Return To Sleepaway Camp

Well, I was just told that Return to Sleepaway Camp will be out on DVD in October. Sounds pretty good, from a reliable source. I will post more info as I receive it. I will be moving soon, very exciting! In a few days we take a trip to the east coast and that's amazing. Can't wait to see all my family and friends. My two girls are incredible (if i do say so myself!) They are growing at a rapid pace and amaze me everyday. They are really cool and witty. Sometimes they say things that make my sides ache. Deron is terrific. The ball is rolling with CKY. That album will be out before you know it. I have a couple of films coming out, Dead and Gone (Lionsgate) and Christmas will be out soon from Sterling Entertainment. I'm getting ready for another flick in Sept. Just a side note: if people do bad things to you constantly-take a good look at yourslef! Don't always blame everyone around you! May Karma always be on your side!!!

May Stuff

Excited about my birthday! Interesting age....just don't feel it. Had a blast this month filming Christmas. Wow, what a truly evil character I play, Mary. She's the mom to three kids and kills her husband for cheating (along with the mistress). However I pin it on my 7 year old son. Smearing blood all over his face and calling the cops on him. What a wicked sicko she is. A blast to play. Awesome cast. Sam Hoffmire, Monique La Barr, Leah Grimsson, Eric Fisher, Jed Rowen, Anthony Campanella, Jay Moreno, Lynn, and so many others who were amazing. The director is fantastic, Novin Shakiba with a sensational crew. Hope to work with these guys again. Produced by Dave Sterling. Also about to start another sick film with Tiffany Shepis, Blood de Madam, so good things are happening. The family is terrific and summer is here! What else can we ask for?? Drop me a line and don't ask about RTSC...it's coming out when it's finished! hahaha

Just stuff

Let's see, Dark Chamber comes out this Tuesday, Feb. 26 by Shock o rama. It is such a good film. I am not saying it because I worked on it. I say it because Dave Campfield, the director, is such a talented M**herfu**er! The extras are great too. Also, his film Caesar and Otto in Summer Camp Massacre is hilarious. Check out the trailer at youtube...let me know what you think, please, because I laugh out loud when I watch this thing. Another cool trailer is Resist Evil Trilogy. Check out the myspace page with the lovely Tiffany Shepis and starring the incomparable Ed Neal. I have a lot of films coming up that I'm excited about. A little too early to chat about but I will blog as things roll along. What else? My kids are awesome. Bianca is already a kick ass artist and Lola walks and talks better than I do. RTSC is still a mystery....I'm going to get a 35mm print of SC and show it in LA. That's it folks...drop me a line!

HOT DOG CASSEROLE

HOPE EVERYBODY HAD AN AMAZING HOLIDAY! OURS WAS REALLY GREAT. SPENT IT WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND WE HAD A BLAST....ESPECIALLY THE KIDS! HERE'S TO A TERRIFIC 2008! BUT THE REAL REASON I WANTED TO BLOG WAS TO GIVE CHRIS RAAB SOME MAJOR KUDOS. HE WROTE AND DIRECTED AN AMAZINGLY COOL AND CREATIVE PIECE CALLED HOT DOG CASSEROLE WHICH IS NOW BEING SOLD AT WWW.HOTDOGCASSEROLE.COM. GO CHECK IT OUT BECAUSE HE IS GOING TO BE ONE OF THE GREATS IN THE FILM MARKET. HE'S JUST REALLY CLEVER AND TALENTED. I'M SO HAPPY I GOT TO BE A PART OF IT. ALSO, WORKING ON SOME MORE FILMS THIS YEAR AND CANNOT WAIT TO SEE DARK CHAMBER FEB. 26. I'LL KEEP EVERYONE POSTED. SO HERE'S TO A GREAT NEW YEAR! CHEERS!! Hope everyone has a happy and wonderful thanksgiving. It's a great day to reflect and gain perspective. I feel very lucky for so many things; great family, friends and health. New Films

