Ground Zero
I recently returned from a trip to New York during Spring Break. I had the opportunity to spend some time at Ground Zero, where the two World Trace Center Twin Towers stood. It was a really creepy feeling to know that at one time, there stood the two tallest buildings in New York, 110 stories. I couldn't believe they could be taken down so quickly. One thing was sure, though most of the world may have forgotten, New York definatly hasn't. In ever resteraunt and skyscraper, every church and every shopping mall there was some type of memorial...

Glenn beck Christmas Tour
Current mood:  accomplished
Glenn Beck was here in Boise to do his Christmas Tour, which was the most amazing thing I have ever seen by the way! Anyway, so my friend and I skipped school to go down to the studio where he was broadcasting that day. We hoped to run up there after he was done with his show and get to meet him. We get up there, and they told us that he had just left and we might be able to catch him, so we ran down the stairs almost killing ourselves. We got to the bottom... and he was gone. BUT!!!, most people of importance stay at the Grove Hotel in Boise, so we thought that we would drive by there on our way home in case we caught a glimpse of him. As we were driving by, two cars in front of us, we couldn't see it at first, but them his limo pulled into the hotel! So we flew down the road and into the nearest parking garage. RAN 2 blocks down into the hotel and looked around panting. There he was, Glenn Beck, standing there about to get on the elevator. Matt and I went up to him and I had him sign my ticket for that nights show. He was puzzled as to how we knew where he was. We told him that not many people ride around in limos on a tuesday morning in Boise.
