the pleasuretrain is ready to go

hello!
hope you enjoyed the long dubby bluesy track "pleasuretrain" on my new album - i did the track with my matador/malaria friend manon p. duursma. dirk markham added a nice guitar.
the news is: now i did a new short single mix for a new earsugar 7inch with a version on the b-side. it comes in white vinyl should be in selected shops any time! or at monika mailorder.

its distributed in germany/europe, japan and the usa and australia as well.
you can get it through your fav indie record shop or try the usual mailorder like amazon or ask direkt at our monika shop
digital distribution is kompakt-mp3.net, itunes, finetunes, bleeb, beatport etc.

and today the remix 12inch "in pieces" with fantastic mixes from burger/voigt, pole and dntel arrived here in berlin.

move me video!

tonight i uploaded the new video for "move me" on youtube.

its done by zarah and paula- two berlin teenagers who have fun filming all day.
and since fun is a very good reason i asked them if they would like to do a clip for move me.

the videomaterial was wonderfully edited by ute schall - she is a filmmaker and part of poleposition and she does videowork for rene pollesch at the prater and the volksbühne berlin.

.....Highlights of the sonambiente berlin 2006 opening weekend, June 1st and ending on 15th of July,
include a site-specific sound and light installation at the Potsdamer Platz
metro station by the Austrian artists group [dyna:mo] and the performance
by the freq_out orchestra with the Swedish artist Carl Michael von
Hausswolff. Plus, the sonambiente_exhibition, which stands at the centre of
the six-week festival, opens its doors to works by some 75 internationally
known artists such as Candice Breitz, Janet Cardiff/Georg Bures Miller,
Terry Fox, Christina Kubisch, Bernhard Leitner, Aernout Mik, Helen Mirra,
Carsten Nicolai, Finnbogi Pétursson and Pipilotti Rist with Gudrun Gut.
