REVOLT NOW
Category: Blogging

I haven't been on in a while. Mostly because I have had nothing to say but now I do. FUCK!! I have had enough with taxes!  This is major B.S!  I'm poor and so is everyone else. I don't think people understand how bad we really are. I hear constantly "Oh these gas prices la...di...da..." This is the first time in my life where I can honestly say I cannot effort to drive to work. Think about that. Let me put it to you like this...back in the day there were lines drawn.  Low class, middle class, and upper class. Very easy to understand. Now as time and technology has moved forward the lines have been skewed. The low class is a small 2-3 percent of the American population as well as the upper class. So what is the other 90-94 percent. Us, the middle class. Instead of being the American dreaming (one television watching, four door driving, uneducated masses), we have evolved in to the internet using, registered voting, paying attention to who's screwing us, social dominants of the largest superpower in the world. Guess what? The lower class is being brought up to our level, while the upper classmen are being phased out (and they are not happy with this change of events). So what do they do? Tax us! Bring us back down to a poverty level that they feel more comfortable with. Make us work constantly and stunt our education by limiting our recreational time. That's how they dumb down society. They don't want us to discuss the fact were being screwed. They want us to believe that if we work just a little harder it won't be so bad. But you know what? Speaking from a man who worked two jobs all of my adult life, it doesn't get better the gas prices won't go down. Milk will not go down. We will never get paid enough. We are being told that the gas prices are out of control by sympathetic politicans while they continue to jack the price. On top of all that we not only have to pay for our own gas, but we have to pay for COKE'S gas and FIG NEWTON'S gas and every other big business shithead who expects us to understand. You know what..."PAY FOR YOUR OWN FUCKING GAS!" Why should we be the only ones losing money on this horse shit. May be we should tell the gov, "I'm going to have to lower my income tax due to high gas prices. Sorry try me again next year." Yeah, see how well that goes over. They'll send you of to jail right before they hop there Gulfstream to Kentucky to talk about global warming.

STORYTELLERS - Meet The Parents (WARNING: GRAPHIC CONTENT)
Category: Writing and Poetry

Originally posted May 6, 2006

Peel the skin off
Blackened chicken
Tongue the soft
Flesh wet
Pink smooth
Forgetting
The reason
I disliked the smell
I thought
The house
A blaze
When I entered
Heard alarms
Still I figured
Better to eat
Than to offend
Let me
Dig in
With a grin
Appreciate the taste
For what it is
Cause it's better
Than eating alone

STORYTELLERS - R.I.P.
Category: Writing and Poetry

Poem originally posted December 03, 2006.

We are masons
Chiseling stones for a crown
Graven ingrained engravings
Shortened stories
To highlight our plots
The sun will deceive
The letters for long
And the work
Details the cuts
Raise your head
From the kneeler
The lines are just symbols
Discarded dust with a breath
Dispersed time on a breeze
Giving away treasures
Never to return

R.I.P. (spoken)

STORYTELLERS - Take a bath I'll drink the water that you leave
Category: Writing and Poetry

Originally posted February 02, 2006

Condescension in the ranks
Asphyxiate the metaphors
Like a discontented Quaalude trip
Impotent souls applaud
Rectify the self proclaimed enigma
With the readers inverted thought
Add a interrogative and hope to hit some dirt
Creations fervor lactates omnipotent in the sun
Crown thy self a monarch
Consolidate and run

Take a bath I'll drink the water that you leave (spoken)

I don't want to get involved but ...
Category: Writing and Poetry

Don't even bother
You're looking surprised
In lying to yourself
This transparency it degrades
Isn't it about time
You said why you
Are upset you lie still
Breathlessly reading
I sometimes don't listen
Care often
That says much

APATHY & EMPATHY
Category: Writing and Poetry

Heard the shots and changed the channel
Nameless angels with numbered lives
Thirty dead; we know the demon
Hell laughs video to our minds
Not By Choice we watched as evil
Spit the poison of his lies
Take the coin and leave the conscience
Paid for by their parent's cries

DON'T BE FOOLED
Category: News and Politics

We the people have stood by long enough; while big business and agenda seeking media hounds attempt to sway our better judgment; finding cracks in the cultural division of our eclectic melting pot. No longer can we tolerate intolerance with more intolerance. The beauty of the United States is that we "ARE" all different. Keeping that in mind we must rally around all those who are being treated in opposition of their constitutionally protected rights. We should implore all those who wish to represent themselves free of reprisal regardless of background. While at the same time remembering we are AMERICANS first and foremost. The constitution gives us the "common man" the power to choose what we will and will not tolerate. These truths are self evident in that the individual choices we are given allows us not only the right to say express ourselves, but the right to stand up when we feel something goes against our morals. As Americans, we would be doing ourselves a grave injustice if we didn't use all facets these rights dictate. The greatest threats to our rights are those who wish to silence our voice and those that wish to misrepresent themselves. Following in the footsteps of great leaders, who fought for our rights through boycotts and non-violent protest, we decide our own fates create our futures. The representation of truth is what we must seek, not the abolishment of that which we disagree with. The understanding of what we see and hear gives us a better idea of what we know to be true.

PASSOVER
Category: Writing and Poetry

Breezes chill
More than they comfort
Assembling walls
Dressed in pastels
Tempting the image we share
Crossing the t's
Nailing it home
On Sunday
Pretend that you care
