It is rather complex. In the year 2000, I began to become disillusioned with the so called "New Age Movement"
I couldn't really find any support for my vision, and some bad mojo went down in between me, my original co-creative partner and a woman named Katie Teague (who has gone by Anna Hayes & Ashayana Deane). She is the author of the 'Voyagers Series' and Teachings of Keylonta (Keylontic Morphogenetic Science).
So then I decided that it was part of my "Mission" to somehow directly confront the powers that be. I had some old information about the Bilderberg Committee's US contant point.
I was going to call this phone number, but then I was reviewing information on the This was in December of 2000.
I was in the comments section of the www.bilderberg.org site, I found a comment from a guy calling himself Amadeus Rockefeller. The quote from him went like this:
"Hah, don't be afraid of us. I am heir to the fortune, and I want revenge. Damn you David & family for abandoning dad and me (in New Guinea). Get me into the UN and I will blow the lid on the whole thing. Am I gonna get some payback or what ?!?"
So I figured that perhaps I could "Reverse Infiltrate the Illuminati" by communicating with him.
I was never really ever able to figure out who Amadeus truly is, and what his relation to Michael Clark Rockefeller may or may not be ...
To tell you the honest to god truth, I was also seeking finances for the 'Solarworld Chronicles' and another component of my vision -
the creation of a "Foundation for Omni-Dimensional Science & Spirituality" perhaps based on an understanding of the "Science of ABC: Astro-Biological Co-Energetics" (and Keylonta?!), as I had originally located Leon Maurer back in 1998.
So what I did was write an email to Amadeus on December 23, 2000; here it is reproduced in it's entirety; including time/date stamped header.

Hello, allow me to briefly introduce myself. My name is Daniel Xxxx, I am 24 years old and I live Arizona. This morning I have been brought to your fan-club website & that of Rockefeller Global Communications Pty. Ltd. For some reason I have just followed this impulse to communicate with you, if a mutual exchange could be achieved that would be even more agreeable.
It is a long story, but I feel that I am supposed to somehow work in tandem with you in the future; I am slightly precognitive. I am not sure whether or not this e-mail will be delivered to the intended recipient buit I hope that it is.
I have a very strong intuitive feeling of knowing that there is some connection in between us, maybe it is solely similarities / parralels in between each of our visions & aspiration {either way I sense it strongly}. The only difference is, you have a major family line connection that I do not.
I feel that everything happens for a reason. I know that with your multiple corporations you are more than likely a very busy man. As your time permits I would like to potentially discuss various perspectives with you.
I have not known who to reach out to, but I feel that potentially you are someone who may have the necessary insights, resources and might even understand. I had even considered trying to contact the Bilderberg Committee Contact point in the United States.
I have some serious concerns about our potential future world and the sustainability of the level of civilization we have developed. I feel that the mass media, especially web based multi-media presentations and motion picture in the 21st Century can become major forces towards initiating positive change and leaving memorable impressions within individuals minds, hearts and imaginations.
I have alot of perspectives that I need to discuss with you, and definitely feel that a mutually beneficial acquaintance can occur. I hope that this brief note finds you in bright spirits; I am very pleased to have located you. There is a much greater reality & worldview looming on the horizon.
There are only two main potential timelines and only one future world that will unfold. You must understand that you have a very significant role that will cut across many of the boundaries that have been in place by those who have walked in similar shoes before you.

P.S. There has got to be a big market for the stories that need to be portrayed, and can truly begin to be told today. The mass media, major motion picture in the 21st Century is a very significant / elemental component to the necessary unfoldment & strategy.
I sincerly hope that the Tri-Lat, CFR, Bilderberg Committee, WTO, FEMA, etc.. chose to adopt a stance where Intelligent Planetary Management, Responsible World Development & Inspired Guidance to the Inhabitants through the mass media communications becomes the Mainstay - not weapons of mass destruction & electromagnetic frequency control weapons.
Look what we did with our understanding of the Atom, the mass media can create movement towards altering the potential future through what is portrayed.

