Today is a really incredible day for my friends & for me -  the Band from TV is launching our CD/DVD today on Amazon.com!!   I'm so proud to be associated with what we're doing - and to be a member of Band from TV! Everything that the band will receive on this album sale goes directly to our charities!! So, with that, its a great gift to give to your friends, family, etc.. Because not only are you giving a gift to someone that they will hopefully love!! - you're also helping those less fortunate than you in the process! 9/30/08 BIG NEWS!

Hey Everybody, 
News - Band from TV is doing a big show - our first East Coast
performance - at the Mohegan Sun in Conneticut on 10/11 at the Wolf Den! Its
part of the casinos big expansion - and its also another first- My beautiful
wife Rebecca Budig will be singing w my band that night!! Its going to be such a great night!!  She's so talented! And I've always wanted her to sing with us!

And finally, we're officially releasing our album "Hoggin All the Covers"(including DVD) on
Amazon.com on 10/28. Make sure you check it out as all of our proceeds go to charity!!  Again, thank you all so much for supporting what we do!

7/28/08 Thanks for coming out!

Hey everybody! Just a quick note to say thank you for coming out to our Flyers
Stadium show for Band from TV on the 26th! We had a great time and were joined by the beautful Teri Hatcher! The show was great! The crowd was incredible - and it was all for such a good cause that it ended up being pretty close to a perfect night!
Thanks to all of you for making it out and for being so enthusiastic!  We had a
blast!  And the Flyers played great too!!  It was awesome!
Please - mark it in your calendar - we're playing a FREE show at the Autry
Center in LA on August 9th with some very special guests!! This is going to be
such a great show!! We hope you all can make it!! Please check all of our sites
for upcoming information, and we will make sure to get it all to Barb so she can

7/24/08 BFTV Update!

Hello everybody!
Wanted to reach out to you all to let you know that all is good! Working &
traveling like crazy - which has been quite fun actually! And now, we're
buckling down for a few Band from TV shows! For those of you who may not know - the Band does it all for charity - and we have a blast!!
We have our first of two shows coming up this weekend 26th at the OC Flyers Stadium in Fullerton!! This is our second year playing this event - and its a
blast!!
We also have a big show coming up in LA at the Autry Center on August 9th.
Presented by Netflix - and showcasing some classic television shows - we will
play a concert, and then Netflix will be screening a bunch of great TV moments!

We're so excited to be doing both of these shows and raising so much money for our charities!! Details for each show can be found on the sites - PLEASE mark it on your calendars and come on out & have some fun with us!! Teri Hatcher from Desperate Housewives will be joining us for both shows - AND Hayden Pantierre from Heroes will be hanging out with us at the Netflix show along with a bunch of our other friends!! We LOVE doing what we're doing for our charities - and love you for your support!

THANK YOU!

Hey everyone,
Just checking in to say hello and to thank you all so much for your support over
the weekend!! Not only did our American Idol Gives Back performance go well and we had a lot of people there, thanks a lot - and you will be able to see it
tonight on AI Gives Back on Fox --  but we also had a great show that same night at the Avalon to raise awareness for the TS Alliance and Comedy for a Cure.   Lastly on the same weekend my show Date My House  premiered on TLC and you all supported that so kindly as well!! So thank you!!!
All in All, it was an absolutely incredible weekend!

So many things we were able to do - living our rock star dreams - and helping others in the process being the main thing!! I know I speak for the band when I tell you "thank you". We so appreciate your support in our individuail endeavors but more importantly in Band from TV.  Its such a great chance for us to raise money for so many needy people - and we all LOVE being able to do it!
Again, thank you to American Idol for having us perform, to Teri Hatcher for
performing with us at Idol and at the Avalon!, and THANK YOU to all of you for watching our shows, supporting our music in Band from TV and for allowing us this opportunity. Without that we wouldn’t be able to do the good things that
we’re doing right now!!!

NEW BLOG

Hello!
I haven’t sent one of these out in a while and thought I should say "hello"!
Hello!

This weekend is a huge weekend for the Band from TV! Not only
are we taping "American Idol Gives Back" but we’re also doing a show on Sunday night - playing Comedy for a Cure at the Avalon with Teri Hatcher! We’re excited to be doing so much right now!
Its an incredibly busy time - but also so exciting!!  So that’s life in a nutshell! Exciting! Thankfully very busy - and doing
things we love!!
Hopefully you’ll be loving it too!
Thanks as always for all of the support - there is no way I can tell you how
much we all appreciate it!

TV GUIDE AFTER PARTY

Hey everybody!
Just wanted to reach out and fill you all in on our Emmy night fun!! WHAT an
INCREDIBLE night!!  Aside from sharing a stage and an evening with my Band From TV bandmates, we also got to play the night with John Legend, and catch a special performance by Kanye West!! It was really incredible!!

As for us, we opened with some new songs and really had a blast working them
out! We had a lot of fun with the folks that were there for the evening! There
were about 1000+ people as far as I could tell, And they were there late! We
didn't leave until 2am or so, but it was still hopping!!
It really was an incredible night! Teri Hatcher got up and joined us for "Leave
the Pieces" and did an awesome job!! As did Jessie Spencer on several songs
including "Baba Ó Reilly"!  It was so much fun!!

Later in the night, Joey Fatone & Wayne Brady also joined us for a version of
"Mustang Sally"!! The band played great, the crowd was unreal... And of course, the fact that we did it all for charity makes it that much more fun!! Thanks as always for the support!! Talk

AUG 29th New Blog By BOB GUINEY

Hi everybody, long time no BLOG! Sorry about that! So much has been happening,
so it isn't from a lack of wanting to - more from a lack of being lazy when I
can be lazy!
I think many of you have had the chance to hear the BFTV version of "Can't
Always Get What You Want" it will be officially out on Sept. 18th on the HOUSE Soundtrack! I hope you all enjoy it, and please go ahead and get copies for your friends!! I'm so glad that song made the CD as we recorded a few different songs, I really like how Hugh's voice & the piano are the only things you hear in the beginning of the song - then I come in on the verses and then Bonnie, . It was a
lot of fun to do that song in the studio, and an honor to record it with David
Foster!
Hopefully you all like it as much as we do!!
