Choices...
Current mood: accomplished
Category: Life
Life is about choices. Exhausted from a month of various experiences I finally carved out enough time to think AND set my alarm for early tomorrow morning. At that time I'll make some decisions. Some choices... and finally my decisions will be based on positive thinking NOT sarcasm, cynicism or greed. I am whole again. My thanks to the nameless who know who they are. Reboot. The game is reborn at 6 in the morning. No police at my door. I am proud of my accomplishments in the past, but they are a 2 on a scale of 10. As of 6 AM, my life goes to 11. Sweet dreams all. Stay tuned here for the awesome updates.

What do Jabba the Hut and Hef have in common?
Current mood: jedi
Watch the first twenty minutes of "Return of the Jedi" back to back with any episode of "The Girls Next Door" and you'll see. Jabba is the Hef of the Star Wars universe. His palace is the Playboy Mansion of Tatooine (which I am pretty sure is spelt wrong). Just my 2 cents. Thoughts?

It hasn't been blogging... so what the F have I been doing?
Post your answers below and the winner could get cash and prizes... well... prizes. It's been a LONG time since I've been active here but I am about to bring the fun again. That's the beauty of reinvention... Good times... I'll never whine at you guys about the bad shit. Let's all have an awesome summer.
PS - If you want to check out the current project go to redvelvetmovie.com. If you want to check out the future SUBSCRIBE to this blog.
I just finished reading it... Sully Erna's bio (Godsmack front man). HIGHLY recommend. Just a reminder you are never too deep in it. Life will always get better if you make it. Happiness is the goal. DO NOT accept any other option. Yes, I was actually reading at 1:13 AM in the AM.
SUCKS!!!!! I am finally getting better after a week plus of some flu-like symptoms. My message to all of you out there is take care of yourselves! This is the first time I have been this sick in many many years. It SUCKED BALLSSSSS... in a bad way. Looking forward to seeing you all soon once I am up and around in the world (which will hopefully be tomorrow). BTW - Trader Joe chewable Vitamin C has taken the place of vodka in my world, at least during daylight hours.
The birth of 3 Mac Studios... Ta-dah!
Current mood: ecstatic
So after a long and crazy summer (and fall... and part of winter) things have finally stabilized for me professionally. I have been invited by the financier of the last movie I worked on to work with an exciting new company called 3 Mac Studios. 3 Mac Studios will have it's home in Los Angeles but be producing exciting projects all around the world. Our main focus is feature films aimed at theatrical distribution so things could get crazy. We have a lot of cool stuff in our pipeline and (of course) I will be posting details here the second things become public. Meanwhile you can check out the web site for the last 3 Mac project I worked on at redvelvetmovie.com (a film we are currently shopping for distribution) and the trailer for the film right here:
Also feel free to say hi to and add Paul from my top friends (he is my Executive in Charge of Production). However, hang on to those scripts and pitches until we formalize a submission policy (watch for that blog soon). Thanks for reading and keep coming back for more fun and cool s**t.

When LA starts to feel like Vegas...
Current mood: accomplished
Tonight I pulled my first "all-nighter" in a long time. Today around 2 PM I (and by I, I mean our entire creative team) locked picture on a movie that I worked on over the summer. Since then I have been prepping elements which those of you who are in the "know" know that means pushing a button or two every three hours or so (which kinda gives me some new insight to "Lost", but more on that some other time). So... the bottom line is that I have rediscovered a natural hallucinatory state that we as human beings experience due to lack of sleep/exhaustion, etc. This is NOT an invitation for weird and fucked up cults to contact me it is just an observation. It's kinda cool. I have a 9 AM meeting and a VERY important 1 PM meeting. The next few days should be kinda interesting. Need sleep. Can't sleep. That Fergie video makes her look really hot, but I digress...
BTW... The movie I was working on is called "Red Velvet". It stars Henry Thomas (ET and a bunch of other awesome films) and Kelli Garner (the next Scarlet f'n Johansen). It's pretty f'n good. Stay tuned for more, etc...
Damn... I really want to post more often especially because I am really grateful for a lot of things in my life right now but the words just ain't flowing. Who has a cure for writer's block. Post it here and let's see if it works. Thanks :)

24 - Season Three Release date: 07 December, 2004
Apparently I am back in the movie business. It's kind of cool but I guess it means no summer vacation for me. I'm not complaining, just explaining that sometimes the plans we have for ourselves often go off track. Sometimes it's for the better. Like this time. Right now life is good despite what my eyelids tell me. I guess tonight I do believe in a higher power and his name's not Tom. Sorry Tom.