While I was waiting to hear back from Amadeus, I decided I was going to scout him out. Using email addresses I had for him, I found two different ICQ profiles for him.
In one of the profiles he had listed a little bit of information about the rockefeller family & also displayed his date of birth.
Amadeus Rockefeller, Date of Birth: December 23, 1970
By a co-incidence, that at the time seemed so far beyond synchronicity to "appear as if by design" the day I located him was also the day he was born. Even today, it just seems highly uncanny.
Unfortunately, I did not save the reply response from him; and I kick myself in the butt for not saving it and shake my head.
But after our brief initial exchange, Amadeus was pretty quiet; I couldn't get him to open up.
So what I did was write him an email entitled:
December 23, 2000 (which I did not save)
This gained an immediate response, with him demanding to know who I learned the information about his date of birth. I sent him the ICQ profile screenshots, and we both agreed that locating him on his birthday was pretty synchronistic.
Some details about the Rockefeller Family, and Amadeus Motivation
I will not divulge where he was when I located him, that is up to you who are sleuths to suss out. Let's just say it is fairly damning intel. I pressured him about forming some sort of working partnership in between us.
After that, we were pretty much in constant communication, it did take some time to gain his trust; and for a while he was making me do Bible Analysis, lol.
Whoever this guy is, he is highly versed in the bible; like he could quote scriptures forwards and backwards.
I also learned that he fashions himself on one level as a 'Screen Writer' and I still to this day have two scripts he wrote.
After a time our communication turned to things like the New World Order and Global Governance, here is reproduced a communication from him .. early on, he was calling it the 'United Species Autocracy" .. lol.
After that I have made available the so-called Policies for a proposal he drafted for a Global Nation Government.
Everything seems good and on the up and up upon initially reading the policies; then go ahead and read the constitution - that's where it begins to sound mighty fishy.
In late 2002, supposedly the constitution was "confiscated by higher ups" and the following website was established:

Well this sounds like a form of Dictatorship to me. I will have to do some deep thinking about this, because initially my feeling is that this is not the pathway which will allow humanity to manifest a timeline that will overcome all of the obstacles we are facing as a species. This sounds like a fanciful upstepped version of what David R & Bilderberg Associates are working towards establishing.
To me, one of my biggest concerns is our continued mis-use of the planets bio-sphere / living systems. This in itself is something that needs to not only be shifted and stopped, but it needs to be reversed [like massive re-forestation must be initiated]. The oil industry was great for your family and it has fueled the industrialization process up until this point, but then it is also destroying the planet and destroying us - ie, depleting the oxygen in our atmosphere .. which all life is depeandant on ..
I unsubscribed from that mailing list I was on, I figure I better not say anything - or even be tempted to say anything until I really know what I am getting involved in here and until we are both on the same page. Then after that I probably shouldn't even say anything either.
Isn't the only reason for an emperor is to serve as a 'Figure-Head' .. the council determines most everything - right ? If you think about this, think about the 'Emperor' from the Star Wars Movies .. then think about the Jedi Council .. these were two components of essentially opposing polarities.
So I am going to go down this and counter some of your points. You have to remember that my role in relation to you is as the 'Shadow-Light Placeholder' .. the way this works is that I am here to help you in your own process of coming into the light [not going to be easy, but I am up for the challenge] .. we have both experienced the shadows .. but I think that I may hold a little bit more light within my soul matrix energetic configuration - but you have got the family name & $$. I can be brought into the shadows, but this is not the ideal direction for either of us or the greater dynamic as it unfolds. Plus I have a certain naivete, so this is good as a reflection of how your normal everday average individual might view what you want to establish. In the shadow-light dynamic, there will probably be times when we switch off & I also have may have to be slightly antagonistic at times - have to shake you from that shadow stance with nudgings towards the light

¤ Ok, 'The United Species Autarchy', this is the name and form of the structure that you want to see set up. Now Sovereign has two different meanings, when used as a Noun and an Adjective - as shown below. The thing with 'Absolute Power', well you know how they say 'Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely'. I have concerns, I feel the type of 'Sovereignity' that needs to be established is closer to the 'Adjective' description.

