I am sorry...

First I just wanted to say that for those who know me, might know that I'm not really good at expressing my emotions. Hard to believe I know, but this much is true.

For the past few months I've been acting like a fool, and well for the lack of a better term I've been testy and short tempered with many of my closest friends.
I don't know why but I would like to take this time and say I am sorry for things I might have done or said that may have made you turn. Know first that it is not intentional and because of my pride I'm too stubborn to admit to my faults face to face; but know that I am trying.
Know that I love you all, and I am very lucky to have friends like you.

For my dear Cousin

I just got the news earlier today that Patricia a.k.a. Pat, my second cousin has past away, on the 9th of November. She died of pneumonia. Although we were not that close, living states away, before she was taken by Alzheimer a few years back, and I hope that no one has to witness a loved one go through that, and having the rest of the family standing by powerless; literary powerless to stop it.
I knew who she was before the disease took her, many people did. She has touched countless lives as a visionary director of theater. When I was first beginning down this path she gave me tips and material that has been very helpful to this day. She was a very energetic, funny person. Who loved cats. She would actually take her cats out on walks, just like one would walk a dog, and the cats loved it! That's one thing I will never forget.
She was... Is family, and I think one of the worst things is that I cannot be there at her funeral, mainly due to the "black out days" at both of my jobs. But i guess the good thing is that my mother will be there.
What a way to start out the day. I do hope that no one has to deal with the dread of having someone losing their memories, unable to care for themselves, unable to recognize their family... horrible.
But I guess the good thing is that she is at rest and does not have to suffer anymore.

What I’m greatful for

To all of my friends. This is for you.
You have always been there for me when I have needed you the most and even when I don't.
There is nothing in the world that means as much to me as you, my friends.
I do not know where I would be without you, there is so much that I wish I could say every day, but am unable to express the way I feel for each and every one of you.
Things we are able to talk about, or debate about and still be friends.
The ideas that emerge from our minds throwing events into action, with an amazing connection of our minds, staggers me even still.
Without the support of you my friends who knows where I would be right now?
You are the roots that steady my steps,
You are the wings that enable me to fly,

You are the force that allows me to swim,
You are the reason for life.

Without you none of my ideas would be able to take shape,
Without you I still would think I'd amount to nothing,

I never want to lose the friendship that grows stronger each day,
You are the core at my being, if something were to happen to that, I would falter and stray.
You are my True Friends and I just wanted you to know.

What I want in a guy
Current mood: wishful

After being hurt, like everyone. I thought that I might as well make a list; I know that this may sound a little crazy to some, but here is a list of things I look for in a person of the opposite.

Understands that I am a night person, not a morning person
I will over analysis anything and everything
I have Strong viewpoints on the military home front
I am a writer and will ask stupid questions
Passionate
That I am obsessive compulsive at sometimes
Keeps me on track
Non-smoker/drug user/ drinker
Loves Massages to give and get
I am a very shy person (Hard to believe but it's true)
Gets along with my family & My Friends
If they can sing well, singing for/with me
Can handle me singing a lot
Can teach me how to dance
Knows that something's are harder to get over than others, but will be supportive no matter what
Being able to cheer me up on the worst day
Will listen to my Crazy ass dreams
Understands that I am a techie and I curse like a sailor
Not necessary but might be able to ride a horse
Knows how to do the laundry
I like to talk about the movie after seeing it
Make me feel attractive
That I like Star Trek a lot
I believe in mythological creatures and stories (willing to acknowledge they exist)
Can be sweet and gentle and yet wild and strong
A good conversationalist
Understands that I have more guy friends than girls
Can handle my strange ass taste in music
Will just tell me how he feels
Will cradle me on a whim
Able to surprise me
Not afraid to go after what he wants
Not afraid to show emotion

Wow, this makes me realize more about myself than ever.

Is not afriad to get the truth out of me, no matter what I say to hide it
Doesn't like to argue, but not afriad to speak his opinion
I like reading about certain times in history
I am pursuing what I love and won't change because someone thinks it's stupid.
