A New Batmobile in TDK?
Watching the new trailer for The Dark Knight, the case for a new Batmobile appearing by the end of the movie is stronger than ever. From the trailer:

 The Tumbler fires it's afterburner...
...and the Joker fires a rocket...

 Miss?

 Hit!

 And crash.
So, it looks like the Tumbler might meet it's end shortly after this scene. It's possible that the Batpod is made from the leftover pieces of the Tumbler after this, and used as an interim car while Bruce gets/builds something better.
My thoughts are it'll have something to do with this:

At the end of the trailer, Alfred asks if Bruce will be taking the Batpod (indicating he's going somewhere as Batman, not Bruce). He responds with, "middle of the day, Alfred? Not very subtle." Alfred then says, "the Lamborghini, then." Could be a throwaway line to get the product placement in, or it could be Alfred acknowledging what Bruce was using as a replacement Batmobile. Add in this, from the TDK toy line:

...and it's merchandising line about it being "straight from the explosive scene in the new film," and we could be seeing an all-new Lambo-based Batmobile by film's end.
