end of 2006
2006 ended with a farewell to the mortal remains of Wiz. R.I.P. End of 2006 also saw a big change in the UK Billy no mates line up. Joe(Chopsticks) said he was off so a temporary replacement was found in Don (Bangers) from the Yorkshire rats. Don stood in for a european tour and did the business. Chopsticks then agreed to come back and finish his tour of duty on the tour with LTJ, the dropckick Murpys and the Living end around the UK. Fair doos Chopsticks. A replacement was found in Steve Pitch from Vanilla pod(THE CLAW,born of volcano)AKA Wrinkles Turner. Then early 2007 Will(12 bore) also had to stand down but put himself on the subs bench. So a new line up was needed for the upcoming UK gigs in 2007. With various guitarists up for it but unable to make it work, it was decided that maybe Billy should come out front and try to get in a new drummer. This is what happened and Taran(D'artagnan) from Anonymous Tip stepped in. Billy no mates Japan has had two great sell out gigs in Osaka and Tokyo in Feb and now Billy UK is going into a new phase.

History
Billy no mates started in 2004 as a solo project by me, Duncan Redmonds,(Snuff,Guns and wankers,Toy Dolls) while Snuff snoozed. The first album "We are legion" was entirely recorded by me(ego ego ego), apart from a few handclaps on "memories come memories go" from Tom(now playing with Girls aloud!!) add that to the family tree!. Then I decided to try to put three bands together to play the songs live. One in Britain one in Japan and one in the USA. The one in the USA didnt work(yet) but the other two did and it was game on. After having toured Japan and europe I decided that I loved both bands and wanted to record with them both. First was a split single with Milloy featuring the UK Billy lineup of Duncan,Will,Wes,Joe and Tom recording a version of "Look at you" and a new song "058". Next I recorded an album in Japan with the Japanese members. This will is now available on Pizza of Death and 10past12 records called "C'MONLETMESEEYOUPOGO". Next plan is to record an album with Billy no mates UK. Lets have it!
