What should I do when girls lie?

Trying to catch them in a lie is just so hard because they are just so damn good at it.  Not all of them, I've got some really great girls that do all the right things, but some of them just can't seem to tell the truth.  If you don't want to work, don't.  How simple is that?  I think it is pretty simple.  I give them the luxury of making their own schedule and yet they still lie their way OUT of making money!  I just don't understand...in a normal business, things like this wouldn't happen.  But I guess this isn't a normal business...

My problem is, do I confront them when they do it, fine them and threaten to fire them if it happens again?  Then they think I'm a bitch for not believing their lies and that all I care about is the all mighty dollar that they make me.  If I don't confront them, ignore it and hope it doesn't happen again, they think I am a push over and continue to do it. Funny thing is, they are only hurting themselves.  They lose my trust, they lose the phone operators trust, and they lose the clients trust.  Not to mention all the money they lose for not showing up to the call!! So frustrating...

Not enough ladies!

My phone went crazy last!  I don't have enough ladies available for my clients!  Brit can't keep up!  Last night we had more clients wanting someone than ladies available.  Sometimes it is the other way around (very rarely).  Why can't it be even all the time?  Because that would be boring, I suppose. 

If anyone is interested in working in this business and think they have what it takes, give me a shout!  I need the help!

Why do girls want to kiss me??

Ok, so why is it everytime I meet a new girl they always want to kiss me?  Yes, I'm hot but when did become normal for friends to kiss??  I'm even married and they all know my husband but they all want to kiss me?  My husband thinks it's great, of course, but I'd much rather kiss a hot guy than a hot girl.  Maybe it's just my midwest upbringing.  I've done it, usually because I'm drunk and can never say no, but it really doesn't do anything for me.  Maybe I'm just not kissing the RIGHT girls.  They aren't even girls that work for me so it's not like they are trying to butter up to their boss.  That I could understand, but these are just girls, some that don't even know what I do for a living.  It just seems strange to me...
