New photography blog, Shooting the Kids

I know I haven't been the quickest about getting back to everyone with emails and phone calls and what not. So check out my blog, Girl's Life, to catch up on the latest with me and the fam. I'll be back to my normal life and communications someday...maybe. After I get through my stack of eleventy six books about parenting, infants and baby butt paste. (There's really such a thing. Promise.)

Sophia

The most beautiful baby in the world has just been born. Serioulsy, I'm not being biased at all. ;)

Her name is Sophia Adeline and she weighed in at a whopping 9 lbs. 5 oz. and was 23 inches long!! She was born on September 7 in Pasadena.

Labor was surprisingly fine - epidurals are freakin' rad.

Anyway, we're home now and getting used to life as a new family. Not sleeping has never been so much fun!!

So I can't get over the fact that for some time my 3 favorite words (in no particular order) have been gubernatorial, percolator, and magma. Seriously, can you think of better sounding words than those? I know. It's hard. But feel free to try.