There has to be a balance in between the individuals perception of their need to be autonomous & sovereign - ie .. self governing .. and a Global / United Species Autarchy to excercise 'Authority'
then there is the inter-dependance in between individuals / races / nations, etc
[in other words, a common ground met in between 'The Powers That Be' & 'The Inhabitants']
There are slight differences in between these inter-related modes of operating / attributes of governing body

The Constitution of the Federation for a Global Nation has been completed. For the time being, I have been appointed to the role of the Arizona Representative for Global Nation North America.
(My Note: I was made "Arizona Representative" before I even read the 'Constitution". Since I had been in communication with him the whole time.)
After I read it, there was no way I could be involved with this any further. I disassociated my self and went offline, but before that.
I got threatened with civil action to the fullest extent of the law - after I threatened to become his most vocal opponent.

THE FEDERATION OF GLOBAL NATION: WHY DO WE NEED IT?
Accountability: It will make Regional Governments, that is, the government of your own country, more accountable for their administration over the people. Regional Governments that become prone to corruption and mismanagement will be dissolved and replaced with fresh new Governments that work for the people.
Universal Security and Defence Forces: The Federation will absorb all defence and security forces from all the Regional Governments and bind them into one Imperial Force. The Federation maintains the complex issues of operations and procedures involved in running these forces. This frees Regional Governments from the burdens of defence and security and allows them to concentrate entirely on the domestic polices. Enabling them to serve you better.
Unified civil and criminal law: Under universal law, no matter where you go to in the world you will know what's legal and what isn't. These laws will be just and fair. The federation places high values and care not just on a select few but on every human being. No body will be better than anyone else. The federation constitution demands equality for all people of all races, colour or creed.
No Death penalty: There will be no death penalty in the federation. People who commit murder and other crimes against humanity will be exiled to offshore penal colonies for the rest of their lives. While Security forces will patrol these penal islands, all other costs associated with the maintenance and upkeep of prisons and their inmates will no longer effect the taxpayer. The penal islands will have basic infrastructure to support inmate farms. These prisoners of life will have to fend for themselves.
Universal Taxation: Under the federation there will be a standard across board taxation system. Anyone earning under $30,000 per year would pay a 5-10% income tax. Above that a flat tax of 20% would apply. Corporations would pay 30%. There would be a ceiling on corporate income. A Corporation that tripled its profits would have to pay 30% plus 5% for every multiple over.
Global health services and Medicare System: A Federation Medicare System shall be installed to provide comprehensive health care to all citizens. Treatment shall be based on medical priority regardless of patients' income and shall be financed out of a global Medicare taxation levy. Prescriptions shall be subsidised to people on low incomes, children, expectant mothers, pensioners and other groups. Under the Federation you will be treated with the same high standards of health care when holidaying in Africa as you would when in Australia or England. If you get sick while in another country you will simply be able to check into a local doctor or hospital and be treated with the same care and cover as if you were at home. Over the first decade under the Federation the infrastructure of countries with poor or low hospital conditions will be a priority and rebuilt by the Federation to the high standards elsewhere in the world. No one will miss out.
Standardized education and Higher Education: Your degree in one country will be the same as in another. You can work anywhere in the world in your field without having to requalify.
A Global Currency: Currently " An unregulated global economy dominated by corporations that recognize money as their only value is inherently unstable ... and is impoverishing humanity in real terms" - Dr. David C.Korten. A Federation controlled one world currency would eliminate currency speculation and the massive problems associated with countries taking advantage of others countries with weaker exchange rates. You would not lose a cent in exchange when travelling , the inconveniences and frustrations of forking out thousands of dollars to buy a couple of dollars in another country would vanish. One dollar here would be the same as a dollar over there.
Oil and fossil fuels: One of the greatest problems associated with poverty and war in this world is the manipulation of the oil fields and other natural resources. At present greedy individuals, and companies control these vital resources. While it is fair that countries and companies should profit from the efforts of speculation, exploration, extraction and refinery of these vital fuels - it is not viable at the expense of human suffering that they should control, store and distribute such resources as they set fit. Under the federation all post extracted resources will become the property of the people and be distributed evenly by the Federation. High oil prices will cease to exist. Oil and other fuels will be subject to low holding and distribution levies. With the Federation controlling these important elements, the preservation of our natural resources will be able to be properly monitored and maintained.
Freedom of Movement: The citizens in the federation will become one people and one nation allowing them to travel or migrate to any other country in the Federation without hindrance or persecution. If you wanted to move from Hong Kong and live and work in New Zealand to be with relatives or friends you would be able to do so. People on low income, of less than 20,000 per year, would be able to apply for Federation Migration Transport status once per year. On approval, which is subject to a Regional population support level, individuals will be granted free federation transport whether via land, sea or air to any destination in the Federation.
Environmental Controls and Alternative Energies: The Federation will install universal environment controls. The Constitution demands the preservation and stabilization of mother earth. To aid in this, the federation will engage in scientific increase and creation of alternative fuels and power systems. Coal and Nuclear power plants will become dinosaurs of the past, the internal combustion engine will be an ancient thing of the past. All advanced technologies that were previously hindered by the power of oil monopolies will be allowed to come into operation.
Natural Disasters: The death and mayhem associated with the natural disasters that happen it our world today will be reduced considerably. A global Emergency Service will immediately respond to victims of natural disasters by rescuing people from the effected area, repairing the damage and re-settling them back into the area if they choose so. The Federation Emergency Services will monitor possible danger areas and alert citizens and help evacuate before the events take full toll.

