Bush has liberated two countries, crushed the Taliban, crippled al-Qaida, put nuclear inspectors in Libya, Iran, and North Korea without firing a shot, and captured a terrorist who slaughtered 300,000 of his own people. (before some of you start moaning about the sentence "without firing a shot - reread the countries mentioned .....)

The Democrats are complaining about how long the war is taking. But it took less time to take Iraq than it took Janet Reno to take the Branch Davidian compound. That was a 51-day operation. We’ve been looking for evidence for chemical weapons in Iraq for less time than it took Hillary Clinton to find the Rose Law Firm billing records. It took less time for the 3rd Infantry Division and the Marines to destroy the Medina Republican Guard than it took Ted Kennedy to call the police after his Oldsmobile sank at Chappaquiddick. It took less time to take Iraq than it took to count the votes in Florida!

Our Commander-In-Chief is doing a great job! The Military morale is high! The biased media hopes we are too ignorant to realize the facts. So if you don’t want him to be "your" President, then wait till ’08 and go vote. If you are American, the he is OUR President. If you do not want to be my friend any longer because of this, then I really don’t know what else to say. You could always burn your flag and leave!!!

Ok, well this really happened and you really can ask anyone there. I know it will totally be hard to believe but it’s all true.

After the August 13th 2005 Missing Person’s Show at the Fenix in Seattle, the bus was parked outside the club. Tommy and his Bassist Jimmy J put their guitars on the bus and Tommy went on to hang out with Dale. Jimmy and myself went across the street to another club.
As we were returning, I noticed Tommy at the back of the bus talking to 2 black guys. Then one of them knocked Tommy over and the other one reached in Tommy’s pocket and took his money for the night. They both ran and I ran from the front of the bus to the back, jumping over 30 Trash bags left out by the club. I landed on the last one, reached down and picked Tommy up and asked him what happened. He told me he was robbed and we started running around the bus to the front where we grabbed the one who had stole the money and pinned him against a car. I yelled for security at the club and they ran around and pinned the other guy against the clubs’s wall. The one who stole the money that Tommy and myself had pinned was saying he didn’t have any money and was asking Tommy to give him a break. Then a Seattle Police car pulled up and the guy found Tommy’s money (in his pants) then handed it to him and still had the balls to ask for $20 and asked for Tommy to give him a break. Then Tommy let him go. So we focused on the guy who knocked Tommy down and the cop got close and told the security who had him pinned to let the guy go so he could spray him with Pepper spray.
So they did as they were told and the guy ran! DUH!!!
So 2 security guys, (one was an off duty Sheriff’s Deputy) and myself pursued the guy. They were 10 feet behind him and I was 10 feet behind them. The guy ran across the street and got hit by a car, got up and continued running on the other side of the street.
I was running across the street watching him be chased in case he ran back. Ok, so you guessed it. He runs across the street and I get right in front of him ready to jump into his body and take him down, but he chose to jump up on a car’s trunk and was slipping all over it. the security guys come running up and I grab his legs and pull him flat and he’s holding onto the car flat and then falls to the ground. He is squirming and I jump on his legs, getting kicked in the ribs.
The guys jump on his body and pin him down and then like 6 cops show up and have their pepper spray cans out and yell for us to get up as they start spraying him, I am at his feet on the back of the off duty sheriff and I pull him out of the way but we both got sprayed a little. The other security guy got a face full as he was getting off of him.
Then the police jump on the guy who has 3 full cans of pepper spray on him and he’s still fighting. They cuff him and one guy is sitting with his knee on the guys back and he is still struggling.
I run back over to Tommy and make sure he’s all right and he is.
Then we all give our statements and Tommy come’s over and thanks me.

I got a couple pats on the back, but to most what I did didn’t matter. But I guess that’s the way it is.

So I wrote to all the City Councel members in Seattle, The Sheriff, the Chief of police, the Mayor and all the Newspapers and News stations in Seattle and sent them my sory, I got one email back for the Chief’s assistant saying "Thanks".

Here's some of my trip last Summer 2005
I started out by leaving Long Beach Ca on Jet Blue 07/28/05 Thursday 7am PST.
I arrived on Jet Blue at JFK at 3:15pm EST. I I took a Taxi from JFK and went to the Ed Sullivan Theatre for the David Letterman show.



I met Paul Schaeffer. We had a meeting about him producing my TV show.

and I met Betty LaVette who sang on the show, she got some of my Jewelry,

Then I went to dinner with Felicia Collins, David Letterman's Guitarist. And after dinner, my friend Mark who own's Hobie, and his son Jackson and myself got to pose around the set with Felicia and some other friends we met in the Green Room.









From there to my Hotel in Maspeth NY. I went through Times Square on the way.

7/29 I went to go see the Statue of Liberty


but the line had over 10,000 people so I caught the train up to the Empire State Building and waited in line there by myself for 2 hours.

I walked around after that for awhile then came back to my hotel and went to bed around 11:30. Seems no one wanted to go around Manhatten with me. Oh well


Ok, I made it to the Statue of Liberty 7/30

I also went to the Smithsonian Museum of Native American Indians and bought a couple books.


I wanted to see this play, I know, me seeing a play? LOL. But it was sold out through December. Oh well.

Ok, well if you actually read this far, 7/31 I went to stay with my Friend Suzanne who picked me up in Boston and I stayed at her place in Fall River Mass.

Here's a bear I found in Mass when my Friend Suzanne drove me to the train. She was most hospitible. I wish I would have had more time to spend with her.
8/01 I got on the bus in Boston with Missing Persons. That night I stayed in Erie Penn and Tues 08/02 I stayed in Joliet Ill. Wed 8/03 I was in Lincoln Neb.

Thurs 08/04 I was in Grand Junction Colorado and Fri 08/05 in Hollywood and the Malibu Inn. I guess this wasn't the biggest Mistake I ever made, but it's close.
