Do you feel that there is a group of souls on the planet, that you are supposed to meet, and do some spiritual work with?
The group could be you, and one other person, or several people, who are all on your frequency. You sense each other's presence. They may be other aspects of your soul wanting to come together.
The Internet has been instrumental in bringing soul groups together.
But this feeling goes beyond the Internet. It is a feeling in your soul, you sense these people, often living in areas not near your home.
The people who share our journeys vary as we learn and move on.
If you feel that is time to meet them, and they too are in readiness, synchronicities will reunite you. You must feel this tugging in your soul.
Many people want to have metaphysical adventures, but they have no free time - work, school, family, or other obligations fill up their time. When you are ready, you will make time, and it will be amazing: You need amazing in your life.
There is nothing more fun that meeting someone on the same path...you speak the same language...often the written word is not needed. You realize that you are going through something together that will make you more aware when you are finished...like taking a voyage.
If you sense these souls
just relax your mind and body
clear your thoughts
see yourself as a beacon of light
send out a message
they will hear you.
They may come in to help with healing and clearing, or for something beyond.
The Intuitive Eye by Sonia Choquette, Ph D _____________________________
The sixth chakra, also known as the third eye, originates between the eyebrows, and expands outward, governing the entire upper portion of the head from the top of the forehead to the tip of the nose. This chakra focuses on our ability to see accurately in life. It encompasses our ability to analyze, think, reason, perceive, understand, discern, dream, imagine and visualize. The upper octave of the sixth chakra is also the center for the psychic gift of clairvoyance, a French word meaning "clear-seeing." On the color spectrum, this chakra vibrates to the color indigo blue, like a clear winter sky at midnight. When it is balanced, this is the center of personal inner vision. Its mission statement is: "I see. I understand. I perceive. I imagine." On an energy level, this center influences our ability to see the world and ourselves without distortion and opens our eyes to the world of beauty and art as essential food for the soul.
On an emotional level, imbalanced personal vision may cause you to have problems conveying ideas or perceiving the ideas of others. Other frequent personal vision problems are over-intellectualizing, disconnecting with the more subtle non-physical dimensions of life, and missing the point. A person whose personal vision is blocked may have great difficulty seeing others with an open mind and may tend to be controlling and perfectionist, putting up a false front and emphasizing appearances over honest self expression.
When our personal vision is sharp and balanced, it awakens our ability to look at life with a creative and positive point of view, and stimulates our thirst for knowledge and education in every possible way. When the third eye is fully balanced, a person will be able to see themselves and others as energetically fluid spiritual beings; they will have the power to create their own reality using their imagination, their freedom of choice and their insight.
Looking Past Appearances
Our center of personal vision is often referred to as our internal movie screen. It is upon this inner screen that we project our musings, imaginings and dreams and begin to form our life. This center serves as the primary laboratory for our ideas, inventions and perceptions and it is here in our imagination that most of us determine how we are going to experience life. So much of what we experience is, in fact, an internal drama dictated by our imagination. As Mark Twain wrote, "I've experienced many terrible things in life, a few of which actually happened." When our sixth center is open and balanced, we pay close attention to the world around us and refrain from jumping to conclusions before learning all there is to know about any given situation or person. We come instead to intuitively understand that appearances can be misleading and there is always more than meets the eye.
I believe it's important to emphasize the power to create that our visions and versions of the world possess. Whenever I encounter a client or student who holds a negative point of view, inevitably he or she has negative experiences. And when he or she holds a more optimistic and friendly outlook on life, they no doubt create something more positive. Last week I had two clients from the same office come for a consultation. The first saw her boss as a mean spirited and unfair dictator who pushed her too far, didn't treat her respectfully and was abusive and insensitive. The second client saw the same boss as an overworked but extremely creative person who was dedicated to the business and the employees in it, sometimes forfeiting his own paycheck in order to offer bonuses and incentives to his employees as a thank you for their hard work. Who was right? They both were, according to what they envisioned.
