Suffer Little Children UK and Europe
Darlings,
We have been rehearsing like crazy mad men for our upcoming run, "Suffer Little Children" across the Atlantic Ocean with Slaves to Gravity and Sign. We are going to be playing songs we haven't ever played live. So get ready for some sweaty, sing-a-long excitement!!!
The US part of this tour will be announced very soon.......
The past few months have been a nice breather for us. It has rejuvenated the life of this band and has shown us that nothing is going to stop us from doing what we love most in this world. We cannot wait to get back out on the road and see you all again!!!
The writing process has begun for the new record and sufficed to say we couldn't be more excited about the progress thus far. More on that later.

KROQ Spare the Air Festival.
Darlings,
I know things have been quite in the Aiden front this summer as we have been enjoying our time off. But now we are bored and ready to rock your fucking skulls in half. We just got confirmed for KROQ's "Spare the Air" Festival Saturday August 30th in Fullerton California, with the Used, Saosin, Lit, Sugarcult, Death by Stereo and more. So if you live in Southern California come out and kill people with us. It should be a blast. Bumbershoot here in Seattle is also just around the corner. We are headlining the Exhibition hall stage on Monday September 1st, at 9:30 pm There are some killer artists and bands playing over the weekend so make sure and check as many of them out as you can.
We have also announced the dates for our upcoming UK run (Scotland and Ireland, we will be there very soon), head over to the shows section to see the venue and city info. The Europe and USA shows will be announced very soon,....

The Lost Boys 2........."Cry Little Sister"
Darlings,
I know you guys have been hearing a lot of talk about the new Lost boys movie that is coming out in late July, so I wanted to give you a little update. Back in December we covered a classic 80's song called "Cry Little Sister", which was the theme song to the original movie. It will be featured in the new Lost boys movie as well as on the soundtrack.
It was an honor to be involved with this project. We have uploaded it to our player so you can all have a listen.
Enjoy!
Aiden

Where the day takes you.........
Hello everyone,
I know you all are wondering why we pulled off our last North American run with Scary Kids and Schoolyard Heroes. I've read some of the ridiculous rumors that people have been coming up with, Jake was dead, I was dead, Nick was dying, OMG UFOs have landed?!!? Jesus fucking christ, this shit is out of control. My favorite so far is that Angel is becoming a priest. I laughed my fucking head off when I read that. Maybe a priest in the Church of Satan, that's something I would have believed.
I'm sorry we have kept you in the dark for so long. You see, we each have personal lives outside of the band that are kept private for a number of reasons. Mainly for sanity sake. To make us feel human, to make us feel connected to the real world and not so invaded. We aren't even a big band by any means, yet strangely enough some people feel as though they need to know everything about everyone all the time.
We have been consistently on the road traveling for the past 4 years. In those 4 years we have been in seattle a total of maybe 5 months. That's including time we spent in the studio making the "Rain in Hell" ep and our new album "Conviction". It's enough to make anyone crazy, and bring almost any kind of personal relationship to the brink of disaster. So we all felt inclined to take a breather for the first time in what seems like forever.
And with that.......
We are announcing that Jake W is no longer apart of Aiden. We will continue on as a 4 piece. I know this may come as a shock for some of you, and some of you could care less. I just want to say to everyone that this is by no means the end. This... My dearest friends is but a beginning, a new chapter has opened up for us and the fire you saw before will be replaced with a much higher level of intensity. (sorry to all the people who would like to see us to break up, you can keep on hating another day. Believe.)
Being in a band on tour is similar to living in a fairy tale place like Never Neverland, (and no, not the crazy ranch that Micheal Jackson lives on with merry-go-rounds and monkeys running around all over the place.) It's a whirlwind of excitement, where you don't have to get up and work for some asshole you hate and where you can pretty much do whatever the fuck you want. You wake up in a new city or country everyday to venture out in and find a new experience with. It's the most incredible thing that has ever happened to me. I know that there are a million kids out there with a guitar that can sing and play a 1000 times better than me, yet for some obscure reason can't seem to make it out of their bedroom. I am grateful for everyday that I get to wake up, open my eyes, take a deep breath and live another day. Not to mention the fact that people care enough about our band to support us and allow us to have this extraordinary experience. Which is what it all boils down to. You! Ladies and Gentlemen, the fans. You are the reason we are able to do this. Without you we are nothing. Thank you for your continued belief in our little band.
Through it all we have seen the world, played some really magnificent shows, and met some of the most wonderful people on earth.
Get ready for something so much more......
Aiden

America
Darlings,
So for the past few moths or so we have been on our very first headlining world tour aptly titled "The World By Storm tour". First I must say THANK YOU!!! To every single person who came out to the shows and had a good time. I hope you all enjoyed yourselves at the shows. I can tell you that for me it was one of the most exhilarating and amazing times I've ever had in the band. Not only did the shows rock so fucking hard I thought I might die every night, but I also got a chance to see something I've never seen before, i.e. The Eiffel Tower in Paris, The Duamo in Milan Italy, The Salford Lads Club, and Factory records in Manchester England. Among many many other truly beautiful places I'd never even dreamed of seeing. All in all in was the most memorable tour I have ever done.
So now we are back in the USA and yesterday we played the Bamboozle Festival out in New Jersey, It was fucking incredible and thanks to everyone who came out and survived the madness. We are headed back towards Seattle through the country with Scary Kids Scaring Kids and our hometown fiends, I mean Friends, Schoolyard Heroes. Check the show section for the dates and come bleed with us.
I want to let you all know that this is but a beginning.
