Video Games or Gas?

So I have been reading articles on how the Video game industry is making bazillions of dollars as of late, More recently Nintendo and Nintendo Wii Accessories have been claiming record sales and revenue....Now, we have all been feeling the pinch of this 4$ gas price fiasco as of late People Bitching and Crying the friggin blues, People literally running out of gas on the freeway because they can't pay for gas.......How is it that we have no problem dropping 50 bucks on a game or controller, and at the same time have no problem bitching about how much gas is? sure we can drag the whole logistics of "an ink cartridge costs 35$ for 50 ml of fluid or how a  half liter of  aquafina is a 1.30$ ...and I won't even go into the daily starbucks junkies"......If its really that bad, and the prices for gas are Killing us, then why is there enough money to play games? Where are our priorities? Do we have them anymore? Don't get me wrong, 4$ a gallon of gas is absolutely absurd, I personally don't make much even with two incomes, and having to feed a car 49$ when I need to fill up is fucked up! And i am sure this is all really due to the current presidential administration, and the fact that there is no regulation of the petroleum industry which year after year is claiming billions and billions in PROFIT. They literally have us by the balls!  There is not a damn thing we can do about it.....1999 gas jumps to $1.50(ohh those were the days) we flip the hell out!! 2000-2003 it increases to over 2$ 2005-2008 all the way up to 3 & 4 $......in between the price would drop, say to 2.20 a gallon we rejoice, then they raise it to 2.99 Holy crap!!!! Now, what they do now is lower it down to 2.30 a gallon.....and again we think well shit its not 2.99 anymore thank god! Hooray!!!!  Then...once we get comfortable it skyrockets to 3.05!!  ahh damnit!!!  So what do they do now? They lower it again this time to $2.40, and we all love it again...Road trip time! Now here is the kicker......during that time its gone up steady 10+ cents per increase..decrease.... as if we were not going to notice....anyhow............... the point here is IF we have all this money to blow on an Xbox 360 or a Wii......is it really such a big fucking deal gas prices are 4$ are we as fuel hungry SUV driving Americans really "hurting at the pump" if our entertainment budget is still being fed when that 50-60 dollar game could be going into our gas tank?

 What do you think? Should we be bitching about this gas situation when we apparently have enough money to pay for luxuries?  I know this blog is kind of everywhere, but as I wrote it tons of other thoughts flooded in.... but I want your thoughts.... what do you think about luxuries vs. Fuel.....etc.......

Goodbye

** This was written a week or so ago, and I have been told by some that reading it may help others, therefore I am making it public, take from it what you will, I hope it helps those who read it, as much as it did me writing it.

                                             Goodbye

Goodbye, a powerful word. I did not realize how powerful it actually is. I think I just needed to say it. "Goodbye". I had already made my decision, and that was not going to change, however, Goodbye was never said. Closure is something everyone needs, but in some Circumstances, this is not an option, so one must do what must be done, I'm saying Goodbye. Not good riddance or cursing the past or the future, just the severing of a painful tie long overdue. Regrets? Yes. Lessons learned? Yes. I take what I will from the time shared and go on learning and growing as a person and not settling for less than I give. This I deserve. This particular chapter is now complete. The last word on the page is "Goodbye." This segment has been placed on the shelf with the rest of my story to be looked upon from time to time as reference to this past, and a reminder for the future

A brand new chapter is being written, with some familiar characters, some new faces, some surprises and a lot of promise. I look forward to this new journey, being able to look back and see the progression of my wonderful life with Sarah, my careers, my hopes and achieving my dreams.

1.I twiddle my fingers, i take fabric between my fingers and ...whell twiddle it...i dunno where i picked it up, but its "theraputic" kind of calms the nerves.....

2.I have 3-5 pillowcases on one pillow.......no particular reason, 2 of the cases are as old as i am.

3. I have 9 video game consoles, but barely play 2 of them

4. I can actualy eat Liver from time to time, I also enjoy canned sardines and anchoves on pizza, I have about 5 AWESOME ramen recipies.

5. I take extreamly long showers......i call it my "meditation"

6. I am deathly affrade of swimming in lakes with plant life in it, especialy lake perris, i also don't deal well with long stalks of sea weed tickling my feet or surrounding me......its just not right, i will seriously freek the fuck out.

7. I love Blood and gore, the goryer the better, UNLESS,its real, i hate the real stuff...my stomach can't deal with that stuff......i dunno....

8.I am an Aviation enthusiast. Not many people know this but I can give you dates speeds engines etc for most modern and WWII aircraft.....

9. I can guess the time within 10 min on most occasions.No clocks required

10. I cry like a friggin school girl every time I watch Forrest gump.

Cold Start?

So, as some of you may know, my car has been down for quite some time. Today was a huge step in the direction of getting her back on the road! Sarah's bro in law and a few of his friends helped me remove the transmission today, it took all damn day but its done none the less....did i mention it was way way freeking cold? omg  i have been chilled to the bone all dang day!..... can i please have a warm day next time?Next week we install the new(used) transmission. 

While all this goes on , sarah's car developed a massive squeelling problem the past 2 days, so we ended up replacing that today we initialy thought it was the alternator because too everyone it sounded as if it was comming from it, but after purhasing and returning 145$ +60$ core charge it was the belt tensioner so we replaced it with with an 80$ piece of shit wheel...still better than the alt,goddamn dealer parts!  all other places the part was 21$ but we needed it tonight! so...had to pay out the anus!...anyhow im feeling relieved that im one step closer to having my g- ride back on the road. and 2 cars for the household. thanks for all the help everyone! It definatly is appreciated more than i can express...

If I may......

It has come to my attention that some people in this world have nothing better to do than say negative things about other people behind there back in order to make there shallow existance better. Get the fuck over yourselves, this is not directed at any one person as the partys know who they are, and this is ment to serve as a lesson to anyone else who publicaly reads this. Let people live there own lives, butt the fuck out. If you have nothing nice to say, keep your fucking mouth shut. If it does not involve you, mind your own fucking business and if it does involve you, be adult enough to confront the person in a grown up mannor.

"Myspace fighting"  Dear GOD!, Are you serious? Keep your dirty laundry in the fucking hamper! If you can't fucking say theese things to the other persons face, don't be a fucking pussy and write a mean spirited blog on myspace about it. This is WAY BEYOND High School nonsense! Everyone involved in ths lame ass shit is an ADULT........Its really time to start acting the part don't you think?.....I sware to god. Im not excluded from this, but you know what? I know when to say when. I know when its just become soo damn petty and childish that it need not continue, now if someone like me who has used the word "FUCK" about 6 times so far in this blog can realize this, it cannot be THAT hard.

There is sooo much more to life than having all this anger and hate be a motivation for all this.Im no fan of christmas, but december certenly is not the time to be THIS pissed off.