How many times do we project a negative image onto others in order to justify our own insecurities? I had a client who insisted on seeing her husband as uncaring and rude, and ignored the fact that he worked three jobs in order that she might stay at home to raise their children, and perhaps his crabby behavior was due to the reality that he was tired and overworked rather than uncaring or rude. In her conflict over staying home rather than working she projected onto him that he was a bad guy.
How we see things is a choice. You can see the clerk at the grocery store as indifferent and impolite, or you can look deeper and see the fatigue and exhaustion in his or her eyes, and choose to overlook the grumpy behavior. You can see your kids as too busy to call you, or you can look deeper and recognize that they are simply trying to get on their feet and its harder than when you were young. You can see the world as unfriendly and become defensive, creating a wall between you and others, or you can see that you are simply afraid and fear rejection, and look in the mirror and see your own beauty and vulnerability, and recognize that the world might be able to see it too if you take the chance to let them in.
The more we want to see the truth behind appearances, the more we look deeply into things and not just at the surface before we draw our conclusions, the more we will come to understand the world around us, and therefore make the best decisions in order to live in it. Looking into life rather than just at it awakens our intuition, our "inner teacher." It activates our clairvoyant capacities and allows us to see more and more possible solutions and creative direction in all circumstances. This week, be curious, and allow yourself to look a little more deeply into things before you draw your conclusions. Take a moment to see the soul behind the person you are speaking with, or struggling with. Look intentionally for something lovable even in the most annoying or aggravating of associates. Look for your lessons in each situation. Look for your opportunity to grow. Balanced vision invites us all to see the beauty of the world around us. It you look, you'll see it, in every single person you meet. Granted in some it may require a little digging, but that makes the find all the more wonderful. And while you are at it, look in the mirror, and see the beauty that you are. Whether you see it or not, because spirit flows into your body, giving you the breath of life, you are Divine. Enjoy your beauty, and let it shine into the world!
Entering the Portal of Telepathy by Deborah, DL Zeta
There are times when you "pick up" thoughts and feelings that are not your own. This can leave you feeling scattered and unable to bring focus to your purpose and intentions. It is important to bring awareness to the thoughts that enter your mind and begin discerning between your thoughts and feelings and those of others. The first step to entering the Portal of Telepathy is recognizing that your mind is a finely-tuned sending and receiving station, and learning how to use it..
Telepathy is an advanced capability symbolized in your world by the telephone. The finer capabilities of human consciousness can be understood by observing the innovations of your time. These include the Internet, which represents a means of accessing the great library of human collective consciousness known as the Akashic Records. A camera symbolizes the imaging capability of the human mind that is the wellspring of creativity in your world. Some of these electronic devices will no longer be necessary when humans reconnect with their innate capability to consciously communicate mind to mind..
In a broad sense, telepathy is the psychic transfer of thoughts, concepts, images, sounds and feelings. You can begin to connect with the skill of telepathy by paying attention to the thoughts that enter your mind. As you observe your thoughts, you begin to discern their origin. Some thoughts you pick up from others. These are thoughts that may seem "out of context" and unlike you. Through intention you can filter out any thoughts and feelings you do not wish to enter your consciousness..
The Gift of Telepathy
Once the mind awakens to its own truth and claims the talents and gifts that are the birthright of each individual, it recognizes telepathy as a great tool and ally. The awakened mind quickly learns how to switch channels on the universal radio network, sampling many different realities to further understanding. One channel brings direct telepathy with frequencies of guides and angels while another brings the music of the spheres that is beyond all time and knowing..
There will likely be times when you will choose to tune into the thoughts of others in order to assist them. For instance, if you are a teacher, you will find telepathy helps you work more efficiently with your students. All great teachers are able to read the thoughts of their students. In this way, they bring forth knowledge and information in the form that is most able to bridge consciousness..
