Here it IS!!

My SECOND VBlog!!!

Even though in this one I do not spend too much time having a look inside the music industry, I thought it'd be great to take you on a little tour to a Summer Camp in California.  We were there for ten days , the first week of August, 2006.

The camp is called Pine Rivers Ranch, and it is located south east of LA.  At about 5,000 feet high, it was a very beautiful setting.

We took the Music Production class with my dad, and we had a chance to teach a class of 7 teenagers to write, record and produce music.  We wrote a couple of songs with the class, and it was amazing how talented some of these kids were.  Yet, they had little idea that they could actually write songs, let alone record them. 

Then, to top it off, we actually produced a music video of the whole production.  On the last Saturday night, it was presented in front of the whole camp.  We were very proud of our little class!  We made some great friends that week, and, God willing, we are going  back next year and do it again.

It's amazing how God used us to encourage some of these kids to discover hidden musical talents and teach them how much fun it is to use them for Him!

If any of you guys from the camp read this, I just want to tell you we had a blast, and I hope we will see you soon.  Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!!

A little note to let you know I have posted my very first video blog. 

 I want you to come with me on my journey through my second CD production.   It's going to be fun!

Tell me what you think, perhaps what kind of things you want to know about this process! I hope you enjoy this 'insider's' look into this  CCM world.

I'll take you with me and introduce you to many of the producers and writers and recording "professionals" as I work with them to put a bunch of songs together in an album, that, hopefully, you will like.
