Hillary Song
Category: Music
Hey there!
ARIEL has recorded and released a brand new song for the Hillary Clinton campaign. The amazing vocals are handled by our extremely talented label mate, the lovely Michelle Jacques of Chelle! & Friends (found here on MySpace at: http://www.myspace.com/chelleandfriends).
She's backed up by the familiar ARIEL lineup. George and JJ, who wrote the song incidentally, along with Walter on bass and Christian and Kristian on guitar.
We made a video to go with it in the style of a James Bond movie trailer. It's up at You Tube. The link is:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPBLKNpJld4
Please check it out. Hope you dig it.
ARIEL

Demand ARIEL!
Category: Music
Greetings Arielites,
Wanted to let you all know that we've added a new fiendish thingy on the site. You can now "demand ARIEL to come to your city" and play by clicking the button on the new little red box on the lower left of our profile (Scroll down a bit brother). So if you'd like us to come through your town next time we're out making the rounds, let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen.
Also, please keep on requesting ARIEL on those radio stations. They tend to forget pretty fast if someone doesn't remind them the people want their ARIEL.
If there are any RADIO PARADISE < http://www.radioparadise.com> listeners out there, give some positive votes to "Franklin, Jackson and Grant," and "Crank Up the Victrola" currently on their listener review list. If we get a few more positive votes, they'll add us.
Thanks for your support!
ARIEL

Download ARIEL!
Category: Music
You can now download individual tunes for 99 cents each. ARIEL has signed up with SNOCAP, the hot new MP3 dispenser that's going around, and we've placed a store on our MySpace page. We will also set it up on our official home page too as soon as we can figure out where to put it. Meanwhile, all the songs from "Sure Thing, You Bet!" are up and ready to download. We will be adding some of our older material as well. And of course, new recordings as we complete them. We'll try and get some of the choice live recordings up too. Thanks for supporting ARIEL!

Barry Rudolph Reviews Sure Thing, You Bet!
Category: Music
Occasionally people hear stuff they like and post reviews at Amazon.com. Usually they're from casual listeners--ordinary folks. But we were surprised this week to see a review of ARIEL's new "Sure Thing, You Bet!" CD by Barry Rudolph. Not your average fan, Barry is one of the top studio recording engineers working in L.A. In fact, Barry's discography on his web site (http://www.barryrudolph.com) is 7 pages long! He's worked with acts such as Hall & Oates, Rod Stewart, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Mathis, Mick Jagger, Pat Benatar, The Corrs, Toots and The Maytalls, Levon Helm and dozens more, including engineering Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Street Survivors"--certainly one of the greatest rock albums of all time.
Anyway, when guys like Barry Rudolph--who music-wise, has heard it all--gets excited about hearing an album like "Sure Thing, You Bet!" then you know something's special going on.
So what did he have to say? Check it out for yourself: Just go to http://www.amazon.com/Sure-Thing-You-Bet-Ariel/dp/B000MX82GE and scroll down to the Customers Reviews section. Yeah!
