Day After Vacation

First day back after vacation. 

I got a huge welcome back from my patients and my co-workers.  My patients prayed for my everyday that I was on vacation.  Thinking to myself they were praying that I come back early.  I have been told that I have the best reputation for getting them what they want fast.  So, that means that all 39 patients wait until 3:30pm to tell me their needs.  Daily challenge since most things close at 4pm or 5pm.  MDs are always on call.  No sweat there.

I did not have such a bad night.  Had to listen a lot about everything.  My ears are tired.  My skin is itching from the peeling sunburn.  Lotion is just not cutting it.  Have some good stuff I will smear all over just before bed.  Now I just jumped into a satin lil nighty that feels so good.

Major accident on the george washington bridge that made me stay for an extra hour waiting for relief.  I wanted to stay but sunburn is too uncomfortable.  Not to mention I am starting to itch where I must have gotten bit while camping but too burnt to feel until now.  I have to go look up another college for courses.  The one I wanted to go to is full.  Classes I can't get into they are full already for fall.  Need real college for labs for this elite nursing school I want to go to.  Then spend another few years in school for msbn in nursing.  That should double my salary.  I gotta do what I gotta do. Wish me happy school hunting!  Good Night!

After 5 good hours of sleep. I was off to the shower. Then

Then downtown for breakfast with a friend.  Had to get a key made for my fish sitter.  I really hope they don't get bit. Speaking of fish I am gonna give her some fish now to eat. brb....

Have you ever heard of your pet fish having pet fish?  Mine has pet fish.  Must be because she don't eat the ones in her tank for the past week.  She plays with them.  She insists that I feed her other fish.  How cool is she?  I gotta go.  Phone.
