First...I owe a huge THANK YOU to all of my exes for not being total psychos like my bf's.  Well, I can't really say that...because most of the ones I've heard stories about are actually amazing, beautiful, powerful women...but aside from that I'm not going to point any fingers.

I've finally realized that, though I've technically been an "adult" for about three years now...I haven't been acting very adult at all.  I've put to rest any inkling that there may be a god, as it's such a waste of time, energy and money to focus on BS that will never be proven to exist in any way, shape, or form by man.  Jesus was a schizophrenic attention-whore and we all fell for it.  The GOP is worse for abusing the power of the church to reach the most gullible demographic in the country...only to turn on them in the end by pushing them to spend more and more money they don't have through companies like Chase-Morgan.  Please...sign your soul over to satan.  That plasma tv is totally worth it.  .....Well....ours was, anyway.  :D

Hoy!

I am in love.

I am running again, and it's really starting to show.  It's been a while since I've been comfortable in a mini skirt sans panties, but I think I'm ready to skank up again.  I kid, I kid, but seriously.  I have been feeling so amazing...

I love running into old friends...but I hate running into OLD friends.  Some of you I have been severely neglecting lately *coughcough* Greg/Geoff/Heather...let's hang out and stir up some trouble.

I am back into dance, and it's been WAY too long.  I'm even considering minoring in it so I can teach phys. ed. dance in my off time as an art instructor.  Mmm...life is incredible when you live for today.

Let's go get a burrito.  Yes, you.

Okay...so...Freemasonry...and how I worship.

A long ass time ago there was a dude named Hiram Abiff....I'm talking...way before Christ.

He was building a temple for King Solomon...if that helps you put together a "biblical timeline."

Hiram Abiff was Master Architect in the project........ie...the big guy....the man.  Some lower level guys wanted a promotion and some more money so they decided to attack/threaten Hiram Abiff to give them the secrets of the Master Architect so that they, too, could have the prestige that he did.  He told the men that they were not yet ready for that information.....blahblah.....so they killed him.  With masonic tools.  Yeah...pretty grody.  But also very interesting.

Today's Freemasons are more of a social club than a union of workers.  They uphold spiritual, moral, and metaphysical ideals......ie study of reality, nature, and man's place in the universe in regard to God and other men, etc.  Freemasonry is non-denominational, but members are required to believe in some kind of a supreme being.  All of the members are allowed to place their respective holy books on the same altar at once during prayer.  They are very respectful and very tolerant of other cultures...and are open to all races and ethnicities for membership.

This is actually a photo of a Prince Hall Grand Lodge Installation......but I like the way they dress more than the regular California masons.  Mmm gloves...they're classy dudes. : D

My youth group, Job's Daughters, is more of a Christian based organization.  Obviously..ner...Book of Job....  Okay...  We wear white robes during our meetings and ceremonies, but are not in any way associated with the kkk...so don't ask.

That's right...me with longish hair....and my dad making some crazy face.  I'm sure he's secretly laughing at my hair....and that he really does prefer the black mullet over the long, natural look.  I'm sure.

We use a lot of Christian prayers in our rituals/initiations/meetings/ceremonies....and sing a lot of hymnals...a lot.  This is also where I was taught to sing.  If anyone was wondering...of the two of you out there who have actually heard me sing.  Shhh...it's a secret.

If anyone has questions about how I worship or about the masons in general....ask away...I know more than I should about them.  And will probably be killed soon for admitting that publicly.  Just kidding.  :o
