MY REPO REVIEW!!!!

THIS BLOG IS LONG OVERDUE!!! MY APOLOGIES TO DARREN BOUSMAN!!

REPO...... Repo, repo, repo......
Where do I begin....

I have a very difficult time watching movies I have been in for the first time... I tend to squirm in my chair and flinch every time I see the character I play come on screen... I just can’t stop critiquing, and thinking to myself...."gosh, if only we had done this better."
I usually lose track of the film and leave the screening forgetting what I had just watched and only focus on what was wrong with the film and how much better it could have been...
Producers always pump you up so much before the film, that you are expecting so much out of a movie.... that in the end... you are just let down.

REPO IS NONE OF THIS!!!!

REPO from beginning to end had me captivated in its world and almost longing to be a part of it, in such a weird, twisted way. From Darren’s crazy, sick, bloody, heartfelt, comedic, brillllliant directing, to Joe’s amazing, stunning, colorful, out of this world cinematography, that will leave you visually in a trance.... REPO is nothing less than Bloody Brilliant!
I have never felt so proud to be a part of a film ever...
I guarantee you this.......REPO will change the way films are made from the moment it hits theaters.. YOU HAVE SEEN NOTHING LIKE THIS and probably won’t again in our lifetime. It is so special and unique and carries this quality that most everyday films lack.

Thank you Darren B, Terrance and Darren Smith for letting be a part of the crazy world of Repo. I love you guys! YOU ROCKED IT!

Here's how, we want you guys to send in a two minute video of yourself letting us know why you think we should pick you to chat with Alexa. ANOTHER TO JOIN REPO

Ok....
So I wasn't supposed to say anything before.. But now since it was FINALLY announced one of my long time favorite singers has Joined the REPO cast.
Sarah brightman is such an amazing and accomplished opera singer. Most of you may know her work from the Phantom of the Opera and singing along side andrea bocelli....enough said.
Sarah is such a joy to work with. So dedicated... and for her first film...she is quite impressive on screen. Her Wardrobe and makeup is outstanding as she plays the role of Mag...my Godmother/ rockstar.

REPO: the Genetic Opera

I have been meaning to write a blog about this for quite some time now. So here it is!!
Repo is the most unique project I have ever been a part of. It is a mix of singing, style and blood. Thats right... I said blood. If you loved Rocky Horror or the style of Sin City get ready to see REPO!!

Director Darren Bousman
(most of you know his work from the SAW films) is seriously one of the greatest directors I have ever
worked with. He is so involved with this project and knows how to really get the actors prepared for such
an intense project. I have never heard of a film like the one we are shooting right now. It is so different and
so rich with crazy sets, costumes, SONGS!!! and actors. We were so fortunate to get the incredible Paul
Sorvino as one of our lead actors. Along with Anthony Head who is so fabulous to work with. And as most
of you have heard... the heiress herself miss Paris Hilton. Such a rock star cast who are all so lovely to work
with.. I cant wait for this project to release!!

I am still unsure whether or not they have released the names of the other actors on board. So until then,
I hope you have all had an amazing summer!!!

A much needed update :)
Current mood: chipper

I cannot tell you what an amazing year this has been so far!
As most of you know I have spent Most of it living on my own for the first time ever!
It was so weird living in New York without my mom or siblings. I begged my mom to come
and stay with me but she said I needed the experience of living on my own. : )
So I sucked it up. It was really hard for the first couple of months. Living on your own is not
all it is cracked up to be. There are so many new responsibilities and chores, but most of all
I missed having my family around.

Being a part of the Hairspray cast was such a great opportunity. I learned so much from the people
I was working with and have so many great memories to take home with me. It was a tough show
at the beginning, with the singing and dancing and trying to find my mark on stage. But once I got
the hang of it, it became so much fun!
I was so happy that we were able to get DIANA to come up and see the show.
Thanks to those who contributed to Diana's New York shopping trip!!

I am currently in Canada at the moment filming REPO: the genetic opera.
