Draw featured in Supertouch

The Draw exhibit opened with over 2000 people in attendance in London...check out the super rad coverage from Jamie O’ Shea at Supertouch..take a look so i don’t have to tell you about it.... : )

DRAW exhibit in London

Just hit the ground running after a madnight of dj noise at Lit in NYC/...red eye flight landed us in london at 930am....the big black car with a driver named Bong picked us and took us straight to StolenSpace Gallery so we could finally meet these super rad people that we have been torturing for months now with every single detail on the DRAW exhibit.    We start hanging the show tomorrow in the meantime Foss and I are going to see the Crown Jewels today (ultratourism) and perhapps we will show the Royal Guard our crown jewels too!

here is the gimmick on DRAW...

...the opening is on thursay Mar 6th and then the public opening is on Mar 7.  The show runs through Mar 23.   Sick new pieces from Hank3 Kat Von D Ed Templeton Michael Manning Phil Kyle (London Ink) and to many more to even remember...its nuts...

San Francisco 0525AM

packing for san francisco.....my guys from MyToons.com  hooked me up with a pass to the Game Developers Conference.....headed there with a bunch of  demos to conjure up some more game soundtracks.   I'll be staying with my good friend Tastee Steve...he moved there recently with a tasty job with Apple Computers...

back to tampa on sunday..then new york on thursday to DJ at Lit then off to London on Friday....things are kickin up....

NYC DJ Gig....@LIT Feb 28th..

Attention city rats and urban rednecks..

i will once again invade my fave nyc haunt...LIT with a 76 min. DJ set on Feb 28th...

i'm thinking sextrash lolita motor music ..... BRMC, Raveonettes, Yeah yeah yeahs, The horrors, Birthday Party ,Von Bondies, Nekromantix , HankIII, 60's biker chick rock and a bit of glitched out remix distortion and ambients to stitch it all together....

the next day Erik Foss and I are off to London to start hanging the biggest art show of our career...the UK opening of DRAW...smashing...

DRAW exhibit going to London!

Great news has arrived courtesy of our UK pal D'Face, who runs the StolenSpace Gallery in London.  The DRAW exhibit is now headed to London...the private press preview is on Mar 6th and then the public opening is on Mar 7.  The show runs through Mar 23.

While on my just completed trip to NAMM and L.A. I stopped in to visit Kat Von D, she gave me a sweet tryptych fot the exhibit, as well as Kerry King of Slayer, Hank Williams III are a few of the new names added to the list, plus the rest of the LA Ink crew should be kicking in drawings also.  We will have over 300 drawings i think.  We are curating madly so this will be the most massive DRAW to date.  Vice Magazine, MyToons, SuperTouch, Action Arts Agency and FuseGallery NYC are on board as sponsors....

Gearing up for NAMM

I am heading out to Anaheim this week for a 12 day stay in Southern California...
Main focus is NAMM.   This is my favorite tradeshow event...all of the new synths, guitars, gear are on display and friends from bands and various companies from all over the world are networking and having a blast....

Along with my bestest pals EvilD, Blake762 and Mosh from Dean Guitars we will build a two level guitar city for Dean Guitars from the ground up.... its an ass buster but a lot of fun...

So if you are at NAMM.....drop by the Dean Guitars booth....its definitely where the best action is....