Just finished a few cameos. Busy as hell. I shot a cameo for Jason Paul Collum, director of Something to Scream About. It's called Shy of Normal and Brinke Stevens stars, I love her! In the same day I shot Psycho Sleepover for Adam Doeye. Keep your fingers crossed because Mink Stole may be in this one. She's so awesome in all the John Waters films. Hope to work with Adam on Cannibal Soup as well where Waters may make an appearance. Deron would love it. Next week Deron and I will work for Dave Campfeld on a new flick. So it's a busy time. No news on RTSC. No news on my nomination so I guess I lost....oh well. Just watched Hot Dog Casserole and it's hilarious. I'm hanging with the babies and had fun on Halloween. I love being busy.

ROLLIN’ IN OCT

We just got to ny.  Had a long trip to pa.  A lot of fun visiting people but mostly had a blast shooting Raab's Hot Dog Casserole.  With all the bad flicks out there you must buy this dvd. This is a winner.  He has to be one of the funniest people I know.  It's his directorial debut and the skits plus the short film will be worth it!  I play the mom and I laughed my ass off.  Brandon Dicamillo plays my step son and he is too much.  I could not keep a straight face looking at that boy. Funny. Check out the myspace/hotdogcasserole. Getting ready to head back home to cali to shoot Resist Evil Trilogy.  Tiffany Shepis is in this one as well.  Great people filming.  I'll write all about it when we finish.  Oh, lastly, I received my first nomination for best actress in Dark Chamber.  Was once titled Under Surveillance.  I love this flick. Still waiting on rtsc.  My babies are great.  Deron is on the road with CKY.  All is terrific.  Ready for Halloween!

JULY!

THINGS ARE GREAT! THE FAMILY IS BACK IN CALI AND WE'RE ENJOYING THE BEACH AND SOME OUTDOOR FUN. LOOKS LIKE THE FILM DARK CHAMBER IS COMING OUT IN JAN. EXCELLENT FLICK WITH CRAZY EXTRAS. DEAD AND GONE JUST HAD A SCREENING AND WILL HOPEFULLY FIND DISTRIBUTION VERY SOON. I HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH SCREAM QUEEN MELISSA BECELAR ON A NEW PILOT SHE'S PRODUCING CALLED THE SCREAM, ALA TALK SOUP FOR HORROR. IT WAS HILARIOUS. SOMEHOW WE TALKED A LOT ABOUT MY PENIS FROM SLEEPAWAY CAMP, GO FIGURE! ANYHOW, HOPE EVERYONE IS HEALTHY AND HAPPY AND I'LL CONTINUE TO TRY AND FIND OUT THE STATUS OF RETURN TO SC!

THE OCEAN

ya know, I can sit here and fight a good fight and start name calling and bashing....BUT, it really isn't worth it to me.  I have an amazing family, friends and great roles coming up!  If Dante wants to post all  terrible things about me, that's his perogitive.  Granted, my husband and I are disappointed in his handling of the situation: he cast me five years ago in the role of Maria (he wrote the part for me), he cried for two years that he can't find anyone to fund his film, Deron gave him the producers number and then two months ago he called to tell me that he has hit a brick wall and they want a big name in the part of Maria.  OK.  I'm feeling like if I didn't give him that number I'd still be in this film.  But, the producer emailed me, after my husband satrted going nuts, saying he never knew of Dante's commitment to me.....So, what's the real story??? Well, I don't know but I'd rather not be affiliated with this project or the ugly behavior and whoever wants to be shady, with no  integrity, will have to deal with Karma...THE END!

IN NYC

great to be in nyc.  visiting friends and family.  did the fango show and as usual it was a blast.  great meeting everyone. also, thank you to everybody who sent birthday greetings, that was awesome!! made my day.  on a sucky note, i'm getting really conflicting messages about rtsc.  apparently it is done but needs some cgi work.  i heard it's fine without it but robert (director) wants more. sooooo, that makes for more of a delay....i think it should be seen as is.  enough already, release the damn movie before we're dead.  whatd'ya think??
