Jam of the summer!!!

Hey, hey fellow Crappers! Just chiming in to say be sure to add the new WrestleCrap Myspace page, WrestleCrap Radio: The Jams!! http://www.myspace.com/wrestlecrapradiomusic

Just uploaded there is what's sure to be the jam of the summer..."10,000 Bucks, the Ashley Massaro Whore Song." Good times!! Hope you enjoy it. It's dedicated to everybody who got suckered into voting for her instead of Layla Milani in that Diva Search years ago.

Extra bonus!!! My Myspace homie J.Freek made a special Youtube music video for the song. Enjoy!!!

Extra special thanks to these MASSIVE geeks, nerds and Poindexters for the lyrical inspiration!!

Damn...
Current mood: drunk

I just looked...it’s been almost 8 months since I posted a non-Wrestlecrap-shilling blog. Almost a year. Damn, I feel like I should apologize to the kind souls who subscribed to my blog. Damn, have you guys been ripped off!

In the next few weeks, I promise to ward off my demons, and try to respond to all the emails and messages I’ve received recently. Maybe post a new blog to make people laugh.

In the meantime, I’ll leave you with these words of wisdom....

"When life leaves you laxatives...shit your pants."

My new book, The WrestleCrap Book Of Lists! is now available!!!!

If you were not aware by now, myself and RD Reynolds' new book, The WrestleCrap Book Of Lists! is now shipping from Amazon.com, and is being found on book store shelves all over this fine nation. While we think it makes the perfect Christmas gift for a wrestling fan, don't take our word for it, here's some reviews. No, not from Oprah and her stupid fucking book club, these are some words from the fine WrestleCrap fans...

"I just want to thank you guys for putting together the single greatest book in the history of mankind since the Bible. Never before have I had so much fun reading." - Brad B.

"Rather than study for my geography final the next morning...I instead laughed my ass off at the Wrestlecrap Book of Lists. I might have just failed a class, but dammit, I had fun while doing it!" - Rob N.

"There are a lot of things wrong with the world today and a lot of people fucking it up, but it warms my heart to know that I can always count on you guys for a cheap (seriously, the book of lists sells for like $13 at Amazon), honest, laugh." - Andy D.

"This is the best wrestling book I've ever read. Even better than the original Wrestlecrap or The Death of WCW. Essential reading for anyone interested in wrestling. If you're a hard-core, longtime fan (like me) you'll laugh all the way through." - Amarillo W.

Ahhhh, the WrestleCrap Book Of Lists! Happilly making people laugh and fail at life at the same time!!!!

Come hang out with me and RD Reynolds this weekend!!

Just a reminder that RD, myself, and our ol' pal Trash Losagain will be at the WCWA Legends show in Kokomo, Indiana this Saturday. We won't have a table, we'll just be wandering around talking with the guys, so by all means, swing by and see us if you can! Tons of legends will be there, including Jim Cornette, Jerry Lawler, Shark Boy, the Midnight Express, Dr.Death, Baby Doll, Daffney, Tommy Rich, Virgil, Lanny Poffo and many more.

If you live anywhere near Indiana, you don't want to miss this show. Last year's show was awesome, and this year's lineup looks incredible!

Check out the website for more details...

Hope to see you there!

"Demolition Crush," Brian Adams passes away...
Current mood: sad

From WWE.com...

'World Wrestling Entertainment has learned that Brian Adams, also known to our fans as Crush, has been found dead today. More details are unknown; stay tuned to WWE.com as they become available.'

Anyone who follows the WrestleCrap website, or our WrestleCrap Radio show knows how big of a Demolition fan I am. Today is one of the saddest days I've had as a wrestling fan. Brian Adams had the tough task of replacing Ax as one half of the WWF's Demolition, the most successful Tag-team at the time. At first I was very disappointed at the idea of Crush being made a member of Demolition, thus breaking up the original Ax and Smash unit that I had worshipped growing up. In time, he grew on me, and in retrospect now, he was the perfect choice for a replacement. The youth, the size, the power... all impressive traits Crush possessed. He and Barry Darsow should've had a longer run together as Demolition, instead of the four short months they were on their own. The short run of the Crush and Smash version came as a result of bad timing with the arrival of the L.O.D. on the WWF scene, as well as an overall changing of the guard and change in the targeted fan demographic. After Demolition, he went on to acheive greater levels of fame under various gimmicks, such as Kona Crush, and as a part of the tag-team Kronik in both WWF and WCW. He will be missed.

R.I.P. Crush

Name the new WrestleCrap column...
Current mood: Crescent fresh

If you didn't see this week's update (shame on you), we've got a new weekly column showcasing some of the wackiest wrestling clips found on Youtube...

http://wrestlecrap.com/youtube.html

(a drunk Adam West rambling and cracking bad sexual organ jokes like he was on WrestleCrap Radio!)

However, before tomorrow night, we need to come up with a better title than something that sounds like it was lifted from a 1950's Universal monster movie. If you've got any ideas, or know of any videos you think should be featured (no WWE or WCW stuff please, just obscure and funny stuff), shoot me an email at blade@wrestlecrap.com

Got one hell of a bizarre one coming at you this week. The following week, get ready to meet an obscure wrestler who I've now placed in my top 5 of all time classic favorites. And that ain't an easy list to crack!

Later,

Blade

Grindhouse

First off, my apologies to any one who has tried to contact me. I've been without internet access for a little while.

Second, if any of you enjoyed the brilliant piece of art that is known as the movie Grindhouse (despite the Kurt Russell segment moving a little too slow, the film overall kicked 167 kinds of ass) you most definitely need to pick this dvd up as a companion piece...

http://www.amazon.com/Extra-Weird-Sampler/dp/B0000C23H3/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/104-4566873-8068732?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1176167181&sr=1-1

It contains 100 old-school sleezy trailers, some so ridiculous, it makes the faux Grindhouse trailers like "Machete" and "Don't" seem like sure-fire Oscar material.

As always, hitchhike to hell....

Blade

A few kind words...
Current mood: angry

Fuck you, MTV. Fuck you and Viacom with a [nasty blog temporarily censored due to rumors of MTV putting WSX back on the air as of March 6th, 2007].

I'll miss the piranhas. I'll miss Fabian Kaelin imitating Dorothy from The Wizard Of Oz every time he announced the Human Tornado. I'll miss Joey Ryan's inhaler. I'll miss the lovely Lizzy Valentine and the legendary Matt Classic. Most of all, I'll miss the Earth shaking explosions. Damn, will I miss the explosions.

Somebody comfort me.

Quickly.

Crap, I forgot to mention the CGI'd "Bling Ladder." I'll really miss that.