Intuitive readers use telepathy to read others. An intuitive will telepathically connect with the person they are assisting. We will note this is always with the permission of the person being "read." They create a link similar to dialing a telephone number, then focus their mind to strengthen this connection. They enter the person's thoughts and feeling planes, allowing themselves a general sampling and experience that provides a "big picture" of what is there. They then "ask" to be directed and guided to areas of interest that the person is working with. In this way, they are able to perceive understandings the person is attempting to gain within the present moment. Opening one door will often open others..
Other awakened beings incorporate telepathy into healing techniques that involve seeing a person's essence. Through telepathy it is possible to detect frequencies and overlays that form a kind of "plaque" that prevents the soul from fully uniting with the earthly consciousness. This plaque is often made up of layerings of erroneous beliefs and the remnants of outer efforts to program consciousness. The best spiritual healers offer themselves as a surrogate consciousness through which a person can see what is blocking the flow of life force into their bodies. This awareness helps the person begin to burn away whatever has choked off the flow of life into their earthly existence. In this way, healing occurs..
Telepathy Between Awakened Minds
The most joyful communion takes place within the heavenly flow of telepathy between awakened minds. The trademark of an awakened mind is openness. It is through this openness that a mind is willing to stand naked within its own thoughts. Those who are willing to communicate telepathically have nothing to hide. They live outside the confines of judgment, illusory projections and the negative belief systems that are symptomatic of a cloistered and limited consciousness..
In the future of your world, more beings will choose to communicate through the eloquence of spirit. Silence will be practiced on a greater scale by conscious beings. These beings will transcend a need for the spoken word. More and more beings in your world will enter with frequency the Portal of Telepathy, where thoughts are projected and received with a quiet eloquence that only blissful souls possess. In the beginning of your transition times, this telepathy will become the silent password and calling card of those souls who share in the creation of a New World founded on the principles of universal love..

Subject: Another Myspace virus - DELETED FRIEND VIRUS - Please Read! Body: Please Repost This After You Have Read The Entire Thing!
There is another malicious virus making its way around Myspace: the Deleted Friend Virus (DFV)! It is happening now, it's happening to other people, and your profile could be next!
How does it work? Deleted Friend Virus (DFV) works in the opposite way of DPV (Deleted Profile Virus)..
In DPV, your profile will show up only as a red 'X' with the words 'Profile Deleted' above where your default pic should be..
This is different...
Rather than your profile being deleted, with Deleted Friend Virus (DFV), you'll find friends starting to be deleted from your profile! If you're lucky, you may only lose half of them..
If you're not lucky, you may lose all of them!
How does Deleted Friend Virus (DFV) get started? It gets started by evil hackers who clevery use automated scripts to send out malicious emails to ppl on your friends list (and these malevolent hackers don't have to be a member on your friends list). As a result, your friends will drop you, or be forced to drop you. Since the hackers use automated scripts, running from perhaps from several different Myspace accounts, it is possible for them to send potentially thousands of emails per day...
If your profile gets targeted, YOU WILL LOSE FRIENDS!
What can you do to stop this? First, repost this bulletin when you're done reading it (see instructions at bottom)..
Second, immediately report any clearly malicious emails you may receive to Myspace. You can report problems by using the 'Contact MySpace' link found at the bottom of your homepage..
This will help Myspace to locate the source that the hackers are operating from and stop them.
Lastly, if your receive malicious emails regarding your friends, let them know immediately and FWD them a copy of the email as well as contacting Myspace..
Please repost this. There are two ways to do this. The best way is to hit the 'Reply To Poster' link under the bulletin. Then copy and paste the code in your own bulletin and post it. This way the bulletin will maintain all its formatting. The second way is you can just copy and paste the bulletin directly.
Either way is acceptable as long as word gets out!
It can be very challenging to maintain a positive attitude and a measure of faith when you are in the midst of difficult times. This is partly because we tend to think that if the universe loves us we will experience that love in the form of positive circumstances. However, we are like children, and the universe is our wise mother who knows what our souls need to thrive better than we do. Just as a young child does not benefit from getting everything she wants, we also benefit from times of constriction and difficulty to help us grow and learn. If we keep this in mind, and continue to trust that we are loved even when things are hard, it helps us bear the difficult time with grace..
