As you may have seen on our Myspace page, Mars and I have posted two more songs from Wonderground—— Falstart and Trees. These are very different from the others. Falstart is more blues-rock call-to-arms and Trees is a sort of alt-folk lullaby about the apocalypse. Plus there's an updated version of Asymmetrical Girl. Which brings me to the point of this post.  I'd like to see what any of you budding video-designer-directors out there would do with one of these songs. It doesn't matter who you are, if you are inspired by any of the tunes and want to do a video, contact us through myspace with your pitch. It can be anything, as long as the proposal sounds interesting and doesn't involve anything illegal or otherwise appalling. Lo-tech is OK, and students especially are encouraged. If we give it the go-ahead we will send you the full lyrics and a good mp3 to work with. If you complete the video we will include it on the site, with full credit listed for all involved. So ready, set, go, and don't let me hear you're bored and have nothing to do! xxoo CK

Hi everyone, many thanks for the visits and the new friends. Please keep them coming for the rest of eternity. We have over a dozen songs in demo form (and at least as many and counting in various stages of conception), and will be rotating them here from time to time, so check back.

Note that tour dates are for Chip’s book tour for The Learners, but he will be taking any and all questions about the band too. artbreak is currently editing the first video for Asymmetrical Girl, directed by Gary Nadeau (director of Chip’s Dwell spot). We’ll post it sometime in April. Details to follow.
