spring update of love is in the air...
we got three things for you all, in no particular order. 1 - a new show on 3.28.08. 2 - a new cd that will blow your mind. 3 - love.
we want to give you all of them, so come and see us soon. the butchers bill, as it stands, shows that 3 of us are now engaged in the band at the same time. Come out and try and guess who’s the only single one.

the sound and the fury...
Current mood: quixotic
hello friends. This is just an update of the going ons of our little band. We had to cancel a show in SF, because we're suckers for keeping our jobs. Sorry city by the bay, we will try to come back when our bosses stop being lame. We are going into the garage/studio yet again to sweat out 6 new songs with our compadre Alberto A.M.. next week. We are excited to commit these songs to tape - possible full length??? who knows, we certainly don't. Come to our summer shows cos after August we're going to hibernate through the fall and won't come out until winter. We hope to get lots of writing done during the time off. Some of us might even start up a side band during the hiatus; so if you play bass, shoot us a message. love, the holidays

summer sessions...
Current mood: Zouk
Here's a little update for those that follow our blogs. We are starting the pop/zouk machine again and will be preforming live, check the dates for a venue near you. There are a lot of shows going on for us throughout the summer, and we're happy about that. We are also working on getting some pictures taken of us... we're still afraid of cameras stealing bits of soul though, but we'll get over it. In other news, we've succumbed to the pressures of the biz and have now begun to make a concerted effort to create an onstage image. Don't worry we don't have stupid haircuts ( at least not intentionally) or play silly ironic hip hop circa 1990, or wear ties, or do kick jumps in unison. Come watch and see our new digs. Don't fret, we're still the little band that practices in South Gate, far far away from the glitz and glamour of silverlake, brooklyn, or whatever the hot spot we're told is, and we still can't get booked at those weekly, same old dj's playing tired out indie rock cd's and bands get booked because they're suburban rap kids in neon sweatbands rapping about being surburban, clubs in hollywood. Have you noticed this trend, or is just us? thanks for reading. your pals, g/j/m/h/a

Yo, we have a tape, yes tapes, they're making a huge comeback get with it, released on the incredibly small Italian record label Best Kept Secret Tape Label. Help us and our man Alessandro out by buying one. Tapes are the new 8 track. We know you indie scenesters dig vintage ironic stuff so why not be on the cusp of this new trend, and buy a tape here: http://www.indiepages.com/bestkeptsecret/cat9.html
