we've decided to venture into the world of film-making. every month for the rest of the year we will be posting a video of some description. the first one is a little biography clip of us. we're happy people right now. optimistic etc. been watching very little television lately. even more importantly, been watching even less news.

""ah yes, a selfish egocentric existence. complete disregard for the world at large."" no no no, i still care about family and friends as much as i ever did. i just think it does me no good to be letting stories about rapist fathers locking children in a cellar for twenty odd years seep into my subconscious. watching stuff about the sudanese genocide of a few years back doesnt do much for the human spirit. back to the cartoons and the music headspace please. can you change the world? are we better just starting in our own communities and hoping the good will spread? what motivates charitable behaviour anyway? calling from a higher power or something instilled by a good/bad experience when growing up? or even something hardwired into genetic fabric? so many questions. such little desire to know the answers. back to the cartoons please. so many colours. its nice to be a small insignificant person living in a civilised country. thanks jesus, believe me im grateful, youve really looked out for me. what did the unlucky ones do to piss you off? heads and it came up tails?

check out the way the picture at the top of the page scrolls between beautifully dramatic photography of the mayo coastline and a daddy with his two ickle children! the calming, gentle colours used to construct the website suggest purity and the presence of benevolence. shell really do care about us! and all the time i thought they were just a heartless multinational corporation hellbent on profit through methods of purified hellfire evil etcetcetcetc. and not only that but its natural gas so that must mean its good for us etcetcetc. and that thought makes me smile. i have to say ive enjoyed watching the protests on the news because theyve confirmed everything i think about the gardai and more. the sight of them kicking and dragging innocent people within their own community around says an awful lot.

all id like to know is how the hell that link embedded itself in my computer because its just distractd me for twenty mins. fuck you shell.

one of the girls got a summons in the door at 7am this morning. the gardai called to her parents house at 7am! idiots, her parents actually thought she was dead cos she was on a night out and wasn't home. all it was to do with was she forgot to produce an insurance cert at the garda station a few months ago. does anybody know is there anything she can do abut it? any apology to be had or 'out? answers on a postcard please.

this guy is an evangelist for the atheists among us, folks who ’dont believe in a higher power’ but still pathetic enough to be out there seeking inner fulfilment or empowerment or embiggenment or whatever. yes, all he wants is your money and no theres nothing he can do for you that you cant do yourself. theres a placebo effect at play. you pay him enough money and it is simply the act of spending the money that convinces his clients they’ve gotten something.

i was tutored by the guy in college. theres no beef between us or anything like that, i just despise that whole industry hes involved in. if he ever read this hed probably either accuse me of being a) bitter about how much money he makes or b) just being negative because of a deepseated unhappiness buried within at which point hed probably even offer to help me, using NLP. (he cant really get too angry, publicly anyway, because that would betray the role hes playing.) but i say no! c) ive just been too deeply scarred by ethical behavioural rules toward other people to be able to listen to my conscience rattling about how im ripping people off! i would ask one thing of him though, that he advocate the freedom of thought and speech (one of the flashy slogans at the top of the page says ’become free’). and anyway, putting your own name up with dot com at the end of it deserves a slagging. thats up there with bono! (yes bono.com is really there.. i just found out..)