This period of time in history is full of difficulty for a lot of human beings, and you may feel less alone knowing you are not being singled out. There are extreme energy changes pulsing through the universe at every level and, of course, we are all part of the growing process and the growing pains. It helps if we remember that life is one phase after another and that this difficult time will inevitably give way to something new and different. When we feel overwhelmed we can comfort ourselves with the wise saying: This too shall pass..
At the same time, if you truly feel that nothing is going right for you, it's never a bad idea to examine your life and see if there are some changes you can make to alleviate some of the difficulty. Gently and compassionately exploring the areas giving you the most trouble may reveal things you are holding onto and need to release: unprocessed emotions, unresolved transitions, or negative ways of looking at yourself or reality. As you take responsibility for the things you can change, you can more easily surrender to the things you can't, remembering all the while that this phase will, without doubt, give way to another..
I am posting this for a special friend. Please keep "T" in your prayers, if you are a healer please send him healing energy. T has a Urinary trac infection again and is feeling pretty sick.
Please feel free to repost this to your healer friends. Many thanks in advance.
It is not unusual for anxiety and anger to be connected. Anger can trigger anxiety. Anxiety can anger us. If we don't face our anger and learn to manage it, it may surface in unpredictable ways. Learn how to manage your anger.
You feel trapped. Your heart begins to race, and your hands begin to sweat and tremble. As your chest begins to hurt, you realize that you cannot take deep breaths. You've been arguing with your spouse and as your words grow louder, you become afraid of losing control. You can't even remember how this started, but now you feel so overwhelmed that you want to throw something against the wall.
You've just experienced a panic attack, right? Maybe not . . .
What Is an Anger Attack? Maurizio Fava, MD, and Jerrold F. Rosenbaum, MD, are leading the way in the research of anger attacks and their treatment. Their studies have included research on anger attacks in both depressed and anxious subjects.
According to Fava and Rosenbaum, anger attacks may be defined as follows: Anger attacks are sudden intense spells of anger that resemble panic attacks but lack the predominant affects of fear and anxiety associated with panic attacks. They typically occur in situations in which an individual feels emotionally trapped and experiences outbursts of anger that are later described by the patient as being uncharacteristic and inappropriate to the situation at hand.
(Fava & Rosenbaum)
Anger Attacks vs.
Panic Attacks If anger attacks and panic attacks are so similar, how do we tell the difference? The feeling of being trapped may trigger both kinds of attacks. Both attacks begin suddenly and feel intense. Fava and Rosenbaum point out that fear and anxiety are not predominant symptoms in anger attacks as they are in panic attacks. The problem is that sudden intense emotions often feel similar to one another.
How do we know which emotion is "predominant"? To understand these two kinds of attacks further, it may help to see the symptoms of each type of attack:
Anger Attacks
Irritable feelings in past 6 months Angry overreaction to small irritations 1 or more anger attacks experienced in past month Inappropriate anger directed towards others The occurrence of at least 4 of the following -- heart pounding, racing chest pains sweating shaking, trembling shortness of breath dizziness, lightheadedness tingling, itching skin fear of losing control intense fear, anxiety cold or hot flashes feeling like attacking others attacking others (physically, verbally) throwing, destroying objects
Panic Attacks During a panic attack, some or all of the following symptoms occur: Noticeably quick or pounding heartrate Pain or other discomfort in the chest Sweating Shaking Difficulty breathing, shortness of breath Dizziness Tingling sensations Fear of going crazy or losing control Fear of dying Derealization or depersonalization Choking sensation Nausea Cold or hot flashes
As can be seen, anger attacks contain the same symptoms as panic attacks; however, to be an anger attack, the experience must contain additional symptoms. By exploring feelings such as ongoing irritability and behaviors such as directing anger towards others or throwing objects, one may gain a better understanding of the differences between the two kinds of attacks.
