New music is in the works. We're starting to pull together some new pieces. Josh Eustis, Lustmord, our visiting Irish Bass Player, Tanya and I are indulging in some new ideas, old ideas, recipes, bad jokes, and the occasional 2 on 2 ball game. Not much to report quite yet, but soon.

Transformation and Regeneration

Today Marks the 5 year anniversary of Judith Marie's surrender to a 29 year struggle against time and gravity. Take a moment to count your blessings. Remind yourself that life is short. (In Judith's case, long and painful.) Take a deep breath and allow the petty stuff to disintegrate into dust and blow away. It's all gonna work out.
Judith's last wishes were that her final resting place be near me. So I brought her ashes to my home in Arizona and spread her across the South East facing slope so every morning she could watch the sunrise with me. Like the Phoenix rising from the ashes, her new wings are these estate vines. And like her, these vines are tenacious, vigorous, stubborn, and the fruit is sexy and complex. I'm going to name this wine "Nagual del Judith, Judith's Cabernet Sauvignon." Now she gets finally to travel around the world, meet new and interesting people, and be around lots and lots of great food. Pure Heaven.

V is for Viagra and the Suicide Girls interview

Recently did an interview with the Suicide Girls, James and Chloe to promote the "V is for Viagra, The Vagina Remixes" cd. Good times. Watch it here... Night At The Pussbury
there are a couple versions of it... here's a second... Night At The Pussbury Version 2. That's my real hair. NO! Seriously! I grew it overnight. I had a strange dream involving cow patties, spirulina, and paprika. Rip Taylor was there. And when I woke up, I was "with hair." Creepy. The Viagra remix cd is now available at Puscifer.com and on iTunes. There is also a new iTunes Delux Version of "V is for Vagina" that includes new art, the Queen B video, and 4 additional tracks.

Clap hands. For the moment, let’s pretend our leaking glass is
not only half full, but billowing over with tasty, spicy hot,
creative juices. Lot’s of fun things occurring.

Not sure if you’ve heard thru the grapevine or not, but we’ve put
together a Puscifer Forum. It’s now up and running so dial your
browser to: The Asylum

It’s main purpose is to exchange ideas, update you on what’s
going on, discuss Puscifer, discuss the various challenges of
being an independent artist and coordinate street team efforts.

It’s still in it’s infancy so I assume there will be some bugs at
first, but we’re working them out. Be sure to look over the
rules of conduct. We are serious about them.

Some of you have been asking where they can get The Undertaker,
Spanish Fly mix. We’ll be including it on the V is for Vagina 12
" vinyl, and on a delux iTunes version. Both released on the 29th
of April. Also included on this iTunes delux version are 2
remixes from . check them out : BLESteNation
and on Myspace.

Travis from Buddyhead has done a teaser video for DoZo. It’s not
the official video, but it’s very cool. Especially coming from
someone as emotionally challenged as Travis. If you ever meet
him, be gentle. He’s had a rough day. Every day. But he’s house
broken. So please introduce him to your parents. Check it out

V is for Viagra, the Vagina remixes.

Just finished listening to the first ruff master for the V is for Viagra, remix collection. It's so inspiring to hear how others musicians re-interpret these songs. Good times. There are for sure a few stand outs, but I won't ruin it for you.
Lots of stuff about to be hatched. The video for DoZo is almost done. Meats is chain chugging power drinks to get it into the mastering studio on time. It will be released on April 29th, along with "V is for Viagra, the Vagina Remixes album", a 7" vinyl version of Queen B, a 7" vinyl version of DoZo, and the 12" vinyl of V is for Vagina. Patton Oswalt re-wrote the Airline Safety card information for the 12". He's a hoot. Love that guy. And we'll be releasing an iTunes deluxe version of V is for Vagina with some bonus tracks. Yippee.

Queen B DVD release Tuesday Jan 8th, 2008

Happy New Year, Mouse Club. The Queen B. DVD is out on Tuesday. Limited edition, so get them while they last. Also working on a 7" release for Queen B. Limited as well. Meats claims the DoZo video is coming along. I've seen some of the animation and I have to say, it looks damn fine. Lustmord is working on some Dub mixes. Most likely we'll release it exclusively on vinyl and on iTunes. Mat and I are finishing up some finishing touches on a couple unreleased tracks to be included on the V is for Vagina 12" vinyl. I'm sure there are a few more things going on, but i just ate some X-Mas candy so I can't seem to concentrate. More later once my blood sugar stabilizes.
