Well GyPsy and I are settling into our new home nicely. It's very spacious and right on the bus line (like out the front door). It takes me a bit longer to get to work and he's got it a little easier. Overall I am so pleased with everything!

I am hoping we will have a house warming party soon!

Yup! In 19 days on GyPsy and I's second anniversary we are going to make it legal.
Don't worry we are having a ceromony some time next spring/summer... so stay tuned for more information. We will most likely be sending out formal invititaions in the mail.

Happy to be alive

On Friday, on my way to Contact I was in a car accident. I was driving and no one was with me, although I was okay the other car's driver went to the hospital with whiplash and severe shock. The firefighter was kind enough to tell me that had it been just a tiny bit worse that I would have been killed by the poles for a dome I was carrying in the back seat. WOW. Killed by party gear! That's no way to go. Anyways other than this accident and being discriminated at the downtempo stage for my disability and  as a result not being allowed to play my scheduled set, I had an good time at Contact. Basically Saturday night-Sunday afternoon was FUCKING AMAZING!

So lessons learned: Don't drive when your instincts tell you not to. Always pack gear in a way that won't injure people if there is a crash. AND don't expect people who preach about being ego free and willing to engage in a dialog to actually be real or compassionate.

Hey ya'll its official! I am moving to Denver, CO on Friday July 13th! WOOO FUCKIN HOOOO!

I love Portland, but my gypsy heart is ready to roll!
