Come the fuck on.... Hunting down sex offenders and getting them to trial is hard enough but to start this kinda crap is just an accident waiting to happen. This shit needs to be stopped....."Sting" operations which get convictions in the U.S arent allowed in the U.K. apparently we are abusing the defendants rights...... What about victims rights?... there are a lot of weird people out there.. I used to think I was one of them....

Hi Kiddies, Looks like all the fun and games with BEBO may be just about done, they ARE actually dealing with things for a change.. They cant give me exact details (Data Protection Act) but I have had 2 very nice emails from them......confirming that they are contacting the people in question and removing any problematic material.

I have already involved the police Fife Constabulary Computer Crimes Division UK number ----------- and the incident number is 112 I cant pursue the matter further as every computer in the house would have to be confiscated for up to 2 months and the same goes for the people involved. Being a Photographer I cant have my computer away for that length of time. I would like to see some kind of resolution to this matter,because if that isnt defamation I dont know what is....this is also about my 5th complaint and nothing has been done

I just received a message telling me that the picture titled 107_1889rt had been removed, I would like an exact explanation why?. for reference you can see said picture at http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/57013424/?qo=23&q=by%3Aang3lu5&qh=sort%3Atime+-in%3Ascraps , unfortunately I was recently falsely(after all I wouldnt be online just now if it hadnt been falsely, my computer would still be in the hands of the local police) accused of taking indecent pictures. The 2 officers of the Criminal Investigation Department( our equivalent of your FBI) saw said picture and said yes they thought the picture was perfectly okay, in fact they were quite impressed with how I managed to capture something that actually fits inside INTERNATIONAL laws.... Now if 2 officers ( I know for a fact they always send at least one senior officer to investigate allegations like these) of our equivalent to the FBI say its all fine and good I think im justified to have a right to reply and a straight answer to an honest and (I hope) politely worded question......
I read your terms and conditions again just to be sure of things,this brings me on to my next question.
It states quite clearly that members may not DEFAME other members or their account gets deleted, I recently reported abuse from a member on your site who called me a PERVERT and a CUNT. I was merely told to just ignore it and get on with my life.... I ask you as the person reading this if I called you those things publicly..... What would you`re reaction be?, as a photographer I think I would actually have legal grounds to sue that person for defamation of character...
Now if I have been told by the police that said picture does not contain nudity or offensive material then surely this goes against the "Freedom of expression" that America seems to so dearly love, if my account gets deleted then I think I have pretty clear grounds to claim censure, plus also harrasment since you are quite happy for someone to break your terms of service and defame me, yet you did nothing about it.

Yep I know ive been very quiet, just the depression has been playing up quite a bit of late... Anyways just when I thought things couldnt get any more surreal this happened.. Knock at the door,goes down stairs turns out I have 2 gentlemen of the CID wanting to talk to me. They wanted to investigate allegations that I had taken pictures of under 16`s(keep in mind im in Scotland before anyone says dont you mean 18???)...
So let them up to my room, switched on the computer handed the officers the mouse and said;"Okay there ya go"... so for 90 minutes they trawled the hard drive. I then gave them numbers of models I have worked with(if you got a call sorry but obviously this was a serious matter and they were just doing their job)
So they finished searching and went yep everything fine sorry to bother you Mr Buchanan I doubt you`ll be hearing from us again...
Turns out the person who did it was a chaperone for a model I was hoping to be working with, she looked at pics of Louise and Kareene and Kerry (22 and 17 and 19) and decided she thought they only looked 15 or younger(have a look at the pics on here and let me know what you guys think....) When I had the meeting i started off with;"She is under 18 so topless, nude stuff that isnt even on the table, so we dont need to worrry about that" this person brought up the subject 5 times during the conversation... Then BWAHAHA she turned round and brought up my favourite subject... Pointed at a pic and said;"wouldnt you be better off using a studio instead for your stuff?" problem being the one she picked WAS a studio shot.. She also broke one of the major rules of being a chaperone she gave out the girls real name.. If you want me to call you Lola or Sky or Jada, fine thats what I will call you.. the only time I would need to see anything with your name on it is if I wanted to confirm your age but I would still just refer to you by your chosen monicker...As I have just illustrated kiddies there are some weird people out there....
So again if you were contacted today by the police I apologise, unfortuneately it may happen again, but I`ll try and have an agreed list and hopefully I will have got round all of you today.. The guy I do scouting for just pointed out hes had that happen to him a few times and its just "A hazard of the job". Im just pissed of that someone thought it would be fun to try and destroy my reputation, on top of that the distress caused to my wife(this person knows im married, she met Amanda and James)...

As some of you will know my brother Richard is back from Japan http://www.myspace.com/kamibuta So we decided to have a BBQ... Have some friends over (Alan is behind the laptop hiding.....) James was blissfully unaware of anything untoward in the house... Then Hazel(Sunils Girlfriend and Photography student) happens to ask;"So what exactly happens when you do a photoshoot then?. Richard had complained previously that I seem to be having too much fun so told him once he was back i would set things up.... Suddenly how to kill 2 birds with one round hit me... Lets do a shoot with HAZEL!!!!!!!!, once i showed her some of the gear we had handy and did her makeup she was raring to go... But here we have it folks my Brother Richard the photogretard... I dont have any of his images from the shoot as he hasnt finished editing as yet, but since this is a FotoFukkBukkitting BLAHG heres some I prepared earlier..
Well actually I do have one shot he took from second shoot i did with Hazel... sometimes its not always an idea to give complete free reign to a Tog.... But also shows she has the one quality I value the most in any model I work with.... A GODDAMN sense of humour!!!!!!!!
He also practised makeup on Amanda(well he did ask me to show him everything I do..) unfortuneately I cant find the damn pic...................
