Hello well a I wrote this for a friend of mine. I was thinking about Heroes and everything and him being one. I just started writing and this is what came out. He liked it and said i should right in a book. Well since i don't want to ruine one of my good books i figured i would just blog it lol. I hope you enjoy if not oh well.

What is a Hero? Is he someone skilled and trained for battle? Does he have more strength or power than the normal person? Is he born with a talent to do what others can not? Does he have courage in the face of danger? Is what makes him a hero the fact that he will fight, when others do not? What do you think a hero is? Are those things what make you a hero or is that some heroes do and have those things.Take a moment now and search your heart, mind, and spirit. Do people call you a hero? What are they looking at in you when they say that? Is it something they say just to be nice or is there a deeper meaning in that? Do you see what they see in you? I have been thinking on this subject today. As i sit here thinking on what makes a hero, you might wonder what i think makes a hero. Well i think of a hero as someone who is willing to endure hardship so others can have peace. A person who is willing to fight and if need be die so others can live. Who will stand up and speak out against evil and for what is right, even though they will be mocked, rediculed and scorned. Someone who will watch what they do and say so that others won't be damaged or lead into any kind of harm or hurt. You may think these attributes are silly and unimportant. You may fell that like me these are noble and what make a hero, but feel that no person can do all of these things. If you are thinking this my friend then you are wrong. I know that you can be this hero i speak of I see it in you. WHy am i so sure because there was a Hero who came and did all of those things. He came and died for us so that we might live a better life. He told us the truth even though it got him beaten and bruised for our sake. He was careful not to walk wrongly so that you would have someone to follow. He also left a legacy for you he said you would do greater works than him. IF you would believe on and follow him and his words. Who is this man by now I am sure you have probably already guessed he is Jesus Christ. But he isn't the last hero. So are you a hero, can you see yourself as one. I see it in you, others can see it too. Don't get discouraged lean on the Great Hero and he will make you strong and lead you into being a great hero too. I believe that is what you are, that is your destiny don't be afraid what he has called you to, he will equip you for this purpose he has called you to. Just who am i you might be thinking well i am the daughter of the most high GOD. I daughter willing to walk in the footsteps of her older brother even though she trips and falls. I will get up and I will succeed because that is my destiny. Now are you willing to walk in yours?

It's not all about me

Do you ever relize that when God reveals something to you, you will start seeing it everywhere. Well God recently revealed to me just how selfish i am. Well maybe not just how selfish because God will open my eyes again and bam i will see all new things and need to go up a whole new level. But anyway my whole world revolves around me. What people think of me. How people treat me. How people make me feel. WHat I can do. What I can't do. What I want to do. WHat I want for my family and friends. How I think things should be. Don't get me wrong i have grown a lot in God but still I had me way to much into everything. Even when i did something wrong with someone it was what I did to them and how bad i felt. It was all about me not them. As i am working on putting God and then others before me. IT is not about me or what i do or not do, want or don't want, or feel or don't feel. It is all about what God wants. What he wants for you not me. I do what God says because I love him and he is worth everything i have to give him. Don;t get me wrong i truelly believe God wants my best interest and he showers me with blessing, love, honor and favor. He doesn't take everything he gives everything. I was once told that you can't out give God and I believe it. When you put God and then others first God works everything out for you.

I was talking to a friend of mine recently and he has a girl and she is kind of messed up. If she would just change some things he says it would work out. So he is all upset because she won't do as he wants. How many times have i felt the same way about people. If my friend would straiten up they wouldn't need me to give them money and run favors for them or feel bad and hurt because they are going through a bad situation. So i don't want them to be better for there sake but for mine. Not for there best interest but for me so i won't be put out. Of course no one likes to be taken advantage of but if i would just listen to God and do what he says I wouldn't have any problem with that. He would tell me to do it or not. It would be about him and not me. Whatever i wanted just doesn;t matter and truelly i don't want it to. YOu know people think it is wierd to let go and let God be the ruler of there lives but if you do you won't have as many problems and the ones you do have God would be responsible to fix. THe reality is we are human we make mistakes but we can repent and go on. I am walking down this road of it;'s not about me. You know i am happier and life is getting better everyday. When you go God's way so many good things happen. Even if it's hard sometimes and stings a little I am in this. No one said giving up your way was super easy but man is it ever worth it.

A Look

While at preservice prayer a few weeks ago. My prayer leader read from a book about looks. Mainly the subject was about how a woman is not to give a special kind of look to a man that is not her husband. Then there was the added clip on a man is not suppose to recieve a look from a woman. I have been thinking on this a lot in the last week or so. You see I come from a line of flirts i grew up thinking there was nothing really wrong with it. But in truth it is quite damaging. You see i had in the past given lots of these intimate looks to people without thinking anything of it. I didn't really like them all that much. So i have been thinking that no wonder everyone is so confused about stuff. Every show you watch it starts with a look. You as the viewer says how can she or he not see how the other one feels. But in reality people pass looks all the time. For attention to see if someone is interested, to boost self esteem (which is only a temperary fix),and to get people to do what they want just to name few. All of these are very selfish motives. So i must say if you are reading this blog and i have passed a look to you when i was younger i am sorry. It was wrong of me and i make a public apology. You should not be looking at someone intimately unless you intend to commit to that look. ANyway here are two writing about looks . They may be cheesy but enjoy them if you like.

You give a look in a store

Then a man thinks your what he's looking for

A passing look across a room

Can tell a husband let's get home soon

With all those looks your passing out

A friend could fall in love with you

Then what ever will you do

There is a look you can't deny

So don't even try and lie

Can you tell anymore when you've passed a look

or you'll get someone longing for more than that

Because it was s very intimate

You think it's harmless what you do

But being heartsicks worse than any flue

I passed that look a time or two

But no more with that, I'm through

I'll not be a flirt

No more will i cause hurt

Harmless fun you think

Till someones life you cause to sink

They don't know you never ment it

They only think that your there perfect fit

Gaurd those eyes of yours
THere just to wonderful to let loose

Don't go looking just for fun

Wait untill you find the one

 A LOOK A LOOK

Do you know you looked at me

When you looked did you see

The switch you fliped inside of me

When you looked everything else faded away

You where all my eyes could hold

My breath held, my heart skipped a beat, my body shivered

You where all i saw, you where all i felt

My question is did you feel it two

Have you always felt it or is it new for you?

I pray to God if it's not real let me forget.

Then pray again Oh God

Still my beating heart

let me not think of that look so intimate

Was it my imagination?

Am I just looking for the spouse i long for in that look?

Was it real or just a fantasy

It's been a week since you looked

Eating and sleeping just aren't the same

I think my life might just be changed

The only thing that settles me is my God

And oh how i long for more of him.

I long for him to settle my heart

To protect me from myself

To keep from making a mistake

In giving you my heart to take

Just from a silly little look

I never should have took

Don't let someone looking at you stir up things you know they shouldn't. If you are committed to someone just don't look at others in that special way. Don't recieve those looks either. It causes a lot of damage you know most every intimate relationship starts with two things a look and a thought. But hey if you want to look at people you don't really care about and crush them and make them go through an emotional roller coster. I can't stop you but hurting people is not fun or funny in my opinion. Just what i have been thinking about.
