FINALLY A NEW RECORD!!

so its been quite a while since releasing the self titled album on Fueled By Ramen in 2001 and FINALLY i’m getting ready to record a new one.



Not a whole lot of details right now but i can tell you it will be recorded in April/May time frame and will be released on PAPER and PLASTICK the new label/multi media creation of FBR Founder & Less Than Jake drummer Vinnie Fiorello.



No title yet but the plan is to record close to 20 songs to be used for a full length and possibly an EP to be released later in the year (if i get my way that is).



In addition to recording the record, I’m planning on documenting the "making of" process with the help of Chris Moran over at www. punknews. org and will try to post updates on the space as often as possible.



The only other news that i can really send out is that  my buddy Richard aka HORSEBITES is doing the artwork.

NEW MUSIC and MORE!!

ok so ive been slack w/ the holidays and all but 2 new songs recorded live in nashville on 12/09/06 have been posted to the page. i should have some video up soon and have been thinking about posting the ann beretta video for "Angry All the Time" from our 3 Chord Revolution record so look for that soon also.

ALSO- i forgot to post the 2nd winner of the friends list contest. So- congrats to Jessica for being our 400th friend and to Derek who was responsible for her adding us as her friend. Both received tons of extra stuff in their prize package including a new live recording, multiple LP test pressings and extra shirts etc.

we're nearing the 500 mark so everyone please spread the word. to all of our new friends check out the blog for the contest rules and start spreading the word as well.

THANKS also goes out to everyone who has come out to the last few shows in Nashville, West Chester and Newark.

we'll be recording some new songs this month and will be playing a show in richmond on feb 7th. more info to come soon...

LAST NIGHTS RICHMOND SHOW

Thanks to everyone who came out to the Empire last night in richmond. We all had a great time and hope you did as well. It was a long, smokey, crowded night but we wouldnt have changed a thing.

Highlights for me was finally having the chance to have Caitlin Barry join us playing violin on the song Tonight Little Girl. The set was recorded and we'll be posting a few songs on the page soon.

THANKS ATLANTA & CARBORRO

Just wanted to send out a shout to everyone who came out to the last 2 shows in Atlanta and Carborro. It was great seeing you guys and chuck and i had a great time both nights.

Special thanks to everyone who drove in from out of town to see the shows. To all the Chatanooga guys in Atlanta- You guys rule!

Man was Atlanta cold. Nothing harder than playing a show when youre freezing to death.

The Carborro show was by far the best of the week (excluding tonights richmond show of course). Everyone at the club was great and the crowd was amazing.

Tonights Richmond show is going to be insane. If youre coming out, get there early. The club only holds 100 people...

Thanks to everyone who came out to the social in orlando last night. It was great seeing old friends and making a few new ones. Orlando has always been great and man do i love the social. Sorry for forgetting some of the words to a few songs but hay it happens- for some reason it happens to me a lot. Thats what i get for trying to play songs i havent even thought about in years...

Nathan Gray of Boy Sets Fire just added to Nov 1st Richmond Show

Our good friend Nathan Gray of Boy Sets Fire has been added to the Richmond Show at Empire on Sat Nov 1st w/ myself, Chuck Ragan (Hot Water Music) and Tim Barry (Avail) all playing solo acoustic sets. I'll be playing with Nathan as he says he's not much of a guitar player but his new songs are KILLER. This show is going to be amazing. The club is small so get theire early. Sorry but it is 21 and up only and will cost $6 at the door.

NEW SONGS JUST ADDED!

We'll be adding new music weekly and have just posted 2 now songs; Mona Lisa and When April Smiles. Each week we'll add at least 2 if not 4 new songs, live recordings and even unreleased and/or live Ann Beretta songs. Right now we have about 2 albums worth of songs written and demoed and I'm still writing like mad so there shouldnt be a lack of songs to throw at you. You'll have a free double album in no time and then probably a live album and then probably an unreleased and/or live Ann Beretta album!- so keep coming back and please put the word out to your friends and have them stop by.
