NEW Kid Houdini Interview/Review!

Category: Writing and Poetry
Hello, my friends! Sorry for the long absence, but between writing a boatload of comics and taking care of my three boys, I've been completely swamped!
Anyway, please take a few moments to check out my new Kid Houdini and the Silver Dollar Misfits interview. It's a pretty cool format my buddy Dave Baxter came up with called an "Inter-Review." One part interview, one part review. Pretty cool, if you ask me.
So, without further adieu, here's parts 1 and 2 of the interview with lil' old me and artist Worth Gowell:

I've had the pleasure of reading an advance copy of the first issue and it is absolutely fantastic. So here goes...
Most orders are in for July, but that doesn't mean you still can't pre-order Creature Feature Issue 1 from your local retailer. If you love old school horror movies with all the trimmings, you won't be disappointed.
Each issue is 48 pages with three and a half scintillating tales of monstrous horror done right by top industry veterans, including CB Cebulski, Chris Yost, Andy Schmidt, Stuart Moore, Leah Moore, John Reppion and Brian Smith. -- over the top and gratuitous with a super-cool soundtrack. (Readers are responsible for providing their own tunes, so break out the 8-Track or dust off your 45's!)
M-THEORY 2 (of 3) story DWIGHT L. MACPHERSON & BRUCE BROWN art MIKE BARENTINE cover THOMAS BOATWRIGHT

The Edgar Allan Poo T-Shirt Design Contest!
Current mood: rockin
Category: Art and Photography
Okay, you creative types--listen up!
I am getting ready to have Edgar Allan Poo t-shirts made, but I have one small problem: I DON'T HAVE A DESIGN!
Here's where YOU come in.
I will be choosing two t-shirt designs to be printed and made available to Poo fans across the universe. Just think... a t-shirt YOU designed being worn by Poo fans everywhere. How cool is that?
Okay... what we need you to do is post your low-res designs on this thread:
and I will choose a winner on August 31st at midnight, EST. You can enter as many--or as few--times as you like, so the more designs you post, the better your chance of winning. Well, theoretically.
The winners will be asked to send in a hi-res TIF of their design and will receive a free copy of the t-shirt they design. I'll also throw in autographed copies of both books AND A VIAL OF MY BLOOD!
Okay... everything but the vial of blood.
So get busy, Poo fans! And be sure to let your artistic friends know about the contest, too. All they'll need to do to enter is join the forum and post their designs here:
