FILM CRITICS UNITED: Best micro budget horror film to date...
Current mood: grateful
Category: Movies, TV, Celebrities
Hey Horror Fans, The FILM CRITICS UNITED gave us quite the review, even saying we were the best micro-budget horror film to date, which is quite the compliment. Now I am not sure if we are worthy of this praise but I do appreciate their review and kind words greatly. It's a very well written review where they even explain what a micro budget vs a low budget film is. The FILM CRITICS UNITED site is really cool, and it's quite an honor for us to recieve their praise.
So, check out their site and our review!! We can't thank them enough for the support and thank YOU for supporting independent film and horror!! All the best, ~Dave and the BIT PARTS Crew ************************************************************ From FILM CRITICS UNITED Reviwed by: Christopher Armstead
.......even in the worst professionally done Hollywood level budgeted movie, one takes for granted things like actors remembering their lines, a relatively stable camera, a halfway competent edit, decent sound with a lack of boom mikes, and no crew reflections in mirrors and the like. These things aren't always the case in the micro world. Director Dave Reda has managed to avoid the vast majority of these pitfalls and subsequently has delivered perhaps the best microbudget film I've seen to date with 'Bit Parts'...(MORE) (Click link below for more) http://filmcriticsunited'>http://www.msplinks.com/MDFodHRwOi8vZmlsbWNyaXRpY3N1bml0ZWQuY29tL2JpdHBhcnRzLmh0bWw=">http://filmcriticsunited. com/bitparts. html ************************************************************

GOREZONE and BIT PARTS Interview...
Current mood: grateful
Category: Movies, TV, Celebrities
Hey Horror Fans, Christian Sellers of GOREZONE does a very indepth interview with me about film making, what it takes to get a film out there, and our experiences. It’s a very cool article that definitely puts our story out there, and I hope you enjoy. Thanks as always for supporting independent horror and film!! All the best, ~Dave Reda *********************************************************************** FROM INTERVIEW by Christian Sellers: ......The movie was shot over the course of twelve days, but would then take three years to complete. Whilst not as gory as one might expect, the special effects are impressive considering the lack of funds and Page steals ever scene as the demented doctor. Reda’s direction shows promise and the screenplay (by Jon Rosenberg) has some interesting ideas. All in all, Bit Parts has all the makings of a cult classic… (For more of the interview click link below...)

DREAD CENTRAL Reviews BIT PARTS Horror!!
Current mood: determined
Category: Movies, TV, Celebrities
Hey Horror Fans, The very cool DREAD CENTRAL just put up their review of our independent horror film BIT PARTS. We thanks them for their support for our film and for being huge supporters of independent film! Also thanks to you and hope you all enjoy!! All the best, ~Dave and the BIT PARTS Team~
***Click link below for more*** Review By : Debi Moore of DREAD CENTRAL
..........There are still a lot of horror movies on the horizon for the fall and winter of 2007 -- big budget and otherwise -- but we have a few weeks to kill before they hit the multiplexes. If you have a craving for a comedy/horror hybrid served up with a big dollop of cheese (and really, don't we all have the urge every now and then?), then Bit Parts could be just the ticket to fill that time and lift you out of the end-of-summer doldrums.......(MORE)

Review By Casey Criswell - 3.5 Looney birds out of 5
......For a low budget horror flick from a first time writer and a first time director, this is a solid flick that's worth a watch. With bad guys to sympathize with it's a good one to turn you about a bit emotionally, and gives a couple of entertaining nut jobs to watch that are more lively than your standard 'stand menacingly in the shadows' style killer we see so much of. Throw in a couple elements from a few classic horror flicks and you have yourself a decent late night cable viewing that you won't regret.......

HORROR YEARBOOK Reviews BIT PARTS
Current mood: excited
Category: Movies, TV, Celebrities
Hey Horror Fans, The very cool HORROR YEARBOOK just put up their review of BIT PARTS for you all to check out. Wow, I don't think it gets more honest than this one, and we appreciate it greatly. With independent films, sometimes they are expected to be horrible or boring. That's why it's so great when you can turn someone around, very cool. We would very much like to thank Dr. Royce Clemens and Molly of HORROR YEARBOOK, for the review and all the support. I am looking forward to meeting them and any of you at the SILICON Film Festival in San Jose this October, check the website for more info....
****REVIEW FROM HORROR YEARBOOK****
Review by: Dr. Royce Clemens (3out of 4)
...With all this yappin' and good cheer, the movie better back it up. So I bared my teeth, loaded the shotgun ready to kill as I popped BIT PARTS into my DVD player and lo and behold… It's actually good. No, seriously. Developed characters. Well shot. Competently acted. Propulsive narrative. GOOD..... ***To read more just click the link below***
