Remembering
Category: Writing and Poetry

Remembering...

As I look out my window I see the wind gently lifting the leaves from the branches and it reminds me of you lifting my hair from the back of my neck and kissing my nape. I quiver like the leaves at the memory.

I see the clouds drifting against the turquoise blue sky and covering the mountain tops and they remind me of when we were on a mountain top blanketed in the clouds sharing passion for the first time.

I hear laughter and I look out my window and I see a man feeding chocolate to a woman. I knowingly smile as I remember the slight feel of your finger tip against my lower lip as you place a bit of chocolate in my mouth. The taste of both delectable.

I remember the first time you placed your hand at the small of my back. A shock like electric went through my body and I looked at you and knew right there and then...I want to know you...your mind...your soul...your body.

More things I remember and they make me crave you more...to see you with my eyes...to hear the intake of your breath...to hear the sound of your voice as you tell me of things I do not know...the unconscious seeking of our fingers to entwine...the touching of knees....leaning in for lips to touch...to open...to meld...

Oh my sweet...let us make more memories....soon...

You Ask Me
Current mood: nostalgic
Category: Writing and Poetry

You ask me...who am I? I am myself...I am every woman.
I sip the waters when I am parched. I eat the fruit to satisfy my hunger.......
I sleep when I tire and rise with the morning sun...
I dance to the music ...I sing my own song...
And when I yearn...I yearn for you...my lover ...my soul.
How you complete me...enhance me...stir up my fires and warm yourself at them.
I lay here next to you listening to you breathe as you sleep.......
your body still glistening from our joining...I see the smile on your lips and it is so hard for me
not to lean over and kiss you...
Instead...
I will stay here next to you in the glow of candles and watch you...my eyes reveling in the sight.
I am filled with joy...this man is mine.

My Friends Are My Riches
Current mood: contemplative
Category: Writing and Poetry

What Are We?

What are we without our friends...
We are empty shells
and unspoken words of love.
We are
the empty top of the half filled glass.
H with out the 2 O.

With our friends we are
like birds soaring high in a cloudless blue sky.
We are the cherry
on a ice cream sundae.
The rich colours of the rising sun.
The brilliance in the star.

The Tree - A Memory
Current mood: contemplative
Category: Writing and Poetry

I love trees...
Their calm... their strength...their stories.
I love to lie under a tree and I remember once going deep inside a tree
to hide during a game of hide go seek.
I must have been in my early teens...
and all of the sudden I was not alone in that tree.
One of the guys that was the son of my mother's friend...
he was about 18 I think...takes my chin in his fingers and
lifts up my face to him....I could not make out his
face because, even though we were in that tree, patches
of sunlight could make their way inside.
They haloed his head and darkened his face.
He bent down and kissed me...
gently...fully.
As he pulled away my lower lip was caught between his
as if he did not want to break away from me.
I remember he tasted like cold coca cola.
He then let out his breath and said "Beautiful...grow up fast"
and disappeared out of the tree.
I tried to follow him out but it was like he vanished.
I never saw him again.
He was killed in a boat accident down in Florida where his family spent the winter.
I never forgot that kiss.
Funny...I don't even remember his name but sometimes when I drink a
cold coca cola and I lick my lips with my cold tongue he comes to mind.
He was the first to kiss me like a woman.
The first to make me feel womanly...beautiful.

You Want Me, Don't You...
Current mood: artistic
Category: Writing and Poetry

Even though you sit there calmly
with the tip of your pen in your mouth
I can tell that you want me...
Your fingers are a tad too tight on the tube
of metal.
Your intake of breath a touch too fast
and
that ever so slight flush at your neck.

Your eyes are kept down...
ostensibly studying the paper before you
but
its just a blur because
my scent fills your nostrils making you
slightly twitch with the need to reach out
and pull me to you.
Well sir...do it...yes do it...
because...
you know you want me....
and...
guess what...?
I want you too....

Unspoken
Current mood: contemplative
Category: Writing and Poetry

Desires in my mind
long to see the light of day
yet feel safest in the dark...
Sweet velvet covered dark...
You who fascinate me
tempt me
to feel these deeply hidden
unspoken desires...
wanton needs...
buried inside me..
firmly entrenched
covered in layers and layers
of dense gossamer.
Will you lift away each layer
strip them bare
coax them to my surface...
my concious being?
Would you take said desires
and mold and shape them
to yours...
turning me into your willing,
panting vessel
that overflows with need?
Yes...please...do of what
you speak.
I tremble...
my breath short
as I look at you...
into you...
draw out of you
your deep....smoldering
desire...need.

Yes I am willing...
Take me...
Now...

A Perfect Kiss

Starting off with a look...a hand raised to push the hair out of my eyes then the fingers trail down the side of my face to my chin to lift it so my lips are raised just right to receive the kiss that you are bestowing on them. The first contact...light...soft...a sigh escapes... then the pressure increases. My lips willing open to accept the sweet plunder of your tongue. It meets mine. Tip tasting tip and then dancing around each other...I melt against you as my arms go around your neck as you pull me close to you. Strong arms encircling me. I am heady with the sensations...Breaths mingling...touch filled with the promise of what is to come...

I give thanks...

I give thanks for the little I have for what I have is a fortune to some.
I give thanks even for the bad days as they sometimes make actions that should have been taken forced to happen now.
I give thanks that I am alive even in these very trying times. The sun still shines and warms me and the breeze can still kiss my face and cause me to smile.
And I give thanks that my blood can stilll race through veins with desire and excitement for the new that is in my life and what is to come.
