Video Clip

Well I am finally writing. I am buying a sewing machine today, yeh!!! I am going to start making kilts for faire. I finally figured out how to make them very simply and using no pattern at all. Not that anyone cares but I am really excited about it.

So Jeff showed me this video clip on the net of what professionals do when airbrushing pictures of models. It started out with a very normal looking woman and of course they did her hair and make-up, which made her look pretty but not stunning. Then, using the computer, they lengthened her neck, enlarged her eyes and lips, and raised her eyebrows and cheeks. By the time they were finished they had a very gorgeous picture but it looked nothing like the original woman. No wonder we all feel ugly, no one can live up to computer generated beauty. It made me feel better to see it but it's sickening that people, guys for the most part, want us to look like that.
