awesome stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay guys, so there have been a ton of questions about how people can get the weekly ACCESS Podcast. This is a brand stinkin' new extension of our Ministry which reaches the entire world with the weekly teachings that go on in ACCESS HIGH SCHOOL MINISTRY. There are also weekly devotionals that will be posted each week (beginning this week) on the ACCESS podcast. These devotionals are cool because they give each of you an opportunity to go "deeper" into the Word of GOD each week. Right now on the devotionals I will be leading us on a journey through the UNSTINKINBELIEVABLE Book of Acts in the New Testament! (RULE!!!) The weekly teachings are taken straight from ACCESS Sunday Mornings & usually posted within the following one or two days. The most amazing thing about the ACCESS Podcast is the fact that it is Absolutly, Positively FREE & You don't have to have an iPod to use it!! HOW DO YOU USE IT?! Well, here are the instructions:

1) go to itunes.com

2) download itunes for free!!

3) after it is downloaded, click on "music store"

4) in the itunes "music store" click on "podcasts"

5) in the search window, type either "Anson McMahon" or "ACCESS HSM"

6) Click "subscribe" to get it automatically updated every time you use itunes.

7) Get your Bible...call a friend....& LISTEN to ACCESS!!



I'm begging you guys to please comment me back & let me know if you were able to follow these instructions & get the Podcast!! Also, if you already listen to it you can let me know that too!! REMEMBER: Not every Student Ministry is able to do something like this! In fact, most aren't!! This is an awesome tool to let your friends know about GOD & Church!!

Unfortunately this is how most High School Students live.....A self-centered, egotistical, hedonistic existence with little or no though whatsoever given to what this life is for & what it's all about.  We are so numb to this way of life that we persecute or at least look down on those who are living their lives for something bigger & more significant than they themselves are.

THE TRUTH? One day you will die. They will throw your cold body in a box, roll you to the front of a church, someone will say some words about you , they'll lower you into the ground & everybody who attended your funeral will return to their homes to eat chicken & watch football.

THE QUESTION? What will remain as your legacy when you die? Some memories of a party you went to once & the "hecka funny" way you acted after downing 4 martinis & some Absolut Vodka? A hot boyfriend or girlfriend you had? Will there be more than that left behind as your legacy?

THE DECISION: You have a decision to make. We all do. Either GOD is real or HE'S not. Either Jesus was telling the truth or He's a liar. Either there is more to this life than just this life or it's all a sham. Either decisions you make in life are very significant or they aren't. What do you believe? What makes the most sense?

THE CHALLENGE: Make something more of your life. If you live for that wich is temporary then that is exactly what you will get; Temporary fulfillment. And in the end that choice will cost you something huge. If you live your life for the Eternal, that is exactly what you will get; Eternal satisfaction. The choice is yours. GOD has left the choice up to you because He is really secure & comfortable in who He is. He doesn't NEED you....but He does LOVE you.

THE RESULT: Now that you've read this I wonder if you'll come to ACCESS HSM this week? Will you give GOD an opportunity to say something significant to you?

IN CLOSING: I may be the only one. Everyone else may turn around & deny. Living life for the temporary external....but I will not forget You, GOD. I may go down in flames....I may fail miserably......But I have decided that even so......I'll be running passionately towards you when I do.

Okay, so I want to begin an ongoing discussion with you guys. I am contemplating in my heart right now and I am wondering why it is that most Christians DON'T ever share their faith with others. I'm not talking about going up to random people at the mall or knocking on the doors of strangers to talk about Jesus. I'm simply talking about people we already know & have relationships with. People we would even say that we........love. The question is simply "If we really love them & if we really believe that (like Jesus taught very clearly) there are horrible consequences for unbelief, then why don't we share our faith with those people? I want to know you all's thoughts on this. Contemplate this & reply back when you get a chance.
