Billy Ray has been selected as a celebrity contestant on the new season of the popular ABC-TV series, Dancing With the Stars. Billy Ray showed off some dance moves early in his career in the video for his debut smash hit, "Achy Breaky Heart," in 1992. Other Dancing contestants include former Entertainment Tonight host Leeza Gibbons and Heather Mills, the estranged wife of Paul McCartney who will be the first to compete with an artificial limb. Dancing With the Stars premieres Monday, March 19, at 8 p.m. ET.
