all new eli stone!
ALRIGHT, You got me KUT stories of love month. Your story about the man in Beaufort who fell in love when his neighbor stepped on a nail and fell into his arms made me cry while driving down 35 this afternoon. You happy now. You got your way. Now stop with the stories and play Tom Waits Blind Love already.
turned on the tv and Boston Legal was on- William Shatner, James Spader, make up face Candice Bergen, John Larroquette, and the guy from Quatnum Leap. Jesus Christ.

at least we have the 22nd amendment
I remember the night of 2004 election, I had been in austin a few weeks. I remember watching the tv with Elizabeth and her friend and having hope and then not having hope. I remember making bloody mary's but we threw them out because they tasted funny because of the ice (it was right when austin drinking water had all that mold or fungus or whatever). When all hope was lost we decided to get a drink. Matt and Elizabeth, my roommates and the first people I really met in austin, set out for Longbranch, which was only kinda of taken over by hipsters at the time. There was about ten people there. I had some rum and cokes and we talked to some guy in a band that had just moved to town from San Francisco, I still see him around town, I think he works at Emos. I remember being a little drunk.
I remember thinking "how much damage can he do in four years"
a lot more than i had thought is the answer
