Lots of Bigfoot talk going on these days, including the HOAX in Georgia this past week that got a bunch of press. And later this month Humboldt County will be celebrating the 50th anniversary of the first sighting of the beast near WILLOW CREEK. As you all may or may not know, I co-created a comic based on the famous town. You can read an in depth article about it HERE.
Josh Medors, the artist for WILLOW CREEK, had to take a break from the series due to his battle with cancer. Last I spoke with him, he's back to work rocking out Issue 2. We're hoping to get back on shelves sometime next year. We have a great story planned for you... and yes, Bigfoot is going to face off against the werewolves in a way you would not expect.
So until then, keep an eye out for the big guy. He might be in the woods near you...

Auction to benefit Josh Medors' fight with cancer at this year's Emerald City Comicon.
April 23rd 2008 (Berkeley, CA) - Unknown to the general public, Frank Frazetta's Swamp Demon/Runes of Ragnan/Willow Creek/G I Joe/30 Days of Night artist Josh Medors has been fighting cancer for the past several months and Image Comics and Frazetta Comics have stepped in organize an auction to benefiting Josh in his time of need.
"Josh is a good friend, father and artist. With the support from the comic industry that he loves so dearly, we can all help with costly medical bills and ease his pain just a little would be most appreciated.," said Frazetta Comics Editor/Artist Jay Fotos. "We are under a crunch, for the show is just a few weeks away, so anyone that would like to donate please contact me as soon as you can so we can get your donations there for the auction in time, we are also taking PayPal donations as well that go directly to Josh."
Many of the industry's finest are donating items to auction, including Frank Frazetta himself. Any other creators interested in donating are encouraged to contact Jay Fotos at jayfotos@cox.net