The Flag of the Federation of Global Nation
Flag Protocol rules :
* The flag does not dip in salute.
* The flag should never be allowed to touch the ground - if it does it should be replaced with a new flag, and the soiled flag properly disposed of, for example by giving it to a Federation officer who will dispose of it with honor.
* The Flag can be flown horizontally by flag pole or dropped as vertical banner at ceremonies and official functions.
* When displayed with national flags (including that of the host country) the GN flag takes the highest position of honor.
* The flag is not saluted with a head salute - but a right hand fisted salute to the heart. The salute is done at military 'attention' position. With eyes looking directly at the center star.
Flag Symbolism:
1) The Sovereignty Star: The center gold star represents the Godhead and the sovereignty of the Federation.
2) The 10 star cluster: The ten white stars are the 10 regional nations of the Federation.
3) The heavenly sphere: The upper blue area represents the reaches of the heavens and space.
4) The earthly sphere: The lower red area represents the blood of mankind who live on the earth.
5) The Proclamation: The two golden trumpets on the left and right side of the sovereignty star declare the sovereignty of the Federation to the earth below and the heavens above. The Proclamation also represents the Godhead emitting a radiation of benevolence to all civilizations orbiting the Word of God.

The Great Seal of The Federation of Global Nation
Description: The great seal is designed for use by the Federations Supreme State Sovereign in passing all Bills ratified by the High Council and the Regional Senate. The Seal is also used on GN currency, on the uniforms of Federation Forces and displayed at Official occasions and gatherings.
Symbolism:
(1) Figure of man - representing humanity in its primal and pure form.
(2) The ten pointed star - representing GN's ten regional divisions of Earth which are divided up as follows: Australia, New Zealand, North America, Latin America, Western Europe, Japan, Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and South East Asia.
(3) The Tetragrammaton - this inscription on the star is the sacred and divine name of God written in the original world language.

This is a dream that I had in about July or August of 2003, it was posted on Rumor Mill News: Sunday, October 19, 2003. It was also included in the letter that was sent to Lord Jacob Rothschild in March of 2004.
Recounted are also excerpts from a couple of letters to Lord Jacob Rothschild (and Henry Kissinger). They had set up a website: openrussiafoundation.org, but Yukos corporate site is now parked there (which Rothschild is a majority shareholder of).

