10:05 AM - An update. Shocking.

I guess I should update this thing for the first time in a very long time.

I am now down under, where the skies are blue and it's surprisingly colder than I had expected. It's very early in the day. 8am. That wouldn't happen back home. It was an eventless flight, which lasted ages. And it was late taking off both times. I also managed to get through customs without any real bother, which is a surprise. I was questionned quite a fair bit obviously, but the nice woman complimented me on my hair.

I got to Ashleigh's house at like 8pm on Monday night, which meant more-or-less twenty-four hours of travelling. And I had no one to talk to except for the lovely airhostesses who addressed me as "sir".

We've not done much so far, with the exception of going to Garden City and around wee shopping centres and all that. I don't know what we're doing in future. I'm in her house just now as she's at college, and then I'm going to meet her down the road at yet another wee shopping centre. And can you believe it, it's $2.20 to travel through five zones as much as you want, whereas it's a nice two pounds for travel to Greenock from Inverkip. I was quite excited about that.

I've not even got changed or anything. And I'll try to update a bit more frequently to find out how you lot are doing.

But as they say, "pobody's nerfect in Australia"
