Off to the Grocery Store!!

Hey Everyone!
I hope you all are doing great!! Well I have had a very nice week. We have had a couple of days that were not so hot, they were beautiful. Those were very enjoyable. Alex and I have been playing tennis, trying to get some exercise. It's so funny, I used to think that I was good but I have a lot of brushing up to do! haha..
Today I am going to the grocery store. My mom came up with this idea that my sister and I are going to alternate weeks of making dinner. So starting tonight I have to cook for the next week. Im kind of excited about it, it should be fun. And we get to choose what we want to make!
I can't believe we are already in July! Fourth of July is tomorrow! And my birthday is coming up!! This is my last month as a teenager :( .. kind of weird! Well I haven't figured out what we are doing for the fourth of July. What are you guys doing?? Help me with some ideas!!! Hope everyone has a great weekend! I'll talk to you all soon!

DESTIN FLORIDA WITH THE FAM!!!!!!!!!

Right now I'm in Destin, FL with my family! We haven't taken a trip with just our family in the past two years! It's been a lot of fun! Tonight we had spaghetti for dinner and my dad made milkshakes for dessert! Then we all played Taboo! Have any of you ever played?! We split the teams up between odds and evens depending on what number kid you were! Haha! For example Carolyne and I were on the same team because I'm 1 and she's 5! We're both odd numbers! After we played a few rounds of Taboo we popped in some home videos that were hysterical! It was amazing at how thick my southern accent was! We were all sitting around the T.V. laughing our heads off. Now, me and two of my sisters are laying in bed and getting ready to go to sleep. One of my sisters is playing Guitar Hero on a DS and the other is reading a magazine! Hopefully tomorrow will be a pretty day!!!!!!! Have a blessed week!

New Haircut!!!

Hey Everyone!
I hope everyone is having a great summer so far! Today I got a haircut! I was so excited. I havn't had a haircut in quite a while!! Not much of a change, because I wanted to keep it long, but I got a little bit of bangs. I really like it!
This week has been a great week for me. So far we have celebrated my dad and my sisters birthday! Those were both really fun. I got to go shopping and hang out with my sister it was a great day. I can't believe how old we are getting! I feel like I was a little kid just yesterday.
Thinking about this just reminds me to live every day to it's fullest and love life! As I'm getting older everything is getting faster and faster. I don't like it! Have any of you realized this lately??

Myspace is making me mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, SOOOOOO yesterday morning I posted a really long blog. I thought something looked strange on our myspace page. It looked like everything had been erased off of it. It said I was logged into CADIA and it said that the blog posted! OH WELL. . . . .

Anyways. . . .. . . . . . . Tori and I did a show ALL OUT FOR ORPHANS on Sunday night at the school where we met. It was a fundraiser to raise money for an orphanage in Ukraine to provide shelter for their orphans for the summer. It was very cool to be at our old school and seeing all of the familiar faces. It feels really good to look out into a crowd and see where you came from and where you are now. It was very surreal! Oh ya, and while I was performing my sisters were out in the crowd making funny faces and trying to distract me the whole time! But they did cheer the loudest so I guess that makes up for the distraction.

Right now my family is watching SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE. One of my friends is on the show so it's really cool to watch and see how he's doing. It has been such a blessing to watch and see how God is working in my life as well as all of the people that have been in my life!

Well, I'm going to go join the fam! Hope you are all having a great summer!

All ready to vote!!

Hey everyone!
Today I went and registered to vote.. woohoo! It's about time! Well Courtney and I are really excited about the benefit on Sunday. I hope that some of you will be able to make it.
I'm really excited because I went to the doctor the other day and they said I didn't have mono anymore. Which means that I can be more active. I can't wait to go swimming, and play tennis, and maybe even go for a run. I have never really liked exercising, like running. But, while I had mono and I wasn't able to be active I realized how much I wanted to run and be agile. So what are some of yall's favorite things to do in the summer? I need some ideas!

Fun night at the baseball field!

Hey Everyone!
I hope all of you have had a great week so far! Today was such a nice day in Nashville! It was one of those days where you just wanted to get in your car and drive around with the windows down and music blaring!! Except gas is $4 dollars a gallon, so that did not happen, haha. But the day was so enjoyable!!
Tonight my boyfriend and I went to a Nashville Sounds baseball game! It was so fun. But, they lost :( It was still very enjoyable though.

Nice Summer Week!

Hello Everyone!
I hope all of you are having a great week so far. I have had a really good week. Courtney and I have been practicing. Alex and I are still finishing up all the fun stuff down by the river.
Tonight that new movie The Happening comes out. I think I might be going at midnight, woohoo. I've enjoyed this movies at midnight lately! I love scary movies, and I'm hoping that this one is a really good scary movie.
Right now I am watching Full House. I love that show. I used to love all the disney movies like Brink, Motocross, ect. What shows did yall grow up watching?? What were your favorites??
Well Ive got to get ready for my voice lesson. I hope everyone has a great weekend!!

preparing for JUNE 22ND!

Sooooo. . . Tori and I got asked to participate in a benefit concert for orphans recently and we are really pumped about it! It is going to be at Christ Presbyterian Church on Sunday June 22nd, so if any of you all are in town, you should totally come! It will be a really fun night!

Lately Tori and I have been preparing for that as well as other small shows here and there this summer! I have another job interview tomorrow that I'm really excited about! I also found a roomate for the fall! I'm sooooo pumped about that! It is a really cute apartment!

Last night I tried out a new church in Nashville and I really enjoyed it! I'll probably go again next sunday! I really want to find a home church but I don't want to rush into anything you know? Sometimes I forget that I'm only 20 years old!

It’s So Hot Outside!!!!

Hey Everyone!
Well it is sunny and hot here in nashville!!! Really hot and humid! I would love to lay out and get some sun, but I fear that I may fry like an egg.
Well other than practicing a lot I have been trying to get a lot of rest. So you know how I have mono, well now Courtney has strep throat! What is going on?!? Keep her in your prayers.
So heres my new project. My boyfriend Alex has a river behind his house. Last summer he built a dock on the river, but the flood washed it away. So we are getting ready to start building another one. It's so much fun. It's like a little camp sight down by the river. We had hammocks, a place for a fire, some benches, and the dock.
Ok I need your help. I love summer music, for some reason summer means fun summer music. What is some of yalls favorite music to listen to in the summer? I think so far rascal flatts is one of mine. Any ideas??