About two months ago, while I was still offline; and before I wrote my letter surrounding the United Nations General Assembly meeting on September 23, 2003 - I had a dream. This dream took place in the same sequence but repeated twice, with a slightly different outcome the second time. I do not know where the dream took place. What I remember is this tower that was taller than any building in the world. It was an awesome Tower, a single monolith that raised up into the heavens above all else.
In my dream I had a meeting with Lord Rothschild or with the spirit of the Rothschild family encapsulated in a very old man. It seemed like most of the building was empty; but at the very top in the penthouse there was a desk, behind it sat this man. I remember in the dream going up to talk to him for some reason, it definitely had to do with financial dynamics.
In the dreams first sequence, after our meeting; but before I got out of the building - the whole thing started to collapse. In this initial sequence, I did not get out of the building before it had completely collapsed, with me still inside.
Then the dream sequence was repeated again. The dream was exactly the same, a huge monolithic tower with an old man representing the house of rothschild sitting at the top. This time after the meeting, the building didn't start to collapse until I was almost out. I got out of the building alive and watched the whole thing crash to the ground from outside ......

1995 Direct Overhead Flyover

I am posting a description of my initial direct overhead flyover by a craft that did not conform to known aviational performance / flight dynamic characteristics.
It's not like it really matters and it's not like any of you people out there care or are willing to support my work / vision. This info has been on the net since 1998.
I still don't have any answers, I am still holding onto what has been pretty much the only 12 DnA Strand visual - for 12 years now; people could still care less about humanity's true story.
The United States Government doesn't give a shit and lies in every direction humanly possible. Lord Jacob Rothschild could fucking care less the effects that his family has had on this planet. Nor is anyone interested in doing what is right for all of the inhabitants.
I want people to know how much I have suffered because of this experience, how much it has isolated me from others, and how unhappy I am - knowing what I do .. and seeing our planetary civilization's dynamics unfold along the timeline which is not the one that will allow us to fulfil our rightful place within the overall schematic.
It is a shame unto all of humanity, and as a species - we should be ashamed of ourselves .. for our collective behavior - but especially the united states.
12 years later, and humanity still is not ready to collectively face our fears - nor overcome tendencies towards self destruction.
I still don't have the financing for my work, which I have been trying to gain for over 10 years now.