Anger Attacks and Psychiatric Disorders During their years of anger attack research, Fava and Rosenbaum have conducted a number of studies on the prevalence of anger attacks in different depressive and anxiety disorders. The main conclusion of these ongoing studies is that 30 to 40 percent of depressed people experience anger attacks. Research participants without depressive or anxiety disorders did not experience anger attacks at all. In a study by RA Gould, et al, slightly over 30 percent of subjects with panic disorder experienced anger attacks. The same prevalence was found in other anxiety disorders. The Gould study also found that anxious participants who experienced anger attacks were also more likely to be more depressed than anxious participants who did not experience anger attacks.
It may be concluded, then, that if you experience anger attacks you are at greater risk of depression than people who do not experience anger attacks. If you have an anxiety disorder, depression may complicate your recovery. It is worthwhile to discuss your panic symptoms and/or anger experiences with your treatment provider.
The Good News Anger attacks are treatable. Fava and Rosenbaum have focused on pharmacological treatments for anger attacks. Luckily, these treatments, in the form of antidepressant medications, are also often used to treat depressive and/or anxiety disorders. If you feel you have experienced anger attacks, your current treatment may already be helping, or you may want to discuss the Fava/Rosenbaum research with your treatment provider. If you are in therapy, you may want to discuss your anger experiences and what you might do to manage them and/or resolve the issues that may be causing them. Anger Management is a feature article that may help you consider the causes of your anger as well as find self-help techniques for managing it.
In the long run does it matter whether or not you label your attacks as anger or panic? Only you and your treatment provider can answer that question. However, if anger attacks are signaling untreated depression, it can be an important step to determine what your are experiencing.

During the current salmonella outbreak, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Food and Drug Administration, an agency within HHS, have focused Americans' attention first on tomatoes and now on jalapeño peppers as a likely source of the infectious bacteria. However, contaminated produce is only the last link in a chain that begins with the meat industry...
It is essential for consumers to know that burgeoning meat consumption has caused a massive overproduction of chickens, cows, pigs, and other animals, leading to unprecedented production of feces that end up in rivers, streams, and irrigation water, and contaminate otherwise healthful produce Salmonella are intestinal organisms.. Needless to say, tomatoes and peppers do not have an intestinal tract.. When feces end up in irrigation water, salmonella can contaminate the surfaces of plants and can apparently pass into their rootlets, ending up inside produce..
Infectious bacteria from animal feces also contaminate agricultural fields, workers' hands, retail shelves, and kitchen surfaces Join PCRM in calling for the Department of Health and Human Services to investigate the source of the contamination—the root of the problem lies in the meat industry! We need your help today

It is the unconscious aspiration of every human being to eventually reach the highest possible vibration. At the moment, Earth's peak of energy is the crystalline aura - anything above that would be unable to attach to our minds and therefore would have no connection to our physical bodies. But even crystals have their ups and downs and few of them have fully reached their uppermost energy level...
People are their purest at birth - everything after that is downhill in most cases! All babies are born with a higher-vibrational aura… not all of them start out at the highest level though, because different psychological and physical environmental changes they experience while in the womb affect their energy. Unborn children experience numerous shifts as their own highly sensitive vibration is connected deeply with their mother's - any changes she feels emotionally, physically, mentally, or spiritually will immediately influence the baby. After a child is born their environment determines their vibrational level. The years between zero and five are the most active for shifts in energy though some kids will jump around even until seven years old. After seven the aura becomes stuck at one level with only up as a possibly direction...
Some children, indigos especially, are strong and do not allow their environment to change them too much during these receptive years. They usually stay about the same colour by using automatic shields to disconnect them from the world. These include not speaking or communicating, going into trances, developing ADD/ADHD, or merely showing signs of psychic gifts that allow them to remember the higher vibrations...
