Responsibility

There are just somethings that I will never understand! One of them being why people make babies and don't take care of them. I have 3 wonderful children and I Love them with all my heart and I feel that no matter what I do with my life be it good or bad or indifferent they are my responsibility. I also believe that the people who helped me make them should help take care of them, no matter if we are together or not. I recently went to court for child support for my two youngest children, their father is currently incarcerated. He was supposed to appear by phone however he did not and this is what happened:
He will get the Honor of having his name on my beautiful Addison's birth certificate (who he has never seen) and he only has to pay $50 a month child support and they are only back dating it 8 months. Keep in mind that my wonderful son Trae is 5 years old and my Addison is almost 2.
When I protested this I was told by the county Atty. that the reality of it is that he is in carcerated and we probably won't receive it any way. And that when he gets out we can THINK about raising it, provided the state knows where he is working.
So once again I will have to keep tabs on a man who hasn't seen his children in almost two years. And who only thinks about them when he is in jail.
What I would like to know is why when someone screws up their own life they get a break and taking care of their kids.
Did my children put him there? NO! Did my babies have anything to do with him getting there? NO! Does it cost more than 50 a month to raise 2 children? YES! Why do my children have to suffer because he screwed up?
What else I would like to know is I do my life right and follow the rules and my kids do their lives right and follow the rules so where is the break for them?
How is this fair to my children?

Life is good!

I have decided that it no longer matters to me what any one else thinks I am working hard for what I have and I deserve the good things that life has to give. I no longer worry if someone elses feelings are hurt because I am doing well for my self. I love my kids, I love my fiance, and my family and that is all that counts. Nothing that I do has bad intentions at the start or the end. I am excited for the future and what God has in store for me.

Friendship

This is for the people who say they are my friends. If you want to be in my life then be truthful with me if you say you are happy for me then be happy for me and don’t complain about the things that you do for me. I do alot of things for alot of people and very rarely do I complain or not come through. So for those of you who say you are happy for Andrew and I and then go behind our backs and call one or the other of us names then just tell us you don’t want to be involved in our wedding and if you think that we shouldn’t be getting married then keep it to yourself. And I won’t say names because you know who you are!
