On my bended knee I prayed

I begged for guidance, asked for strength.

I prayed for patience, God give me grace

to reveal you through me.

Let your light fill the dark of my life,

illuminate the way.

Let me be a beacon for others to see.

Help me not to wallow in the trappings of life.

Let me revel in your glory and guidance.

Let me not question...Let me love and be loved.

Brief passing moments, a glance in your eyes

Stirs emotions henceforth unidentified.

Words can't explain the feelings within,

Things are just right.

No doubts, no fears, no turmoil inside.

I am no longer running and have nothing to hide.

Don't let my hopes be raised, and allow me to keep a level head.Following the heart often leads to death of the spirit.Following the body often leads to death of the soul. Give me strength to carry on. Allow me to bypass my disappointment and move forward in all I have to accomplish. Silence the little voice in my head and allow me to focus on the task at hand.

I love my life but how easy it was when I was young. Simpler and more fun then than now. I have always been a "loner". Now it seems to consume me sometimes...

I feel lost and disconnected...I watch everyone having fun, working, laughing and playing from behind a one way mirror...I can see them but they are oblivious to me...or perhaps that in humanity in general....Emo...yah I know.

See yourself as you truely are.

you are a spark of burning fire

part of something greater by far.

Storms are silent, permeating all things,

Dark is not "evil" and light is not "good"

They must both exist to so the spirit may sing.