DIRECT OVERHEAD FLYOVER:
The first time I had this experience consciously I was 19 years old {1995}. This craft was definitely of a 'Non-Conventional' flight configuration. I do not think that this was U.S. Govt. craft; but that it was of 'OtherWorld Origins'.
The sound it made was two different cycling oscillations going in opposite directions back and forth meanwhile a higher wider harmonic overtone was woven through the cycling osciliations. The sound this aerial vehicle made created a resonating vibrational affect that I could feel in my body more than I could hear it {although it could also be heard}.
It was a very engulfing vibration. So this vehicle flies almost directly over my head, and I mean very close.
I was sitting out on the back porch/deck in the backyard of my parents house; the dog and cat were out there standing on the deck next to me. When this vehicle flew over our residence, I swear to god; the animals next to me literally started turning in circles {was very strange to see them be affected this way}.
All the crickets and cicadas in the backyard that were chirping became completely silent. It was right after sunset starting to get pretty dark. I could not really tell what shape the craft was; but it had a strange lighting configuration. I just sat there staring up at it, and I was paralyzed to the chair, I couldn't move. I also started to vibrate and could feel myself fighting against it - it was somewhat frightening.
As the craft flew over me, it felt like they did some sort of DNA Scan; or at least this is the awareness that I gained. It was almost like time and space shifted, I was not physically abducted or anything at this time.
While it was very slowly flying over me I was telepathically communicated information saying "to not be afraid"; meanwhile I was also projected the most profound feelings of love and reverence for sentience and all creation I have ever experienced.
This craft was flying very slowly, perhaps 10-20 miles an hour.
Basically, it seemed like I was assigned a serial #, a digital coding activation sequence, and quantum interface device time lock release mechanism adjustment. When they did the DnA Scan, I believe that I received some sort of Imprint or something [the 12 DnA Strand Heart Soul Star !!].
It was also telepathically communicated that I was not yet ready for face to face physical contact and that I would be processed through their information systems.
SETTING: I am sitting on the deck in my parents backyard, which is facing east. The backyard/house is in a residential neighborhood, and this was in Sacramento, California. I don't live in that house any more having relocated to Tucson, Arizona.
The house is adjacent to a main thoroughfair in the local region [Greenback Lane]. There are also two Air Force Bases in addition to an Aerojet within the vicinity. All are within a 25 mile radius.
There is a huge 150-200 year old oak tree right on the other side of the fence, the yard is about 60 ft wide by 45 feet to the back fence from the house. The fence was built around the trunk so there is an indentation where it slopes downwards towards the center. Behind the house is a Baptist Church with a very large parking lot that was empty at the time. So that is the setting.
This aerial vehicle did not really hover; although it was flying very slow. I was sitting facing the tree and it flew horizontally over the house and came into my field of vision to the left from behind me. I have no idea where it came from especially with the incredibly low altitude it was flying at, I would estimate about 50-75 feet above the tree and over to the left a little bit.
So as it flys over, it does the DNA Scan, then it just flies very slow; back behind the tree and over the church parking lot. At that point the vibratory field lessened a little bit and the paralyzing grip was lessened, I stood up and watched the aerial vehicle.
I was completely awestruck, never in my entire life had I imagined that anything like this would or could happen to me. It was simply outside my frame of reference as far as accepted realities go.
There it was, right before me; I could see it perfectly framed in between where the fence drops down in the center of the span and where the first limb on the right side of the tree arched up off the trunk. It hovered there perfectly framed for like 10 or 15 seconds while I stood there practically in shock watching it.
It was glowing and this light energy field surrounding it appeared. All of a sudden it lit up brilliantly - the light energy field around it become at least 10 times more luminous; after that it collapsed inwards upon itself and completely disappeared into thin air.
I sat down once again in the same deck chair, completely in shock; still shaken from the close proximity of this strange object. I remember thinking and feeling "ohhh my god down into the depths of my souls core".
At that point, my mom walked into the kitchen and turned on the light outside; to see what was going on. I went inside, told her what I had just experienced but she did not believe me. I hardly believed it myself.

Your aerial vehicle experience sounds quite interesting. Your description of how the propulsion system felt to you sounds very plausible. Your report that you felt the propulsion drive vibration, rather than heard it, checks with reports others have made of close encounters.
I believe that the US has developed such vehicles. But this does not necessarily mean that you encountered one of ours. Your description resembles the type of vehicles that were repeatedly sighted in the area of Brewster, New York in the early 1980s. I have written a bit about electrogravitics in one chapter of "Subquantum Kinetics" and in a paper about the B-2 that appears in the book "Electrogravitics Systems." However, the vehicle you cited uses a different type of propulsion from what I describe there.
I am guessing that some of your questions inquire along the lines of some of the information you received in your encounter. As for the Sun changing location in the galaxy on a 26,000 year cycle, my book "Earth Under Fire" does describe the gravitational effects of superwaves which arrive with a period approximating the 26,000 year precessional cycle, and in some cases occurring at half cycle intervals. The motion would be radial with respect to the Galactic center.
Your intuitions on the creation of the universe conform to what I present in "Beyond the Big Bang" and "Subquantum Kinetics." It is the idea that the explicit order (physical universe) arises as a manifestation of the preexisting implicit order (underlying structured etheric processes). These terms are analogous to Bohm's terms implicate or explicate, however with some differences. I point out the differences in Beyond the Big Bang.
