Culture Killers have recorded and filmed a video of the legendary Steppenwolf cover "BORN TO BE WILD" Make sure you go to FREMONT STREET EXPERIENCE check the schedule when the video will be playing! Usually once a night but it will last over the next year and culminating in a custom motorcycle giveaway. Meanwhile have a listen here on Myspace.

To all those who have been with Dez and I from our beginnings in Moaning Lisa back in Kansas City at our days at the Hurricane will probably know and love Greg Beck AKA Death. I received a phone call this afternoon from a close friend informing me that Greg had passed away this past weekend.
For those that knew him knew that he had a huge heart under that rather large exterior of his. He always sat by the bartender's entrance to the round bar at the Hurricane. Always helpful and always had something of interest to say. He was a fixture at the Hurricane almost as much as Stan (GM). He knew everyone and anyone. Had an opinion on every band that ever played there. He was there almost 7 nights a week... but never stayed too late.
Dez and I are sorry we didn't get a chance to play with Culture Killers in KC. We hope to soon and will shout out props to our old friend Greg. May you rest in peace.