However, this doesn't entirely work. What we didn't think of was the need to communicate with our parents, teachers, and other adult guides. They do not have the awareness to understand our telepathy or everseeing (the ability to look into the eyes of another person and see their true meaning) so the only way to interact is to start speaking or paying attention. We forget to look inside and speak with our minds and our real meanings are lost on clumsy verbal languages. Many memories that were clear seconds after birth become dreamlike and impossible to recall. The first to disappear from remembrance is often that of our mission here on Earth, those that follow are usually the ideas connected to it and it's importance. These indigos will grow up unconsciously seeking their purposes... Generally, we all follow the same pattern:
1) Searching for Truth - After the age of ten (though some begin earlier or later than usual), indigos begin to search for their truths. Through intuition-driven research, we begin to develop what they see as beliefs. Most indigos do not even realise what they are doing - we naturally ask "why" when something puzzles us! This is the time when we use our finely tuned lie-detector to decide what is true, what is half-true (for example; myths, legends, and stereotypes), and what is a deliberate lie. The lies and half-truths are tossed away or filed somewhere for further scrutiny...
2) Gathering Knowledge - When we find something that feels true - a sensation that rises from deep within us - we find out about it. Usually this is through asking questions or, if the resources are available, learning about it through the internet, books, and television. When indigos get to this stage they begin to question themselves and their choices on religion, eating habits, sleep patterns, etc...
3) Shifting - Questioning leads to dramatic changes. Indigos at this point are trying things out and trying to find something manmade that will suit them. This is where the starseed and otherkin theories came from; indigo children, teenagers, and adults looking to explain their presence on Earth. We also change our religious attitudes significantly, jumping from faith to faith is beneficial in forming an opinion about our own tendencies...
4) Awakening - The outcome of all this outside searching is a spontaneous moment of insight. That moment is the exact instant of awakening, when we finally discover that we cannot shape our beliefs to suit the moulds of society - something is always out of place or missing. Usually we stop looking for answers (at least for ourselves) in outside sources and turn inward to find our truth because it was never really lost in the first place - we just buried deep within to keep it safe...
5) Remembering - This step is like the top of the hill; once you reach it the rest of way is much easier to complete. Knowledge begins to come back to us as small bursts of wisdom (indigos usually experience this throughout their lives because they act like magnets, in a way) and slowly we develop an all-inclusive memory again...
6) Becoming - When you begin to remember your mission it is only natural to return to your state of full awareness. Sometimes this can time because emotions like fear, hate, and embarrassment may hinder your progress. As you become your true self you will see that you no longer have need for unhealthy things in life whether they be emotional, physical, mental or spiritual...
7) Being - The final step, the ultimate goal - when you succeed at reaching this point you know that you are capable of anything and everything. Fear no longer takes an effect and embarrassment is replaced by courage and logic. Hate will seem useless because your knowledge will tell you how to fix something unhealthy. Your body will finally be able to request wholesome food intake and sleeping patterns and receive them without emotional or mental issues blocking the way...
By reading this, you can probably categorize yourself somewhere in the seven steps (in between steps is possible and sometimes you go back and forth within them as well)...I myself have just recently reached the stage of Becoming (though I am still partially in a state of Remembrance) but don't compare yourself to me - I started shifting early so that I could be here to write this for you to read! Whatever state you are in, whichever direction you are going, just remember that the only way to go is up!
A Lightworker asked: "I'm in a place I don't want to be in... Why am I being punished every day by having to work with these people that are so dark?... They think I'm crazy and don't honor me or my life... What should I think about this? It's hard!" And my answer will again be this : So you think it's all about an accident? Or that you're being punished? Then you have missed the grandeur of a standard Lighthouse Lighthouses aren't built in safe places They choose to be where the storms are! You're not being punished You're being taken to a difficult place to shine your light
Physically, what should you be doing (with the people around you)? Can you love them? Listen to them! Listen to what's really happening in their lives Consider every day one where you have an opportunity to create light in a dark place Watch attitudes change You may be "weird" to them, but they know you represent integrity Spiritually... you're a light in a dark place and you wonder why you're there? It isn't always about you Think about them! You're not being punished, you're being given an opportunity This is the work you came to do, and it's not forever In a place you don't want to be, working with people you don't want to be with, is the work of a Lighthouse... What if you're the only light they ever see?"
