In September 2008 I'm gonna go back to US after visiting my motherland Indonesia and looking for a job as tattoo artist at a good prospective tattoo shop. Permanently. In area: Pasadena or Los Angeles or Hollywood.
I'm also open for a chance and looking for a possibilities to work as a guest tattoo artist in Portland-Oregon, Seattle-Washington and New York City. Or in Amsterdam-Netherland, Berlin, other big cities in Germany and Switzerland.

After all what happen this last several days with all those idiot Indonesian goverment and the Indonesian medias down there I think you know why and understand my reason. 1 piece of dead body of the number one corruptor and dictator is released free into his grave, not throwned in the jail or hanged on the tree in front of all the folks.
I AM FROM THE ANCIENT KINGDOMS ERA in the 13.000 islands archipelago called NUSANTARA.
I'm looking forward to see my homeland. There are many plans ahead down there in the 13 thousand islands archipelago at the equator. Art exhibition and collaboration, traditional tattooing and collaborations for the underground goth scene in a city in Java island.
Half of my soul is already there even physically I am here faraway in the west-land.

Durga, an Indonesian artist who currently lives in Los Angeles. His style of art is influenced by the folklore, legends, myths and epics from his native land. Combined with provocative and disturbing elements of the dark arts and the grostesque, his artwork recalls and celebrates the ancient tribal cultures of Indonesia.
